Sharks! Placed an order and paid, could only expedite delivery with a phonecall which I did the following morning and was told they could not deliver item earlier. As it was for a birthday gift, i cancelled the order and was told I would need to wait 30 days for my refund. Needless to say, it has been more than a month and I still do not have my money back. I phoned and was told to send an email to the management, as my refund was overdue!! Unbelievable shocking customer service!! Buy your stuff elsewhere!
Placed an order on 14th June, it is now 8th July and the order is still in 'allocated' status. After several emails of no help whatsoever (The customer service team just confirming item allocated) I have requested a refund after finding the reviews on this site. One thing I think people need to be aware of, when the company agrees to refund- they have 30 days to comply - do not let them take you for a run. I have read some people are waiting 40-60 days and still no refund. Don't let this company take advantage of you- I will be seeking legal action if it is a second more than 30 days however I have been promised a refund in a few days (most unlikely but we'll see) So to summarise; -First time using the company -Extremely slow at dispatching, assuming they even have the stock to dispatch -Customer service was not helpful as they just stated what I already knew. -Awaiting refund after almost 30 days of waiting for them to send an item within their own country! Please take notice and use another company, WAE+ does not deserve your hard earned money as they clearly have no respect for their customers.

great range and prices but stock availability is very poor, and customer service is even worse! Quoted delivery time of 5-7 days, after waiting 21 days and having to chase them on numerous occasions I cancelled the order and bought it off amazon for next day delivery. Poor customer service, no follow up to tell me the product would not be arriving on time as quoted - on 2 separate occasions. Refunds take 30 days to process so they've had my money for 60 days and i have nothing to show for it. When asked if i could speak with a manager I was refused and told to email instead.
Order process was quick and easy, as was the shipping. The product is just as described.
Spent a great deal of wasted effort searching for the lowest price. Should have gone straight to WAE+ ! Have used them before and experienced no problems.
Order placed in Feb 2013 and advised very quickly that an item was no longer available. Accepted offer of refund but after several e-mails , the promise of a refund and a written chasing letter, after approx. 6 months no refund has been received. I would advise not to place any order with this company

I bought an item over 2 months ago still not received it or a refund. I should have known they were dodgy because they don't accept Pay Pal. I really do suggest not to use them as they will not delivery the items you order, they are dropshippers and do not have any items in stock. Bunch of jokers that I believe have robbed me and I don't think they will refund me either. Next time I'm ordering from China
ordered hard drive case and with the prompt delivery as promised by WAE took item out of the box and was up and running within 5 minutes .very good ordering service and delivery.would recommend.
The service of the company is terrible, first they told me my order was on time and in stock for the entire 2 weeks i waited for delivery then without even informing me (I had to get hold of them myself) i found out that my order was not even in stock and they had no intention of sending my order through for at least another 2 weeks. Now that i have cancelled my order and are waiting for a refund they have told me that it could take up to 30 days just to get MY money back. This company is terrible and do not be fooled by their good prices as they aren't that good if you never get what you payed for.

Well pleased with my Micro card. It was excellent value and what made it even better was no postal charges. Only given a four star rating though because of the delivery time, well over a week but wasn't told about this on ordering.
Terrible service. Ordered a product 3 weeks ago and not arrived. When I chased today was told there were stock issues and I can either cancel or buy an alternative. This was the first time they had communicated to advise. They made up a story about emailing me earlier to advise and didnt offer any way to make up for their mistake. They obviously know nothing about customer service. Will advise people to stay away from these rip-off merchants.
Placed a order with WAE+ on Sunday 30/06/2013 for a USB Audio adaptor, phoned them today (Friday 5/07/2013) as I still haven't received the item. I then get told my order "has been delayed" and I should expect delivery end of next week, TWO WEEKS!?. Ridiculous, I wasn't even notified of the delay, won't touch them again.
I ordered a laptop bag and after a week started to wonder where it was, so I contacted them and they said the bag wasn't part of their core range and they were sourcing from their supplier and it would be there in 5-7 days. Bad points: 1. Need to keep customers informed more. 2. Need to sort out their delivery policy. Good Points: 1. Response to Customer Services was instant and resolved just as quick. 2. I have now paid nearly double on Amazon just for a quicker delivery. So if you can wait this site is very cheap.
I found exactly what I wanted at a cheaper price than anywhere else with the added bonus fo not having to pay delivery charges
I am realy, I mean realy unhappy with their methods of trading, they took my order and my money 2 weeks ago and I should have received my goods today at the latest. I have just phoned and I'm told that the order is further delayed and I will have to wait another 2 weeks. This is totally unexceptable and I have cancelled my order with them but now I see I have to wait 30 days to get my refund. I'm going to report this to my credit card company and I plan to take this further with trading standards and the banks, as I beleive they are trading illegally by taking money for items they dont have in stoke even when they say they do.
