The team were polite and on time each day and they tidied up after themselves. We had the lift installed, so that our home was more accessible for my mum. She has been and stayed and gave it a huge thumbs up.

Brilliant from start to finish. The sales manager, Surveyor, asbestos checker, builders and engineers were all considerate, polite and did a fabulous job. We had a great team of builders who cut the hole ready for the Lift on the second day unfortunately one of the team cut his tendons on his thumb which put our installer under pressure who then went on to build our lift on his own until help arrived later. We watched as the lift was going up and down thinking tomorrow it would be finished, somehow the lift was to high as the wrong size lift was delivered so our installer couldn't apologise enough for the inconvenience caused and quickly got this resolved, we had to wait just over a week before the correct lift arrived and the same team came back to start again with a pocket being cut upstairs to accommodate the top of the lift due to our house having a low ceiling height, all done and finished within a fortnight of starting, my wife has been using the new lift for only 6 days and I can't believe the amount of difference it has already made to her life she's much happier and gets up earlier and gets up to bed in seconds instead of struggling with the stairs ,Thank-you all the people at stiltz for resolving the initial problems and improving my wife's life.

Had the Trio installed just over a year ago and have had nothing but trouble with it! Last time out the engineer discovered that wires weren’t connected properly and the lift is repeatedly getting stuck due to the sensors thinking that there is an object below it, despite this not being the case. It has got to the point that we don’t necessarily want to put our disabled daughter in it for fear of her being stuck between floors. Disappointed.

Couldn't fault any stage of the process. It only took two and a half days and they were very tidy. And the lift is brilliant.

The installation team did an excellent job of fitting the lift, and cleaning up afterwards. They explained the lift features and controls well. We (in particular, my wife, who uses a wheelchair) find the lift a big improvement on the stairlift we had in our old house. The only small problem is that it is quite a tight fit for the wheelchair, and my wife has to manoeuvre it quite carefully to avoid hitting the lift door or the frame.

The first representative chose the best place of where to fit the lift. The second member of staff who actually fitted the lift was professional and cleared the residual mess to the point of sweeping and mopping the area. The lift has proven to be and continues to be extremely beneficial in that at age 88 I can no longer use the stairs. I cannot recall the exact date it was fitted.

Very pleased with the lift. It’s neat looking and so easy to operate. Installation team very clean and tidy and considerate. Only minor niggle is for elderly users, who can’t take all the verbal information given into memory, a short follow up visit would be helpful to reinforce the information in operating brochure.

All members of the building and installation teams were polite, respectful and very good at their jobs. Cleaned up after themselves every day and were genuinely nice people. Lift is great and I wish I had got it sooner.

The whole experience was quite painless from initial consultation to the fitting. Work carried out quickly and cleanly. I feel very save using it.

My husband and I have the Trio+ lift. It is a really lovely looking lift and easy to use. We bought the lift to future proof our home for our old age. I don’t have the arm strength I did and it has been as valuable for getting things that are that bit too heavy or bulky for me up and down floors as it has for taking the strain off my knees. The lift is situated in a double height sunroom, the colourless Perspex walls of the lift mean it is much less obtrusive than a traditional home lift would be. We chose the half door option which is ideal if you don’t want to feel too enclosed, my elderly mother who is very claustrophobic feels comfortable travelling in it. All the engineers during and after the installation were extremely friendly whilst still being professional. All the sales staff and customers services staff have been equally pleasant to deal with. There were a few teething problems post installation but they were dealt with quickly and successfully. The only negative point we have is the long length of white power cable that hangs down by the side of the lift – it never seems to appear in any of the pictures and was quite a surprise. I believe that other Stiltz customers have given the same feedback to Stiltz and new model without this cable is being brought out.
