We received a first rate service from first contact through to waste collection. Everybody turned up when they said they would, worked hard, cleanly and were polite and friendly. Everything was completed bang on schedule. Jason and Alex were our building team and Bill and Paul the installation engineers. All were enthusiastic and superb.

Stiltz appear to be a professional, well organised company and we found everyone to be kind and helpful throughout the process of fitting our new lift, respectful, especially in the early stages, of the fact that my husband was very ill. Our building team, Darren and Scott, were skilled builders and joiners, co-ordinating with electricians and plumbers as required and they worked in a helpful, clean and tidy manner. They took all the stress out of the job for us. On the final day, the installation team, Bill and Paul, were equally good. We are now pleased with our new lift which is working well. Thank you to all the extensive Stiltz team, through sales, planning, installation, and after sales.

The best version of a home elevator out there. Looks very neat and presentable with a very efficient operation. From enquiry to commissioning was caried out by a series of very professional people and 4 weeks from order to installation. We have no hesitation in recomending this product.

Installing the Stiltz Trio lift has ‘future proofed’ our lives enabling us to remain in our home. Impressed by the polite and professional manner during the process from the initial inquiry, a dedicated project manager, professional teams of assessors, builders and installers. All achieved with a minimum of disruption. We are delighted with the lift and recommend Stiltz to anyone considering a home lift.

Stiltz Homelifts was our choice and we were not disappointed. The building team did a great job followed by the installation team. They were great users of the vacuum cleaner which meant the place was always clean.

From the day of my first enquiry to completion of the installation, I have been blown away by everyone I have communicated with....Luke and Hayley...and the incredible Paul who trawled around visiting and assessing each home I viewed as a potential 'new home'. And then when completion happened and the move took place, the day after The Team arrived.... Lewis singlehandedly set-to and did an incredible job of preparing the room upstairs (no small task as extra joists were needed!) and ensuring everything was in place, with the help of very skilled plumbers and electricians, for Darren and then Dave to assemble and install the incredible Trio + All of this took just four-and-a-bit working days! The Trio + has transformed my life giving me access to a house again! The workmanship, the care everyone showed to me and their delight too when I had my 'maiden voyage' into the room upstairs was such a treat. I don't have words to adequately describe my thanks to everyone at Stiltz for being so incredibly professional and caring in all that you do. I am indebted to Lewis in all that he did and the quality of his workmanship too. I have sang the praises of Stilz to everyone I know....and even my new neighbours (and visiting Friends) have had the joy of ascending to the heights in my new Lift! My 94-year-old Dad visited recently and loved using the Lift too! It made his stay something very special indeed! Thank you to Everyone at Stiltz! You really are THE Best.

Impossible to get service on the Stiltz home lifts in Florida. I hope it's better in the UK

the staff and workers who dealt with the product and the eventual fitting were a great team so helpful and considerate in my own personal circumstances since they actually had to work around me to fit the lift.... the product (lift) it's self gave me my independance and dignity back and now I am a work in progress

Our new Stiltz home lift has made a great difference to everyday life. The design simply fits in with our decor and is so easy to use. Would highly recommend to anyone having difficulties climbing stairs in their home.

Stiltz were very professional and quick to install the lift. It’s attractive and has set my husband who is now unable to walk - free. We were disappointed and surprised to find that the Warranty was only for 1 year.

Amazing staff, electricians/plumbers/lift fitters. Stiltz policy is to employ their own staff. The lift was fitted in the hall and rises to the landing outside the bedrooms. The coordinated efficient workforce completed the job in 4 days. Wow! has it changed my life!! I’ve regained my independence, I can go upstairs whenever I want to so can a chest of drawers, the Hoover, washing baskets, the dog etc, etc Thank you Stiltz. Viewing available on request

The engineers who installed it were really great The office staff were also great but for one area one week after installation I had a call trying to sell me additional warrenty cover this set a seed of doubt in my head what was going to go wrong with the lift when the 1 year warrenty runs out. My mind was put at ease today when I had a call to do a survey on the lift. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase but we would strongly recommend to Stiltz that the sales calls are done after say a 6 or 9 months after the installation is completed

From our initial inquiry to our first use of the lift received clear information on the process, cost and timing to instal. Professional team of technicians and installers backed up by our own project manager made the entire experience, every step of the way, very straightforward. Very happy to recommend Stiltz.

We originally purchased the 3 floor extended travel Trio+ lift via a third party who delayed the installation several times then, eventually, on the first day when they were supposed to start cutting the holes decided that that could not proceed. Stiltz stepped in and from that day, with assistance from my builder who cut the holes, they got the lift fitted within a few weeks, they were extremely helpful. The installation team, Sam and Mike along with Will got the lift up an running solving all issues in a positive helpful manner. Their attitude is a credit to Stiltz. A big thank you to all involved I can now easily move up and down the levels. This is fantastic and life changing for me.
