Terrible company!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢 I don’t recommend this company to nobody

I recently booked a coach with this company for a day out at the Newmarket Races, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The coach was incredibly comfortable and exactly what I had ordered. The booking process was seamless, thanks to the assistance of Johnny who was more than helpful in answering all my questions and making sure everything was in order. On the day of the trip, our driver Jamal was absolutely brilliant. He was not only friendly, but also very accommodating and understanding. He made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable journey to the races. It's truly refreshing to have such a pleasant and professional driver. Overall, I couldn't fault the experience. The only reason I have given a slightly lower rating for value for money is because I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side. However, considering the excellent service and the overall experience, I would definitely use this company again for future trips.

My Coach Company experience was amazing. The booking process was easy. The driver was punctual on initial pick up and my return, and very friendly. The car was extremely clean and comfortable. I wound up switching hotels and was able to change my pick up location, at the end of my trip, with ease.

Extremely helpful and great customer service. Adam was great! He ensured all our bookings were in place and our special requests were fufilled. The whole team was happy to assist with any changes made, a job well done!

I used thecoachcompany for a trip to Goodwood. The original quote was very competitive although I was caught out by the fact that although the quote was regularly renewed, the price did go up a fair bit by the time I got to make the actual booking. That said, the company were very accommodating and kept me fully updated leading up to the day of our event. The bus was ideal for our group size and turned up promptly. The driver was relaxed and friendly. The only downside to the day was the English weather!

Myself and 21 friends all had tickets to a festival in Brighton and when the trains were cancelled a week before departure Pete at The Coach Company saved the day - received several quotes and these guys were by far the cheapest and response time for booking was really quick. Good customer service, driver contact details given the day before (our driver was early and even rang to let us know that he had arrived which I really appreciated). The coach ride down was fun and Louis our driver kindly pulled into the services for a bathroom stop. Thanks very much!

The coach arrived on time and our driver Jason was very courteous, courteous. The Minibus was clean and well presented. We hire the minibus as we had family over from America and to save taking several vehicles to one location and it was very much cheaper than hiring our own and expecting a family member to drive. It was a last minute booking but Adam from the Coach Company was able to arrange this. We all had complete confidence in our drive Jason who got us there and back without any hiccups. I had read the comments from other users from Trust Pilot and obviously the less positive ones make you a little concerned, but can honestly say our experience with the Coach Company was excellent.

Great service all round from booking the coach, to accounts and delivery. Really helpful drivers who were calm and professional for a student group travelling in London. Would highly recommend.

Needed a bus on very short notice and Wesley and the team were able to help us out. The bus and the driver were great and an overall positive experience. Will use them again.

We had a fantastic trip to the beach with our coach driver who was absolutely amazing, he helped us in arranging our stuff into the lower cabin space. Even when we felt our stuff were going to fit into the space, he took the time to physically rearrange everything nicely. He drove us to our destination and back safely and everyone on board the coach was happy. Margaret

Awful service, we requested for coaches with toilets but gave us a bus without toilets. We stated we had children and Elderly on board, they were subjected to stress with them having to hold their bladder for hours. Worst customer service, bad experience. Sent messages to their customer services, no response.

The Coach Company goes the extra mile to find coaches. We've found them to be really reliable and very helpful.

Do not use !!!!!! I booked a coach for my wedding. The coach was booked for 6.30 pm having guests arrive at my wedding at 6.50 pm ready for a 7 pm start. I booked a 38-49 Seat Standard Coach for 40 guests. A 30-seater mini bus turned up to collect the guests without any prior notice. When we called the coach company they advised that they decided (themselves) they would do 2 trips. When my family explained that this wouldn't work and asked why they didn't let anyone know as this would delay the entire wedding as we had a 7 pm entrance for the bride and groom, they said - and I quote 'are you telling me how to run my business?!' To top it off, the bus driver demanded money as he said the company had not been paid and he would not move and argued with my family... it had in fact been paid and they were wrong and we had the evidence to prove it.... they didn't care to apologize for the horrible drama they had caused, the fact that guests missed the entrance of the wedding or the fact that we had to pay for taxis even though we had paid for the coach. My emails have all been ignored and they RUINED my wedding day! Thanks 'the coach company' for being the biggest mistake I've ever made in booking you !!!!!

Appalling service. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They charges for a 27 seater executive coach (more than £600!) and sent a small mini bus and a taxi from a separate company. I have children to transport so this was obviously a dreadful experience as I have to trust an unknown driver with 6 of them. No one told me in advance. The cab driver even asked me to pay him when I have already paid ahead weeks in advance. I have mailed them to ask them to refund me the difference and they have been less than hopeless in their pitiful response.

We had such a great experience with The Coach Company - we booked a coach with them to take 30 relatives and friends to a wedding reception party and back. The team was so flexible with us changing the time last minute, as well as the contact of someone on the coach. Everything was on time and the journey was smooth. They were also always polite and lovely to chat to on the phone. We will definitely use this company again.
