Friendly staff and suberb communication

Fantastic travel arrangements from the coach company. Pete, the sales advisor, was able to secure a coach at the last minute (and outside of normal office hours) following the latest train strikes. The driver was really accommodating and the whole journey went off without any issues or delays. Highly recommended!

DISAPPOINTING!! At first the company seemed well organised and good value so we booked our trip around 4 months in advance. They were cooperative and allowed us to make amendments to our booking. However, in the week of our trip they then realised they had messed up and we would need more drivers to cover our long trip, but they didn't have drivers nor vehicles to allow this. We were extremely stressed and left wondering whether our Welsh 3 peaks trip (that was for charity, and had required 20+ to take a day off work) would still be going ahead. We had to repeat our booking details again and again over the phone which we had to take time out of our working day to do so. Then on the day of our booking we were called again (not even warned of this by the Coach Company) to find out they had outsourced us to a different travel company and had to go through the same process again repeating our booking details. At this point the second company had to decide to divide up our journeys so that we were travelling on different vehicles for different legs. We were glad something was sorted however it did mean the group then had to carry an extra 3-5kg of weight up multiple mountains as we couldnt leave our belongings on the bus between hikes. Overall we were very disappointed by the experience we had with the Coach Company, and found that the stress of the booking took away from what was meant to be a fun and charitable trip.

Absolutely disgusting service. I booked a coach for 35-40 people months in advance of travel, for a charity event. I received confirmations throughout, but hadn't received driver details the night before travel. I called, and was directed to the the company I had been booked with. THey informed me my booking had been cancelled 2-weeks previous, and I had to speak to the coach company again for them to come up with resolution, which they didn't. At 6:30pm the night before travel, they then told me they had no coaches for me, and cancelled my booking. THIS WAS FOR A CHARITY EVENT! If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.

I have to say the service was excellent. A beautiful coach arrived in plenty of time.The two drivers were courteous kind and considerate as most of the passengers were elderly.Their names were Glen and Mervin. I was aware from the outset they were competent but their good humour and helpfulness was above and beyond what I expected.

Fantastic service! Our Driver Tom was very professional, polite and helpful. Arrived in plenty of time and nothing was too much trouble for him. Lovely mini coach, immaculate inside and very comfortable. Very good communication between myself and the coach company prior to our booking and after we'd booked. I'd highly recommend.

Bus was in great condition, no faults at all. The driver Sam was great to deal with, on time for pick up and drop off no issues at all and very accommodating.

The booking process was very helpful. They were able to adjust our booking in response to changesin our schedules. Kamran, our driver, was terrific. Arrived well in advance of the agreed collection time and was ready for us when we'd finished with our field trip. Very helpful and courteous. We'll definitely use the company for future trips.

Last minute Booking for a coach for our churches trip to Birmingham! Johnny was very helpful in finding one that was value for money! Great customer service throughout he rang to find out if everything was going OK!

Adam was helpful in the planning of our journey and always easy to get hold of. Our driver Abdul was very obliging and patient when plans had to change last minute and allowed our charity fundraising challenge to run smoothly.

Driver was on time for both trips and very courteous to all the passengers.

Dave at The Coach Company was great, very supportive whilst dealing with multipule transfers and calmly explaining the process. Drivers were prompt and patient to wait for a few stragglers on the return journey. Overall really easy to work with and will be using them again.

5 Stars Review - I booked this for a stag do to and from different airports. Brilliant service from start to finish. Driver James was great and always arrived early and called to say where he was. Booking online was nice and easy and they called to ask how to trip went. I would use again and would definitely recommend.

Went on a family business trip I was a wonderful experience with great service.

Everything , from my first conversation with Johnny to the pre wedding checks via email & phone , leaving me feeling completely relaxed & listened too . The 16 seater mini bus was bang on time clean & fresh with a friendly driver at the wheel . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
