I still have not received the goods I ordered at the end of June?

Mr A 10 July 2013, 22:31

Delivery timeframe for on-line products (upto 12 working days) too long....! And even more frustrating when product failed to arrived within specified delivery window. On contacting WAE and requesting cancellation of order was informed they could not cancel the order, and I could only refuse delivery upon receipt. Whilst WAE may appear competitive within the market place their service delivery is poor... I will not buy from WAE again.

Ordered a Samsung SSD 840 PRO SSD on 20th June 2013. Paid for Royal Mail (7-9 Working Days) shipping and according to the website I should have received the order by 2nd July. Phoned WAE+ on 1st July as the status of the order was showing as 'Awaiting Fulfilment' and was told there was a delay from the manufacturer and that the order was now delayed until the 9 July. Waited until 10 July and called WAE+ again as the status of the order was still showing as 'Awaiting Fulfilment'. Again told that the shipment was delayed from the manufacturer and that it would be with me by the 15 July. At this point I cancelled the order. Staff were friendly and efficient but at no point did WAE+ contact me to inform of the delay. I had to call both times to get an update. The item I ordered showed as 'In Stock' on the website during the time the order was placed and both times I called Customer Service. Clearly this was false information. WAE+ should put a process in place that keeps customers up to date as the true status of their order and also keep the status of the item up to date.

Same issues as most other posters. I ordered an item that was listed as being in stock and 4 weeks later I still had not received my goods so I cancelled the order and was told I would receive my refund shortly. They use polite emails to make you feel there's nothing to worry about but nothing ever happens - just empty promises. Another 5 weeks have passed since I cancelled my order and I still have not received my refund. They simply fob you off as long as they can and no doubt provide your money to loan sharks at very high interest rates. I cannot think of any other reason to justify how this company operates.

I ordered an in-stock solid state hard drive on May 23rd, 4 weeks later and after being promised delivery twice within that time, the status of my order finally changed from 'Awaiting Fullfillment' to 'Stock Allocated'. It then took a further week for them to actually ship my order, and it was finally delivered at the beginning of the 6th week! With over a decade of buying online this has been by far my worst experience; how it can possibly take nearly 6 weeks to deliver an in stock item is beyond me!

I ordered my item on June 12th 2013, the product was listed as, very clearly, in big green capital letters "IN STOCK" , the estimated delivery was 27th June-1st July, which was okay for me, I didn't need the item immediately and was willing to save for the long delivery time. My initial concern was on the 26th. My order was still listed as "Awaiting Fulfillment", I contacted customer support to see what the problem was. On the 27th, they stated there was a slight delay in my order, and that they are expecting a delivery of stock in the next few working days. This was very strange for obvious reasons, my item was clearly labelled, and was still clearly labelled, as IN STOCK... So they should not need to be waiting for any additional stock to fulfil orders. I am a patient man however so I persisted and waited. I responded, asking when my item would be in my hands, to see if they would upgrade the delivery to make up for lost time. They did not respond with an answer however, and simply repeated the few working days delay. I responded, once again (now on the 28th), asking when I should expect the item to be delivered; I then got told there was a further delay of 7-9 working days. This is where I knew I would never receive my item. I enquired, asking about this change of a few days to over a week, and they didn't respond until much later(*). And then - progress. My item had been changed from "Awaiting Fulfillment" to "Items Allocated" Hurray! I contacted customer support again on 5th July, asking what this status was, as it had then persisted for a few days with no news of dispatch, seeming very odd if my items had been allocated, surely you would dispatch them soon as possible, especially on an already delayed order, they responded saying my item had been delayed, yet again, by another 2-4 working days. *At this point I also received a response, after a week, to my previous message, saying my item has been allocated and I should expect a delivery in a few working days. Brilliant... Except this is directly contradicted by what they just said to me. I responded to the 2-4 working days delayed message, somewhat angrily, asking how can my item be delayed again if my order has stock allocated to it. I got a response nearly immediately, and much to my surprise, they claimed my item has been dispatched and I can expect my item with in the next few days, just 12 minutes after they stated my order was delayed by 2-4 working days... Brilliant. At this point I lost my patience. I requested a refund. They claimed, they can't refund as my item has been dispatched, they advised me to reject the delivery. Fair enough. I shall wait and see if this item ever turns up. And then, we get to today, 9th July. I noticed my order has now changed from "Items Allocated", to "Pending"... Interesting. I went to support again to question what this status meant, and the response? Your order has been delayed by 5-7 working days. Why am I not surprised. I have now got in contact to get a refund again, and will be contacting trading standards and seeking legal action. So, to summarize: 1) Claims items are in stock when they are not in stock. 2) Customer support constantly contradicts themselves. 3) Claims items are dispatched when in truth they are not. Do not use this company. You will never get your item. I will now begin a battle to get a refund from this company. ====Refund Process==== My initial claim for a refund was made on July 5th. They have since responded that they are processing this refund and I will receive an e-mail when it is processed and back in my account. On the 29th I warned them I will be taking them to court if they do not refund me by August 5th. As of August 7th, they still have my money and I have not received a refund. My messages to customer support have also now stopped going through the system, so I have to contact them through e-mail. (34/30 days before legal action) On August 3rd I gave them a warning that they were past the legal time limit to give me a refund and I will begin the legal process on August 12th if I do not receive it by then. I got the same copy and paste robot reply as I had done with previous warnings. On August 13th I sent a request to my bank to chargeback the money. Hopefully, I will atlast get my money back, albeit by FORCE. On August 15th my order status on WAE+ was changed to "Refunded" despite me receiving no refund in my bank. On August 17th I finally received my refund. Do not use. Do not even contemplate it. They will waste your time.

I placed an order for a Samsung 512GB 840 Pro SSD on 18th June. At the time of ordering the SSD was shown as in stock however my order went into awaiting fulfilment. On the 1st July I phone to ask where my order had got to and was told they were having problems getting the SSD from the European depot and it would be another 5-7 working days before delivery. Having waited that long I decided I could not be bothered with getting a refund and would wait. Today working 7 days later there is still no delivery so I phoned again and spoke to the same girl on the support desk who informed me there were still issues and now there would be a further 10-14 working day delay for my drive. I have to say I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this service (This is no reflection on the help desk who have been very polite throughout.) as during the entire process the drive has been listed as In Stock and available for standard delivery. At no point other than when I have contacted WAE+ has there been any correspondence to say my order was being delayed and for what reason. I have now cancelled my order and very much doubt I will be ordering from WAE+ again.

Do not use this company, ordered a graphics card from them.they take your money and although goods show in stock they do not have them once the order goes through. After waiting the outrageous delivery time you check up and find they never had item in first place. The order was then cancelled and i am now waiting for a refund , suggest you read all the other reviews on line about these shysters. **ITS NOW 18th JULY AND STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND** **ITS NOW 8TH AUGUST AND STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND** Fortunately just got my refund before they went belly up. Feel for those less fortunate than me and hope this mob is never allow to be in business again. The picture of their premises shown on trustpilot seems to be Unit 10 Holford Drive Birmingham B42 2TU so if you stay close enough and able to get your money back good luck.

The product is great, GXT 26 5.1 Surround USB Headset. Delivery at seven working days, two days more than stated on the site, was not so great. An email to advise that there was going to be a delay would have been nice.

I ordered a Krups Handmixer from WAE+ as it was about 30% cheaper than from another supplier. It took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive, probably acceptable, as it came directly from Germany. However, I think the customer should be made aware of longer than normal delivery times at time of order. I was impressed, though, that a very simple conversion socket was added to the package, so that I didn't have to get out the scissors and screwdriver to change the socket from Continental to British.

Placed order a while ago. Emailed to find out what had happened. Receive a one line response to say that item is out of stock. Phoned to complain and they said this must have "slipped through the net" . I asked if I could have a refund and the reply "if that what you would like madam?" Odd response, of course I would like a refund!. Surely I should have been given an automatic refund and notification that the item was out of stock before having to chase. Would not use again.

Worst exprience ever and it isnt over yet!!! Received the wrong item was not as pictured notified CS , rcvd response with quote frm T&C that images are for illistration only, but swiftly after my contact the item picture was changed to the correct one. Paid out my own pocket to return item. I rcvd a store credit after many calls apparently the returns manager was on hoilday. So no one could deal with return queries!! I used the store credit to order another item that was showing as in stock & delivery within 3-5 working days. Got an email a day later to say item OOS and that i should choose an alternative told em i wanted a refund cant be asked being messed around any more. I have to wait 30 days for a refund and if i want it sooner i should email the management, which i did over a week ago no response. Save yourself the hassle from this stupid, pathetic company shop somewhere else. Ps. Forgot to say inhad to wait 3 weeks for my 1 st order

Easy to use site, competitive price and a good overall ecommerce experience. Delivery at 8 working days may not be ideal for all, but it was free and UPS and this was clear at time of order so I'm not complaining

Ordered a product on the 26th of June and it still hadn't arrived on the 8th of July. The delivery time was supposed to be 2-3 working days...
