I was very inpressed with the prices of a regular item that I buy. On ethe 23rd june I ordered the product it is now the 5th of july and the product still has not been delivered. I called the call centre this morning to be told that the product I had ordered was coming from an overseas source and wouldnt be in the country until sometime next week. i remined the operator that when the product was ordered it was in stock and I would have expected a product in stock wold be able to transported from Birmingham to Yorkshire within 24-48 hours. I work in the express courier market and I can ship products half way around the world within 24 hours so to be waiting for a product which was showing in stock to be transported less than a hundred miles is a complete joke. This company claims to be one of the fastest growing of its type, if it keeps this level of service up then it wont be around for much longer because their customers will not tolerlate it and go elsewhere
I bought a Samsung Tablet for a birthday present, to be presented on 6 July 2013. I ordered this from WAE on 27 June 2013 and their latest delivery date to me was 4 July 2013. I contacted WAE on 5 July as it had not been delivered and I was told they do not have it in stock in the local distribution centre and I will have to wait a further 3 to 5 working days for delivery. I feel badly let down by WAE and if I had been advised earlier on, I could have bought it elsewhere and had it on time to be presented at the birthday party. Item ordered on the 28th June and credit card immediately debited by WAE+. By the 16th July item had not been delivered so I have contacted the company only to be advised item not stocked. I therefore cancelled order and requested immediate refund. Despite several contacts with the company since I have yet to receive a refund. Dated 31/7/13
I ordered some items from WAE which were displayed as 7-9 working days delivery, after 3 weeks of waiting I sent a message to their customer services asking for an update, to which they told me that the items I chose were not part of their core range an they were coming from elsewhere; and I would receive them in 3 working days. After ANOTHER 3 weeks of waiting, I sent another message to their customer services, this time they took 8 days to reply.... Which was the EXACT same message I received a month ago, word for word, copy an pasted. So I'm not even sure customer services even read my message and some auto reply sent it to me. It's now been 2 months and I've not seen or heard from WAE so I'm cancelling the order and won't be using them again.
This is the worst site i have ever been to. The cheap prices are not worth the month+ waiting times

Good value for your money
If next day delivery (or week) is a must then look elsewhere. If not, the low pricing is virtually unbeatable anywhere else on the net and in my opinion is worth the trade off of a longer delivery time. Found the staff polite and helpful too which for me is an important factor when considering if I would re-use an online retailer.
I have placed an order for a Samsung galaxy tablet 2 on the 17th of June, they promised me express delivery when I was closing the page, but when I continued I have no choice again to mark the delivery option for 10 to 12 working days, I have call them, I was waiting for some one to answer for more than 30 minutes, the man on the phone told me that the delivery would be 10 to 12 working days, he said that was a technical problem, but he didn't change the date, I have told him ok no problem, but I will never buy nothing anymore from here, so they say the order should arrive from the 1st to the 3rd of July, now 4th of July at 20:00, my order still didn't arrive, I have send them an E-mail saying that if my order is not coming today I want my money back, they have reply to me saying that for some reason my order didn't leave the warehouse and if I can wait a few more days, what a joke! I have send them back a reply to say to put the money in my bank account a soon as they see my E-mail, see what happens, fingers cross! I have wasted my time, waiting at home 3 days for nothing!! and now I have to see when they give my money back. I dont recomend this to no one, honestly. They have told me that I have to wait 30 days to get my money back, I have been waiting now for more than 32 days and still dont have a response from them!!!
Ordered an after market cooler for my graphics card - and yes, I chose WAE since they were much cheaper than Amazon. Unfortunately even though the item was in stock, and one of their assistants confirmed that they had over 40 in stock, it took them just over a month to get it to me. Apparently in stock doesnt necessarily mean in stock! Unfortunately Amazon had sold out by the time I found out that useful bit of information, so sitting and waiting was my only real option. Got it eventually, and the price was good, but if you're in a hurry, or even want something within a vaguely reasonable period of time, I'd go elsewhere.

I ordered some cables on Monday, expected delivery within before Friday (latest) phoned Thursday afternoon to be told the item wasn't even at their ware house and I would probably have it by next week. I chose this company as it looked like a large company that could fulfil orders.
The claim that there was stock on a TV was found to be un true. Even with no stock money was taken from the credit card. You then have to then cancel the order and wait for a refund. Contact you bank immediately to make a claim which in turn will notify the fraud team.
I placed my order for an ASUS monitor as WAE's web site which said it was in stock. I tried to get a quicker delivery as the web site said I could do this if I rang. It took three goes of waiting while the phone rang for over 30 minutes eah time and when I did get through I got some rubbish story that their IT department would not facilitate a faster delivery than 10 days. In the mean time WAE took my payment with immeadiate effect. I waited the 10 days and my monitor had not arrived nor had I been informed by WAE why it was late. I again had to contact them only to be told that this wasn't a normal stock item for them but it should be here within the week. Guess what? It wasn't. I contacted them again after this time and was told it would be another 10-12 working days. This was unnacceptable especially as they had still got my money. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, I have not yet received this. They take the money for an item they knew they hadn't got, they made no effort to communicate a new delivery and then they don't refund immeadiately Rubbish supplier, I don't know how they're still in business selling stuff they haven't got, I will never use them again and I will let as many people as I can know about this.

You may save few quid but the hassle is enormous. I made calls and emails and this was nothing but a pain in the neck. 1 and half months after order and still nothing, they could provide any kind of information on my order and when i spoke on phone i got a hostile customer service, after now reading the many bad reviews i think they are use to people complaining. Today i had to call my credit card and report a fraud transaction against this company and they have returned my money as wae wouldnt. im buying the product from a great online store for £10 more but £10 is nothing compared to these morons. Items were in stock but no delivery, i had to call WEA after 5 weeks and then found out their supplier was out of stock and there was no alternative on offer. Oh - did i mention they took my money - Poor show, no communication - i had to chase them. Refeund has been requested so we will see if they are as keen to part with my cash as they were to take it. Their on hold speel says they are the fastest growing business in their sector. Quite a claim if this is the level of their service, i wonder how long they will keep that particular crown?
I have used wae Twice One order was 2 weeks late on expected delivery. Second Order, was Ordered on 22May with a 2 week expected delivery. This was fine as I needed it for a birthday present on 2 july. I eventually cancelled order on 22 june after several Phone calls with them promising I would receive it in the next couple of days. I am still waiting for my refund and it is the 4th of july. Stay Clear Of this Website
