Everything was well organised by Adam from Thecoachcompany. Communication was always excellent and the company responded promptly to our requests and was very willing to accommodate some small changes that we had to make to our schedule. The driver Chris was kind enough to provide us with a map of the actual bus stop for pick up and to wait for a couple of students who were late, thank you!

The coach company were just too reliable. I contacted them late for an event, and they came through for me. Adam, the salesperson, was professional and gave me top-notch service while meeting all my demands. The price was fair enough, and the driver who drove us to the event drove safely and consciously. I will rebook again.

Travelling rail these days is a robbery so coach is the way to go. With that said the coach company does what is says on the tin. Needed to get form A to B with a few of my besties and job done. The seats were comfortable enough and there was help with luggage. Booking was smooth and easy and pickup was prompt. Friendly service with a smile.

What an appalling company - avoid. We booked door to door service for our event and our group of 10 had to walk two miles as the coach wouldn’t go closer. They gave £1.50 per head refund. Too scared to talk to me to discuss the complaint , appalling service and support despite loads of calls and emails to them. Do not use this company unless you’re prepared to be let down.
