Most of my experience was all online with little human interaction. Once it can time for delivery and getting updates on the orders progress is when I relied on human support. They kept me in the loop and made it easy for last minute order adjustment. This is just a review of sofas and sectionals and not the furniture I purchased. Which is less than stellar. Cat napper with Mechanical recline heat and message. The reclining part is ok but don't expect much in the heat and message department.

Never thought I’d be buying furniture online, during a pandemic no less. These folks delivered 5-star service throughout — from the online chats answering my gazillion questions, free delivery of a dozen swatches, prompt communication about order status, top quality product and immediate resolution on tiny delivery issue. The best furniture buy I’ve ever made. Highly recommended!

I would like to first say... I am a real customer. I was scared to death to spend $$$$ on a couch that I never got to see, feel or to sit in. There's just not that much out there in furniture stores that I really liked. I had a vision and I wanted leather and a specific look. I found that sectional at Sofas and Sectionals. Jennifer my sales rep and Hannah my customer sevice rep were on top of everything! I ordered my sectional in March but I knew going into this purchase it was going to take time to receive it. I received my sectional on 8/14. It was wrapped so perfectly and the delivery team was so professional and helpful. End goal..it looks beautiful! The color and leather is top notch and it's so comfortable. I love it!! Thank you to the staff at Sofas and Sectionals. I would highly recommend your company to family and friends!

We have waited 4 months now for a simple sofa to be "constructed". They've had our $$ since April. Now, they are telling me it will be Oct. 28th before we get our sofa. This company is a joke. If you want furniture, this year, or within a 6-month period, then order from someone else. I'd be glad to give some referrals as I purchase furniture often. Ridiculous they have the ability to keep over $1,200 of my family's money, for over 6 months before delivering a product! From: Someone who doesn't have time to leave reviews....

Customer service is excellent! Care is taken to ensure delivery is in perfect condition. They stand behind their product. We have been buying from them for years and will continue.

I found the recliners that I wanted on Sofa and Sectional’s website, purchased them and waited for delivery. Elaine followed up with me reporting the status of my order over several weeks…We did encounter a problem with the delivery company (not her fault), they did not fulfill the “white glove” service- Elaine in a matter of a few hours managed to find two furniture movers to fulfill that service and then refunded me that cost! I asked her not to refund me because she had gone out of her way to provide the service anyway. I appreciated her initiative and most of all her “customer service” attitude…She is absolutely the best customer advocate that I have experienced in several years! I recommend doing business with her- I know that I will again.

It was such a pleasure working with everyone at Sofas and Sectionals. From the very first "chat" to the final correspondence/delivery, it was truly a pleasure!!! This company knows everything there is to know about purchasing furniture and they gave me very helpful information. I was able to order (complimentary) different color material swatches and they were even "overnighted", again, complimentary. They know their business so well and have hired nothing but the best personnel. Everyone is so nice and helpful. If you need to purchase furniture, look no further! Fabric selection - great Customer service - great Delivery - great Product - if the sofa and loveseat didn’t have detachable back cushions stuffed with ??? so they become a lumpy uncomfortable mess after a few months I would rate the sofa and loveseat higher but based on how bad the back cushions are I just can’t. If the detachable cushions had a solid foam cushion I think it would be much better

This company is exceptional. Yes, there were some delays in production but keep in mind Sofas and Sectionals ("S&S") doesn't make the furniture, the manufacturers do. The manufacturers are the ones setting the dates. Not to mention we were in the middle of an unprecedented global pandemic at the time. So yeah, it took a little longer than expected to get the couch BUT throughout the process I was ALWAYS able to get a hold of someone. There was never any lack of communication or understanding. S&S went as far as to provide me a couple discounts as a gesture of appreciation for my patience during these delays. To top it all off... when the couch finally arrived... I discovered that I actually ordered the wrong model couch. It was my own fault. I called S&S when I realized my mistake and asked if anything can be done. I felt so stupid. But without hesitation, Elaine (customer support angel) said "It's okay. These things happen." and jumped right into setting up an exchange and getting the new order in process. The new couch arrived (the one I was supposed to have ordered the first time) without delay and it's absolutely beautiful. Worth every penny. I highly recommend giving this company and opportunity to win your business.

At initial order placement I contacted the company to see if a specific sectional was in stock. They advised they reached out to the manufacturer and had confirmed the sectional was in stock and could ship in 3 weeks. 3 weeks came and gone where I was advised they needed more time. After nearly 4 Months, I never received my order. Each time the sectional was due to ship I would have to reach out to the company and request a status at which point each time a new excuse was made why they needed an extension. I finally cancelled my order after being advised that they cannot offer an ETA on my purchase because NOW, they were experiencing a 6-8 Month back order. How is an order due to be shipped get placed on a 6-8 month back order list? Don't recommend this company, BUY ELSEWHERE.

Elaine was an awesome customer service rep. She was very diligent about checking in making sure everything was taking care of as it should have been. Definitely would recommend purchasing from here. Sofa is super comfy and visually appealing.

Ordered the Palliser Northbrook sofa in Bronco Bourbon and it took about 14 weeks to get delivered, granted I knew it is custom made and that it would be at least 12 weeks. I got a great deal on it with the 5 year extended warranty. Received it Friday and it is the most beautiful sofa I've ever seen or owned. Well worth the wait. Local store could not come close to matching the price either. Sofas and Sectionals sales and customer support is top notch! Highly recommend anyone looking for high quality leather furniture to definitely contact Sofas and Sectionals for their next purchase, as you will not be disappointed. Can't say enough about the support and quality I received. When I am ready, I will most definitely reach out to them for the matching chair. We were replacing our klaussner family room sofas, the original sofas were discontinued so I took to the web to find something comparable from klaussner, I found the Declan sofa. So I began the process of shopping around locally and online looking for the best price. Sofas and sectionals ended up having the best price and were the most responsive. They sent me fabric samples twice and dealt with all my questions. Because they are one of the largest suppliers of klaussner they were able to get my custom made sofas done super quickly. I highly recommend sofas and sectionals they were super easy to work with from ordering to delivery.

We ordered our power loveseat on line. First time we have ever purchased furniture online. From the beginning our experience was great. We asked for swatches and received them promptly. Each and every person we dealt with has been professional and knowledgeable. We knew it would be up to 6 months wait. We are so glad we received it today. It is everything we asked for and could have wanted. We love it! Our delivery guys were fantastic.We paid for the white glove delivery service and the truck was too large for our driveway arch. The three guys unloaded it, wheeled it 250 feet to the house and set it up inside making sure everything worked.I needed to contact Steven today to figure out all the buttons. He called immediately and we are at this moment enjoying our loveseat. We will not hesitate to tell our friends all about Sofas and Sectionals. 2 thumbs up!!

We ordered a sectional through this company in February 2021. we ordered over the phone and received an order confirmation. Today (May2021), we called to ask about the order status and were informed that the sectional was never even ordered. They forgot to inform us. Do yourself a favor and go to a real furniture place to order big ticket items.

We were a little anxious at first ordering online something as personal and expensive as a sofa, but, we were glad we did and did so from Sofas and Sectionals. The sales and customer service teams were very helpful and understanding of our needs through the entire process from selection to delivery. We ordered our sofa late last year and just had our sofa delivered due to extended wait times from COVID. The quality was excellent as we expected. The sofa was delivered by professionals. The price was just as nice much lower than what we could find locally. We will definetly keep Sofas and Sectionals in mind for all our furniture needs. Good deal!

We had an amazing experience with our purchase! I have to admit I was worried about spending several thousand with an internet furniture store but it was perfect! They are responsive and helpful and we saved quite a bit of money! Highly recommend!

Sofas and Sectionals was great to work with. I ordered a couch that came apart specifically because I knew it wouldn't fit in my house fully assembled. When the delivery team showed up, the couch was fully assembled and wouldn't fit. Unfortunately, this happened three more times before they finally delivered it in pieces and assembled it like they were supposed to. Sofas and Sectionals outsource their shipping and were very persistent and supportive in helping to resolve the issue, even offering me a full refund if it could not be resolved. Thankfully, they finally were able to get the delivery company to deliver it in pieces like they were supposed to which is good because I REALLY wanted this couch! I've now had it for 2 months and I love it. Sofas and Sectionals was a great company to work with, but the contracted delivery service was terrible. 5/5 stars for S&S, 1/5 stars for Ryder Last Mile Delivery, Southern New Jersey branch. I hope S&S can find a better company to work with! Particular shout-out to Elaine at S&S for working tirelessly to help resolve the issue and staying in constant communication.
