Do not even think for a second about shopping here, they have taken cash fron me and given NOTHING in return.
Bear in mind this item was listed as 'in stock' from the moment I ordered it on the 16th May, for the full duration of my order up until this current moment in time.. I ordered a part for my computer from this company for just over £160 on the 16th May. Up until I cancelled my order on 11th June I was given nothing but excuses as to why it had not been dispatched yet - such as 'We have been advised by our warehouse that your order has been slightly delayed and we are due to expect a delivery in few working days.' or 'Unfortunately this product was not part of our core range and some times we rely on external sources for information on product lead times and stock availability.We are due to expect a delivery to you in the next 3-5 working days from our European warehouse.' Following which I would hear nothing until I would contact them again after their extended delivery dates had been and gone. I had given them the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasion and feel foolish for having any faith in them at all. 32 days after my request for a refund I still do not have my £160 back despite being told it will be a maximum of 30 days (which is the legal maximum). By any means they are now in breach of the law. I made the mistake of ordering from this fraudulent company, the only good that I can see coming of this is that I might be able to convince you not to.
Ordered a tablet and given a delivery date which went. Rang and told another date which went. Asked for a refund and processed without the delivery charge. Had to ring again and got full refund but waiting to see if arrived in my bank........fastest growing online retailer....NOT....
Ordered item, given a predicted delivery date which came and went, waited an extra two weeks and still nothing, requested a refund, received a reply stating i would get a refund "soon", waited again for two weeks + and not received anything. Complete waste of time, will not use again (only given one star as i had to!)
they lied to me about items being in stock, money was taken instantly, lied about delivery dates (twice), & took a full 30 days to issue a refund. for the sake of saving a few £££'s don't take the risk using WAE+ I will never use again !

Twice placed order, first time eventually told us it was out of stock, so re-ordered. Another week later, order still not fulfilled, son needed item asap so cancelled order completely
Ordered Samsung S4 through them. Site says item is in stock, and will be with me in 10-12 days. 2 weeks pass, hear nothing from them and have no item. Ring them up and after half an hour on hold they say the item hasn't been dispatched from Korea yet but will be with me in a week, 10 days later, ring again, they tell me 3 weeks at which point i cancel my order and ask for my money back. They say it will take a month to give me back my money which is say is unacceptable as they have had ~500£ of my money for over a month, and demand to have it in a week. They say they will talk to accounts and have it fast tracked: 3 weeks later, guess what. Still no money. Bottom line, don't be fooled by low prices (S4 was 40£ in ASDA 3 days after ordering) and bear in mind this company ships from Korea but only sends you a dispatch notification when it has left their English warehouse. Also don't trust the 'in-stock' label on their website. Big scam to take and keep your money. AVOID. UPDATE: On seeing this review, they sent an email apologising profusely etc. and they said they'd have the money to me back soon: 2 weeks on, nothing. It's been almost 2 months they've had >£500 of my money
I managed to cancel my order and was told my refund would arrive in 30 days (why it takes this long, I have no idea). This time has passed and I have received no refund. I have sent numerous messages and the only response I have received is that my refund will "be processed soon". Why does it take 30+ days? Why won't someone answer my questions? And how is it even fair to take money for an order before it's even been sent anyway? Incidentally, once your order is placed it says you can't cancel it until it is dispatched (I ordered something else at the same time) and then once it is dispatched it says you can't cancel it because it has been dispatched. These guys are con artists - avoid at all costs.
This company advertises goods they do not have in stock, they take your money IMMEDIATELY and if you ask for a refund due to non supply of goods they totally ignore your request. You WILL lose your money. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL !
The boast of having so much stock of goods looks impressive, the prices are keen and the delivery dates are reasonable 7 days, for being free, however the truth is, they take your money, then don't deliver on time and when you enquire as to when your goods will arrive they say maybe in a further 7-10 days, so you cancel and ask for your money back, which they do but inform you that your reimbursement will probably take 7-10 days......so who is making interest on all of the monies which are lying in their accounts for more than 2 weeks ?? seems to me to be quite a clever con.....don't touch with a barge-pole..
Easy to order and pay for,no order forms a mile long.Tracking the order status is easy to follow and when its near to being shipped out you get a UPS tracking number which is great so you don,t have to sit and look out of the window all day waiting for delivery. My opinion is Brilllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
Cancelled the order after 7 days without items being shipped. Still awaiting a refund 33 days after cancelling. In the hands of my credit card company.
The item was the best price around (if using the free delivery). I am happy with the company and the item and would use the company again. However to get the best deal you need to use the free delivery option and this is painfully slow. I'm not sure how they save money on the free delivery because it seems to me that they just leave your item sitting in the warehouse for 10 days and then despatch it by UPS the day before the end date of the due date. It feels more like they want to offer free delivery to show it on their site and be competitive but the in reailty they dont want you to use it so they make it take sooooo looong!
I purchased a processor from WAE. The price is cheaper than other sites, and it is shown as in stock. But it took more than 10 days to deliver. The website is badly organized. How can AMD & Advanced Micro Device be two vendors? And I also saw a router is placed into processor category.
Don't be fooled by their cheap prices if they can't get what you need.
My order was made on 30/6 and the invoice stated 3-5days delivery and the money taken from my account. On phoning on 11/7 I was told that they were in stock but there was a delay in sending out from that depot and they would not be sent until the 17th July. This is not acceptable. A simple email telling me of the delay would have helped but they did nothing - I had to phone them about my order. I shall be loathe to place any more orders with them despite their very attractive prices. Price is nothing if you don't get the goods.

I ordered 2 windows 8 copies and a SSD from WAE+. It wasn't until the order comformation came up on the screen that I realised that the delivery date was set rediculously in the future. I didn't worry, fortunately I wasn't iin a rush for my goods, so I waited. Now it turns out that they can't even deliver within this timeframe. I am gob-smacked! They could have walked it to me in this time. And the delivery is not free! VAT was added to the final price. Ias I was driven to them through google proice comparison, I thought all the way through that this going to be the final price. VAT then was added right at the last second, and I think by that point you just want to finish your purchase. When will I learn? There is always a price with cheaper goods. I was once ripped off by Scan.co.uk who refused to replace a HDD delivered broken by their courier. That was for a final saving of about 5 pounds. I never bought from them again, and I will be avoiding WAE+ in the future. Save the effort and time, buy from an established retailer with a decent delivery time (or one on Amazon who is more customer orientated).
This company offers brilliant price son products and quick delivery with excellent postage costs I will continue to use this company as they offer the best for the product I require
