Extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Everything seems ok initially until the day we needed the coach. What I ordered was very different from what they sent. I ordered an executive coach with airconditioning etc for a group of ladies going to Ascot but they sent us a smelly basic bus, not executive, no airconditioning etc etc and with it being a very hot day, the journey was awful however much we tried to make do with it so we do not wreck our outing but the saddest of all is that I have phoned a few times as well as sent them several emails, with the promise that they will get back to me, yet not a courtesy of a response received to date. I have tried not to leave a review in the hope that they will have the decency to contact me but obviously they do not seem to care. The driver himself was ok but the Coach company seems appalling with the service they deliver. This is one to avoid.

The admin team was excellent first to last for booking. The Bus made us disappointed because bus was old and smelly. I asked for nice clean and a good professional driver. Driver wasn't helpful evreythig we asked for. Toilet flash wasn't working properly.I'm not very happy about the Bus which one i paid for the service.Thanks

It was brilliant. 10/10 experience, David was fantastic couldn't of asked for a better driver. Got picked up perfect on time both ways and even waited for us to get out of Goodwood which was at least 15 minutes extra. The journey as a whole was perfect. Will definitely be using again and be recommending to friends and family. Thank you so much.

Great experience. The communication in advance was great, very clear and concise. Payment was easy and we received confirmation of the driver's number far enough in advance. The coach was clean, comfortable and the driver made great time. We were delighted with our return trip. Would recommend and use again.

Use the coach company if you need reliability. They really accommodated every request we threw at them & got everything organised quickly to make our trip awesome. Johnny was the best rep, always on call to help with the booking. Can't thank the guys enough...

Absolutely disgraceful service. Out of 7 bookings for the same group, only one was completed correctly. This is a bit more serious because it resulted in a safeguarding issue, leaving 148 children and young people stranded and in the lurch at 3 separate airports. Do not risk your money with this company! I will be contacting trading standards.

From the very beginning when I had another company cancel on me, Peter was Very accomodating I. Getting me the coach I wanted. Had 2 phonecalls then to verify details. Monir, our driver was awesome too. Even was able to make a last minute slight change to our destination too. Would Def use this company again x

Never heard back from this company after my scathing review, shows they just dont care! If i could give 'zero stars' I would, they dont even deserve 1 star. Absolute disgrace. Quoted a price for 2 exec coaches, accepted the quote back in March for a date in September. Paid deposit then THEY changed the 2 exec coaches to 2 double-decker buses without notice and told me double-deckers weren't suitable for our requirements so we'd have to pay extra for exec coaches (what we booked and were quoted for in the first place) 3 months later and I get an email saying they are unable to fulfil my booking and therefore cancelling it thus leaving me 3 months down the line with slim chance of getting a booking with another coach hire company. And its not just an away day or leisure trip, its a charity event where we need to get a large group of people from A to B and The Coach Company knew that and still let us down. For the record, the original price quoted almost doubled so if you do go ahead and book with them, don't expect the quoted price (or the vehicles you book) to be what you agreed to. Incompetent, shoddy and no attempt at all to come up with a solution or alternative. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Shockingly bad service.. oh how i wish i had read the reviews before booking! I had multiple issues with our booking for a corporate event which resulted in me having to book 8 taxis as they had failed to book enough buses for all our guests (despite confirming this in the booking). Since then, i have sent numerous emails to their Claims team but no one has replied. I appreciate that things can go wrong, but the aftercare (or lack of) is terrible. Particularly in this case where they have taken money for a service that was never provided!

booked a Coach with them to replace a broken down French coach for the next day. They confirmed the booking and took payment of 2,355 for a day trip Redhill to London standard coach ( rip off price Redhill to London but...) By 10pm the night before I had no name of the coach company or requested driver number. Operator told me it was booked with Horseferry... I requested details to be e-mailed...and nothing. In desperation I called Horseferry WHO HAD NOT ACCEPTED THE BOOKING! So effectively I had 53 passengers with no planned coach the following morning. Horseferry coaches were shocked but he did manage to find me a coach and confirmed the booking with the Coach Company so he got paid..about half what they had charged me. After emailing a complaint to Dave at the coach Company. ...yep no reply. Shocking Company. NEVER USE THEM. They are just a booking agent who rip you off and never supply any service. I run thousands of coaches a year all over Europe, usually booked directly with the coach company not an agent... I was willing to pay their inflated prices to save my time contacting coach companies directly as I am in France...wished I had taken the time and never trusted this unreliable company..a bunch of "voleurs'. You now ask for my details from trust pilot! The booking ref was Event transport quote - 659779 you should speak to your employee Dave, who does not answer e-mails after taking customers money

Arrived to my wedding 45 mins late keeping my guests waiting and incurring extra charges for me as I had 2 limos waiting to take us and the wedding party to our reception Driver rushed the guests onto the coach after keeping them waiting and swore at the mother of the groom. Email after email no response, I then speak with a claims handler who couldn't be nicer and what he wasn't going to do for us wasn't worth mentioning, he now seems to have disappeared and no follow up responses despite me emailing again chasing. Even spoke to day to a Welsh guy who asked me what I want him to do about the complaint and fobbed me off with excuses. Actually laughable 24 days and still waiting for a solution. Appauled

We had specific requirements and all our needs were met. Very clean and comfortable coach. The drivers who were sent were kind, courteous and very friendly. Adam at the Coach Company listened to all our requests and he provided. Thank you very much for providing us with a wonderful and safe journey to and from our destination.
