waiting 4-5 weeks to get your order if you call up them they say few days delay, basically they have nothing in stock but on the site every item shows as in stock.As long as they took your order they ordering your item from their wholeseller. Thats why the incredibly long delivery time... I dont understand how come this kind of business politics can run in the Uk!!??

I ordered a AMD FX 6300 processor, it was clearly the cheapest price available online. I didnt want an account so opted for "buy as a guest" option, the initial delivery estimate was 3-5 days, but after entering my card details it jumped to 3 weeks! Nevertheless I confirmed payment, and three weeks later on the 28th I called WAE+ to find out why my item had not arrived, they told me to give it another 3-5 days as they had a delay at there warehouse. I got the feeling that they had no idea what was going on and they were following a generic pattern of placating the customer, this was confirmed after 4 days when I called again to find out what was going on and had exactly the same procedure applied by a different adviser. They will put you on hold for a few minutes then come back and say "theres a delay, wait a few days" but I doubt that they actually do any checking because nobody seems to be able to tell you any definite facts! When you email you get a cut and paste response, no actual insight is given to the question you specifically ask. I couldnt go ahead and wait any longer, I think telling your customers to hang on a bit longer just isn't acceptable, while I understand that they manage to cut costs this way it just isn't made completely obvious from the time of purchase that you may have to wait indefinitely for your item! Refunds take up to 30 days, Im not expecting that to go through without my intervention though as it seems this site will gladly take your money and hold onto it for as long as possible. There is a lot of small print that you should read, basically it states that they will not be held responsible for delays and you can be kept waiting for as long as it takes. It is buried in the terms and conditions. Overall, a bad experience, I don't find it reasonable to be kept waiting indefinitely and would never have bothered with this site if I had known they were this poor. If you are prepared to wait indefinitely for your item then maybe you should buy from here to save a little cash, for me the cash saved wouldnt be worth the wait. I just hope I dont have to go to my bank to claim my payment back like a lot of people who have reviewed this site have had to. UPDATE 5.7.13 After my original post was under investigation, I have since had my review accepted and discovered that this company has a history of people creating bogus reviews on there behalf. Have a look at some positive reviews here and you'll notice that they are formed of broken english or by people with only one post. But there's an awful lot of reviews under investigation. A company with a lot to hide perhaps?

Still waiting for my order from 11 days ago. Emailed them twice, got the same copy and paste reply that doesnt anser the queation, seems item is out of stock and they are waiting for arrivals, they still advertise it on their site and happily take the money though. Never will I buy from these cowboys again, I wish I had read all the reviews beforehand and I certainly would have avoided these cowboys like the plaque. My order is still awaitin fulfilment, it was meant to be delivered 3 days ago, and that was the ned of the "week" delivery period they quoted. Absolute joke, avoid at all costs
Ordered an item I wanted at the best price and checked out as a guest as I did not want an account. Next thing, I get an email telling me how to sign in to the account they set up for me. NOT at all happy with this because now they can email me and send me crud through the post. Deliberately did not set up an account, to no avail! Will wait and see if I'm happy with products!
WAE+ offers good prices, but note that the items aren't UK stock and so will tend to come with a euro plug and an adapter. Delivery is fairly quick, but note that when they say '1-3 days free delivery' on an item, that will change to 3-5 working days once you actually get through the order process. Nevertheless, I would definitely order from WAE+ again if the price was 10-20% below that available elsewhere for UK stock.

i ordered some pc components it was going in a socket 1155 by the time it arrived they could have gone into a 1150 , not joking waited well over 3 weeks for this delivery , to sum up if you are not in a hurry for your items they are the cheapest.
I found the website by accident, and was exetremly impressed by the range and prices. I've already been recommending it to firends for various items. Edit: forgotten they'd tricked me in to this review, scammed me out if hundred of £. Just don't risk it
The website has very competitive pricing and the layout of the site makes navigation a pleasure. In addition to this, the part I was buying had a 2 week return policy, which is a fantastic addition and why I chose to buy from the site.
After lots of searching online I came across WAE+ and am pleased with their website, costs and products and the free delivery option is an added bonus.
I'd never heard of WAE+ and it was only through a price comparison website that they flagged my attention... WOW I honestly cannot believe the price. A good 10% cheaper than everywhere else I had looked. A quick look amongst their other products as well made me realise that it wasn't just a one off!! I was invited to offer a review within moments after placing an order. How can I review your service when I haven't received my goods? Well you've asked so I'll try. WAE+'s internet shop is much like any other. The layout is good, navigation is easy, ordering and paying for goods is easy. Confirmation email arrived instantly, sadly my goods have still not arrived and we are now on day 10 since placing the order. I spoke with customer services, they answered the phone quickly and dealt with my enquiry effeciently. WAE+ seem like a decent outfit, you'll just need the patience of a saint waiting for your delivery. I cannot comment on the goods or packaging as I am still waiting.
I am a new customer, I have just ordered this card and waiting patiently for it to arrive. my only initial niggle is why such a long delivery time i.e. 7-9 working days seem a bit long to have to wait, but Im waiting as i need the ability to transfer images wireless.
