I had two lifts installed which necessitated a lot of plumbing work re-routing pipes etc. All the work was carried out on time by an excellent team of builders, plumbers, electricians and the lift engineers. All I can say is that Stiltz is an A class company and all the people from the surveyors to the operatives who prepared and installed the lifts. We were really pleased with how the installation went and the polite and efficient workmen who carried it out. Had a couple of hiccups in the first couple of weeks but Stiltz immediately sent an engineer out and problem was solved. The Stiltz lift has made such a difference to my partners lifestyle and given her independence to go upstairs without the hazard of stairs. Can’t recommend them enough, friendly and professional service throughout the whole process.

NZ, Have had VERY stressful and confusing time trying to get a Stiltz lift installed .The agent has refused to install the lift, It all hinges round the required PS2 document which the agent is supposed to facilitate but his help was only to send more examples of what was required but not specific to our situation. Council had approved my application for a building consent permit dependent on the Ps2 document. It is the ideal lift for our situation. (Two 80+ year olds) But communication appalling.

I wish i could give a minus review absolutely appalling service would never recommend them. First when they started the lift left a sheet not pinned causing my mother to have a broken shoulder & ribs she is a 78year old who lives on her own. We then stopped all works allowing her to recover & we then asked them to come back after six months You would think after an major accident they would be falling over them selves to get this lift sorted They left my mum for 5 days no working toilet They arrive at 10:00 & most days finished at 3:00. They would have a builder who would have his 13 year old son attend site helping him (assuming taken out of school) He would not turn up the days he was allocated Project Manager David again no project management WE WANT LIFT TAKEN OUT & WE ARE PURSUING LEGAL ACTION NOW ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

I was given full details of options, costs, installation and security during the agent visit. There was some delay before the lift could be fitted. Once a date was agreed, the builders took 4 days to prepare the rooms for the lift, and it was fitted the following Monday. All the workmen were friendly, polite and helpful. They cleaned up after the work. The fitters had extra work to get the lift into the room through our small room doors, but completed all the work quickly and without mess. I was given a proper demonstration of the functions and safety features.

The installation of our new lift has transformed our lives and is enabling us to stay in our long-term two-storey home with its garden and our dog and to use the whole house. The staircase in our house was not suitable for a stair lift but this through-the-floor lift is wonderful both for people and taking bags of goods up and downstairs. The work was carried out efficiently and effectively and to time and budget by very pleasant workmen in just under 3 days. All waste rubbish from the installation was removed as promised within hours of the work being completed. I would thoroughly recommend Stiltz lifts.

Excellent service and installation team were very friendly and considerate. The lift is pleasing to look at and being largely transparent doesn't dominate the room.The price was around the same as other, less stylish, lifts we looked at. It's quite quiet in operation too. And apart from people carrying it's rather useful for transporting heavy items upstairs!

Very professional and carried out with a mimum of disturbance .

Having a through-floor lift installed enables us to stay in the house and area we like where very few suitable alternative properties are available. The lift is very compact with minimal disruption to the living area and there is still very usable space in the bedroom above. We found the company very helpful and efficient to deal with and their installers were excellent in all respects. The lift is easy to operate and we are already very pleased we bought it.

Pleased that we chose Stiltz. The Technicians were brilliant and although we had a couple of problems they dealt with them perfectly and promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

May I suggest that possible clients should be asked if they are left handed. The position of the controls and the gate could be affected by the answer.

An excellent lift. There was some confusion when the first surveyor visited, about fire precautions but this was soon sorted out. Stiltz arranged for us to visit a home where one was installed before we bought one - this helped us to decide. There seemed to be several financial deals available in the months before we agreed to place an order. These changed with time - but this was during the early stages of the pandemic.

Enjoying the luxury and benefit of my recently installed Stiltz lift. No household should be without one. Accidents will happen but, one obstacle, falling down the stairs as so many of my elderly friends have, has been reduced. Such a treat to transport vacuum cleaners and other heavy items without any effort. As to exercise by climbing stairs? There are other safer and better ways to keep fit. Delighted with my lift.

left writing this for a few months so it is covering all aspects of their service and I cant praise the whole team highly enough very pleased and VERY pleased in use - it was a tight fit in our modest home but it is great.

I never give top marks for anything in any survey as it might lure manufacturers into false sense of security, thinking that they are perfect. I like to leave a little room for improvement, having said that I cannot really find any specific detail in my Stltz homelift that I consider needs changing for the better. If my lift were a car I would make it a mini, small, neat and nippy. It gets me upstairs with no fuss and fits in my house very unobtrusively. It was certainly a cheaper option as opposed to moving house to a bungalow so I could get in to the bedrooms easily. Well done Stiltz, you have made my home life so much easier and given me back some independence, which is important. Only negative aspect I would mention that the buttons to raise and lower the lift are super sensitive. I have limited force in my hands and sometimes find myself releasing the button mid flight. Scary when between floors, however now I am aware of the problem I shall just have to make sure and push harder for longer!

The Stiltz lift has turned the house into a bungalow which means I can stay here much longer and not have to worry about the stairs. It looks stylish and is quiet in operation. The installation only took 2 days and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Although the lift was not cheap it was the best option for me and considerably cheaper than moving financially and emotionally - highly recommended

I am so very pleased that I chose Stiltz for my lift. It's absolutely Wonderful the best thing I ever bought. It's given me back my independence. The whole Team at Stiltz are all wonderful in my opinion from the Sales to After Sales. I hardly had any mess which I was dreading but the workmen Steven and Wesley were brilliant. I had hardly any mess at all. In my opinion I would highly recommend Stiltz. Thanks.
