Update.. Managed to get my money back, I only by visiting their offices! I stood outside their warehouse told them I'm going no where until they gave me my money in cash! They gave me their office address which I went to. They was polite, but doesn't make up for the chaos! ×××××Don't pay them by fastpay or bank transfer, always ensure you can get your money back! I approached the bank who said because I had fastpaid straight into their bank there was nothing they could do××××× Ever placed an order and got the sinking feeling? hmmmm welcome to WAE+ ! Placed an order and cancelled it the morning after, requested a refund immediately and never have I met with so utter chaos! The order got dispatched and arrived.........I cancelled it? Sent it back and had phone calls to find out what the order related to.......it was in the package? Received another dispatched notification........another phone call ................. Requested my money back got the same answer as someone else telling me it can take upto 30 days to receive the money back even though they got the money immediately !! Another email and another email and another email and another email (messages on their web site) asking for my money back...........still nothing........... Today I receive...... Dear Mr Dee Clark. Thank you for your inquiry, Your order has been cancelled and I have requested for a full refund to be processed with immediate. Account will confirm the refund by email once it has been processed. Please contact your bank for confirmation. We realise that this was not our normal outcome and we apologised for this and any inconvenience this caused you. We regret that we are unable to provide you with your order on this occasion. I assure you nothing of this sort will occur in future. Sincerely apologise again for any inconvenience caused. Wish I'd read the reviews before buying. Don't have stock of anything, don't be put off by their cheap prices. See all the other reviews. Just cancelled my order and was told the refund would take 30 days but I won't hold my breath, think I'll just get straight onto my card company for a charge back. Basically don't waste your time.
I ordered a product on the 22nd of June with the promise of 2 weeks delivery (10th-12th July). I enquired when would this get resolved a few days after the expected date and they said the fulfilment is still being processed. As I am writing this review, £60 has come out of my account and still no product has been delivered to me. Disappointed to say the least, but they are lucky this product I am waiting for is worth it (maybe not 2 months worth it? Fingers crossed it comes before then).
On July 2nd 2013, I ordered a Logitech Mouse from them and was quoted 7-9 working days for delivery but of course, when nothing arrived I phoned the company on July 16th and they promised to check what was happening to the order. The next day, I received an email stating that it would take a further 7-9 working days to receive my order and 46 seconds later another email quoting 10-14 days. In both cases there was no explanation whatsoever for the further delays. I called them again the next day and asked for a proper explanation and none was forthcoming other than some gibberish about the mouse coming from a German warehouse but I told them that the post was not that slow! I next Googled this company and discovered many critical websites and articles about others' experiences and immediately called them to cancel my order. The member of staff I spoke to suggested that the refund might take up to 30 days but I told him that was complete rubbish – they took the money out of my bank account quick enough – and I gave them three working days to refund the money, but they didn’t and so I have reported them to Watchdog and Birmingham Trading Standards, etc. I have also asked my bank to recover my losses, which they have. Many of the eulogies that have been left on this site about WAE+ are fake and everyone should take heed of the terrible experiences that genuine reviewers have had from this dreadful company. The company is also providing fake order IDs to create the illusion that the reviewer is a confirmed purchaser and you are strongly advised to ignore anything that appears to compliment these rogues. Others have contacted Birmingham Trading Standards and Birmingham's mayor about what are probably this country's biggest rogue traders and there is no evidence of action - one wonders why they are so willing to see the City of Birmingham's reputation sullied. When this review first appeared here, these crooks had a 5.4 rating, bolstered by their fake reviews, which was considered acceptable(!) but they are currently at 4.9, considered low and their website is "Down for Maintenance" and it's been a few days now since we have seen fake positive reviews here. I'm guessing that the villains have done a runner, not good news for those expecting refunds but good for anyone who might have considered using them; "Life's Good" for other potential victims, to quote the motto on one of the director's page on a certain social networking site but hopefully not too good for him. In summary: 1. The company is rubbish 2. They already have stock emails that they send to aggrieved customers but which say nothing of any value 3. In all probability the company is in default to its own creditors. 4. They make a point of getting their stooges to write fake reviews here but the negative reviews are coming in so thick and fast that their rating is still tumbling. 5. It is strange that the Birmingham authorities appear to be turning a blind eye to WAE+'s shenanigans. 6. The website is down and the villains may have scarpered as the company was put into administration on 2 September 2013 and the assets(?) sold to a new owner "JM-Limited.co.uk Ltd", probably the latest manifestation of the same crooks because a director of this company was employed by WAE+. Expect a brand new scamming website under a different name. 7. The latest business failure is Extak, which takes your money and then claims that a change of bank prevents refunds. These crooks really need to be arrested. 8. Still the fake reviews appear, like the eulogy from "Megan" from 25 October, when the company went bust nearly two months ago. 9. WAE+ is gone, there is nothing to avoid, and the directors have run off with the money.
In a world of real-time stock updates, email communication, supply chain efficiency and the ability to ship globally in ever shorter timeframes WAE+ stands out as a supplier who are able to offer none of these. Despite the site saying they fulfil most orders within 2-3 working days unless specialist or bulk quantities are required, the items I ordered were not shown as specialist or out of stock at order time. Initial delivery date was missed and I found out that they were waiting on stock at their European warehouse with what appeared to be very long lead times. None of this was communicated through order updates or the customer service request raised through the website, only over the phone to their Birmingham number. After 30 days with no delivery and ever extending fulfilment dates I have cancelled my order and await a full refund.
I bought a fan for my PC case only costing £10 roughly. I went on holiday for a week and still had no word from them about when it would ship etc, also gave them a week prior to me going on holiday to send it out and nothing happened. After I came back I emailed them to be told that the fan was no longer stocked...immediately I was confused, if something is not stocked then why list it and take my money? So I told them to refund me, here I am 1 month after purchasing from them and no refund as of yet. The customer service is an absolute joke will NEVER be ordering from them again even if it is over a measly £10 fan, the point is I shouldn't have to wait a month to receive an item/refund. Ordered the fan from another website and I've received it and fitted it within this whole farce. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Avoid them like the plague!

*since writing my original review, this company has gone under, so obviously do not order from herd* I ordered my item which was cheaper than elsewhere. When it arrived, it was packaged well, however it took longer to arrive than the stated time and I had no email advising me off this. I'd started to think product would never come or that my order had been cancelled. However I'll use them again as their website is easy to navigate and their prices are fair.
Don't buy from this company, They are very cheap, but you won't get it delivered. they will not contact you to let you know why. I don't know why they ask for your phone number. It was only a pair of headphones.
The price was well under other places so great value
ordered 2 items graphics card gtx 780 and harddrive caddy had money for nearly a month fobbing me of with 7 to 9 days sir no product was quite happy to refund money however may take a month for your money to be returned to you. i am deeply disappointed with the service and is nearly a fraudulent site they appear good on face value and feel i may have to take this matter further if money takes longer to return so much for the banking system i would think twice about ordering stuff from here and this experience i'm not impressed

Kind Regards, Customer Service I ordered my senseo and permanent filter on 12th June 2013 - I'm sill waiting and I cannot get them to email me a better reply than the above. So I would say pay a little more and actually get your hands on the stuff you have paid for. I will never bother with them again - EVER
I ordered a keyboard. It said 1-3 day delivery. On the last day while it could arrive on time, it was still not marked as allocated. I emailed. To their defence they did reply promptly. They said it was not in stock and would take upwards of a week, which is not acceptable. They didn't think to update the due date or anything - it should not be down to me. Now that would have knocked off a star. But given they have not refunded the money, but have cancelled the order, I can only assume their game plan is to hold onto the money for as long as possible in order to derive interest from it. Take it out within seconds - still hasn't been refunded within days. If I have a good experience with them from the £5 store credit I will supposedly get for writing this then I will write another review.
PS2/USB - only a small item costing 81p, but have already been charged twice and still awaiting delivery. Contacted by phone and promised mistake would be rectified. Will wait and see what happens. I can only give one star at the moment - sorry. Customer Service not good so far.

I ordered an electric toothbrush over a month ago and still not received it. The customer support service was really poor and gave no help at all. I will not be using this company again!!
Made the mistake of ordering from WAE+ without researching first. I needed a particular motherboard to replace a faulty one that would accept my aging components. This was difficult to source which may have been responsible for my lapse in not googling WAE+ before ordering. Ordered on 19 June for delivery by 25 June that seemed quite reasonable. The 25 June came and went. WAE+ website said my order was "awaiting fullfilment". It was obvious it wasn't in stock so I cancelled. WAE+ replied they were expecting delivery within 5 - 7 working days and would I like to wait. I confirmed my wish to cancel. After 8 days I enquired where my refund was. Aftr 10 days I informed WAE+ if I did not receive it within the next 7 days I would be contacting my credit card company. The reply was that under their terms and conditions they had 30 days from date of cancellation to refund. Under the Distance Selling Regulations refunds should be made as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. Funny that. I bid my time and waited for the 30 days to expire which they duly did. After 33 days I informed WAE+ that if I did not receive my refund within 7 days I would initiate a chargeback through my credit card company. After 35 days I received my refund and a very polite apologetic message giving the impression my difficulties were abnormal. The forums tell a different story. The message included the following sentence: "We really do value our customers and your custom and look forward to continuing our relationship in the near future.". Frankly if WAE+ were the last woman on earth I would turn homosexual. Conclusions: WAE+ advertise products that are not in stock. WAE+ give delivery dates for products that are not in stock. WAE+ will delay refunding for as long as possible. I very much suspect that if I had not paid by credit card I would still be waiting for my refund. It appears that delaying refunding as long as possible is part of their business plan. - good for their cashflow. Do you really want to deal with this company?
After paying for a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10" (they instantly took the money from me) I proceeded to wait for 2 weeks for the delivery to be sent out. After 2 weeks, yep you guessed it, no items no email no nothing, I then ring them and hear some story about supply problems. After Amazon offer the item for a few more pounds and then tell them no thanks I'd like to cancel my order. "No problem sir".........3 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund and after ringing them 3 times now keep being told the same old rubbish, "it is with our accounts department" "they will process it when they get to it" I am now in the process of claiming my money back under section 75 as I paid with my Mastercard. Never order from these as you will get no item or refund.
I was expecting the delivery between the 29th and 31st of July which I didnt mind as it was on free delivery, BUT After waiting until late evening on the 31st and still no delivery, I emailed them. Got a reply this morning telling me their warehouse had a delay of 10 to 12 days making it four weeks I would be waiting! Did I hear a word before the delivery deadline? NO! I call it PPCS and will be telling personal and professional friends to avoid this place - beginning to wonder if it is a scam site
