An excellent company from the first contact to the completed project All personnel were friendly and very polite but stayed extremely professional throughout Having been in the construction industry for over 40 years I was aware the preparation work was carried out to a high standard by the best of trades people The lift itself can not be faulted both the operation and aesthetics however I did feel the free mini-hamper was both naff and unnecessary
I only have good things to say about the workmen that installed my elevator. I have contacted Stiltz directly because one of the issues is due to the design of the elevator. The power cord burned obviously shorting out the elevator. They had to install a new power cord, battery charger and battery backup. They even cut the area of the frame so it couldn’t rub the new cord. Not very safe by my standards.Because it took a few days for someone to come it was the domino effect breaking down. I asked for someone from your company come here to see for themselves. I received a response stating my issues was being turned over to a manager and they would get back to me. That was several months ago. Still waiting for a call back.

From start to finish, Stiltz were professional and responsive. The survey, building and installation Teams were excellent. We had one issue with the placement of the electric breaker switch; but that should be resolved soon. Cannot praise Stiltz professionalism enough.

From start to finish the whole experience was painless with no heavy sales approach, something that had worried me previously. When the engineers came across unexpected impediments to installation involving additional steel supports they dealt with them professionally dealing with building control to ensure the highest safety standards. This involved an additional 5 days labour charges of which they only added 1 days additional labour charge. The lift has literally been a life saver as my wife has advanced chronic COPD and we love the look and safety features and ease of use. Everyone comments it looks like something out of Star Trek it's so sleek and beautifully illuminated.
In an earlier experience report I mentioned that if you get stuck between floors the lift might cause a problem, well of course it would and I did, but the lift has an internal telephone and a call resolved that problem the same day ... and since that day, NO further problems whatsoever. The lift is a fantastic piece of equipment, apart from having a knee problem for negotiating stairs, I recently fractured my shoulder and without my lift, there was no way I could have negotiated the stairs. The lift was an absolute `godsend`, I could not have lived without it. Well done Stiltz.
As we are close to or just past 80, we are future proofing our home so we don't have to move. We just had our Trio Alta installed and can't say enough about the quality of the product, the installation and the company that installed it! We feel that we have made a wise decision toward making our lives easier.

My experience with Stiltz home lifts Just over a month ago, I had my Stiltz lift installed and I am so pleased with it. The workmen that came and fitted it were very professional and knew what they were doing. They were so professional I would not hesitate to recommend Stiltz lifts to anybody.
Easy to arrange lots of information, No problems with fitting, payment taken in stages, last payment when job was completed. Everyone was friendly from start to finish.
Very well organised and sympathetic company, we were needing a lift so partner could be discharged from hospital so it was done very quickly. Project management for a complex job was very good and the lead builder, Andy was excellent. Whilst the product is expensive, reflect on the fact that the cost was equivalent to 27 weeks in a nursing home maybe less.

Had an issue with the lift this afternoon that, after talking with an engineer at around 17.30, I was not able to resolve myself. After a drive of 3 hours, he was at our house at 21.15 and fixed the problem in under half an hour. Then he had to drive 3 hours back home! Can't fault the customer service! Stiltz talks the talk and walks the walk!
An efficient and professional service from start to finish. Opted to use their builders for enabling works, ensuring slick project management, and all VAT-free works as I have a registered disability. House cleaned by team after every day on site. No hesitation in recommending Stiltz.
As a person suffering from chronic COPD and am on oxygen 24/7, the Homelift is perfect for getting myself up and down the stairs. The product and workmanship are worth five stars, however, as is usual in a project like this, there is always a "hiccup", I was quoted 2 to 3 weeks for the project to start, but I was still waiting a month and a half later before anything happened.
The installation and operation of our lift exceeded our expectations. Installation was easy, tidy by expert tradesmen. The operation is almost silent and very safe.
