All staff from 1st contact to handover of installation were excellent. Timely and good product knowledge. The finished installation is all we could have expected. Highly recommend, lift has made our lives much easier.

Fantastic from first visit right to the end. Thorough surveys completed beforehand to ensure the safety of installation. Excellent admin - calls and emails always acted upon. Workers could not have been more helpful. The house area was left usable, safe and clean each day. My blind husband was taken into consideration and lift control slightly adapted. We celebrated the 'finale' by all having a Cornish Pasty. 100% happy - we can stay in our lovely house of 43 years.

The installation of this lift went like clockwork and, although I had covered everything up with dust sheets due to my previous experience of builders, they weren't necessary. Roman and Steven (my installers) did a perfectionist job with not a drop of dust left after installation. I wish all tradesmen were this good! In addition, the Stiltz advertisements do exactly what they say on the tin. They have thought of everything and they are precisely designed for small footprint, domestic use. A stairlift cannot, for example, shift heavy items from floor to floor, one of my current problems. The lift also looks very stylish and has attracted much attention from relatives and friends. Although expensive (the cost of a small car) I think it has been well worth it so far.

Very impressed with the service and the lift is great. It takes up a bit more space than I expected but is surprisingly inconspicuous.

I was very pleased with the installation of the Stiltz lift. Clean tidy workers that left the room in a good state. It was all very organised. Have recommended to a friend who is having a lift fitted at the moment. I use the lift every day not just for taking me upstairs but taking up the washing and the vaccum cleaner and other heavy objects.

From day 1 our experience of Stiltz has been a treat. No pushy sales pitch, just clear information and options; experienced and skilled fitters and engineers and a beautiful lift that usually gets a 'wow' as a response when visitors realise what that is in the corner of the room! We installed our lift as a 'just in case' but, in fact, it is used every day. Our elderly arthritic dog uses it to get upstairs and down; since my husband had a stroke in September it's a safe back-up plan if he's tired and if the dog will allow him in and it's brilliant for 'taking things upstairs'!

Although the lift has many good features and generally works very well (as it should for the money) we were disappointed in not being advised initially of the full ramifications of having to have a fire seal. The noise is quite intolerable and the fact that one is left with what can only be described as an industrial plate on the floor in the upstairs room as opposed to carpet to match the room. Also on advising Stilzt through their customer service department we were told someone would be contacting us but we never heard a word! Such is life.

From the initial contact to post sale checks, everything went flawlessly. The company provided updates on the process all along. Installation was excellent. The engineer in charge was always on time, courteous, provided precise information and was very careful. The process was completed on time and the crew left our home clean and tidy. I also had the opportunity to check their emergency service as the lift stopped just a couple of inches before reaching the bottom floor. I was able to speak to the firms' contact centre in no time and as they assessed the nature of the event, an engineer was sent by the end of the same day. In the end it was a case of a sensor needed some adjustment. I am very pleased with the product, the installation process and Stiltz service.

We are very pleased with our Stilz Lift as it looks good with safety features and ease of working. Any of the "team" at Stilz were all very helpful when phoned, and did all they could to make us feel confident with the company, which we were. All the work involved went smoothly, 4 days in total, and we would thoroughly recommend Stilz.

We are so pleased with our lift. We were thinking of moving to a bungalow as stairs were beginning to be a problem for both of us. Since having our lift installed we can stay in our home forever. Best thing we ever bought. The men who installed it were so efficient and friendly and there was absolutely no cleaning up to do afterwards as they took great care in leaving our home clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Stiltz to anyone who is considering having to move house for mobility reasons.

We did not get as far as a final order, though it was our intention. Stiltz representative came, thought a lift would be possible in our unusual home and we paid £8000 deposit on the understanding that it would be returned if the lift didn’t prove possible. We indicated our top price. Stiltz sent a surveyor and then a second surveyor. The result of their surveys was the lift would only be possible if we employed a builder to create a dormer in the roof. Having consulted a builder about feasibility and price, we wrote to say that the project was not practical and could our deposit be returned. We were then informed that we would have to pay for both the surveys and structural report. Nowhere on stiltz literature nor in any correspondence with us was reference made to surveys and reports being at the clients expense. Had we be told this and given quotes we would not have proceeded without assurances from stiltz that a lift was a practical proposition.

My husband suffers from Parkinsons and his mobility was getting worse, particularly getting up and down stairs. I did not want a stairlift fitted as I believed that would compromise stair use for able bodied members of the family so when I found Stitz homelifts this was very appealing. From the start of the process to the final fitting of the lift I found the Stiltz team to be exceptionally helpful and professional. Their work was immaculate, everything was explained to me and the lift was installed quickly and professionally. The lift has proved to be a valuable addition to our home. It is not intrusive, very quiet to operate and easy for my husband to use. The safety measures included give me confidence that my husband can cope . I would have no hesitation in recommending Stiltz lifts to anyone contemplating such a move.
