My experience has been great. Only issue is timeline. I understand we are having delays with everything right now but it was more than double the time from what I was told when I placed the order. Love the massage chairs. They look great and customer service is very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend.

My experience was awesome. We are very pleased with our sectional purchase and would definitely consider purchasing again. Our sectional came, to no one’s direct fault, with a small cut to an arm. The support team quickly worked to identify possible resolution options and we elected to have a repair in house. This experience too was excellent as the technicians recently arrived and didn’t a great repair job.

So, yea, I was nervous about ordering a sofa online but my specialist Cory was super helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me make a good decision while not putting any preasure on me. He even offered suggestions and gave me a discount. I would definitly recomend Sofas & Sectionals and feel it is a company you can trust.

Sofas and Sectionals went well beyond the extra mile. Through no fault of their own I was told there was damage to one of my recliners. I promptly went straight to worry mode fearing a different dye lot would be a problem. After a short initial discussion I was permitted to make a new selection. Sarah handled everything with courtesy and effectiveness. Between her expertise and that of Miracle Man Matt I made a new and different selection. The word of the year is "Delay." No truckers. No delivery trucks. Finally my two recliners were delivered in perfect condition by two polite and knowledgeable delivery persons. I don't know what the rules are but nevertheless I gave each a tip. I appreciated their care in bringing my pieces in and checking set up. I would not hesitate to deal with S&S again unless I needed something ASAP. As a huge plus all furniture is made in the USA ...not some foreign country beginning with a "C."

This is an awesome company. My sectional is gorgeous. When some parts were missing they credited back my account Until the final parts were delivered. I’m looking to see what else I can buy. There was nothing bad everything was so superior

I ordered a reclining sofa and rocker by Lane thru Sofa and Sectionals. Ordered Oct.29, 2020 and was told that the expected wait time was 3 to 4 months, then the pandemic hit. Needless to say this extended the wait! We were offered and received a discount and free white glove delivery. Well it took forever! (not Sofas and Sectionals fault, production issues) Our furniture was delivered and we love it. Would order from them again.

Ordering is straightforward, easy. Sales people are very helpful and professional. Then you wait if your item is to be made. If so, you wait a lot. Calling Customer Service us a great idea hopefully, you’ll get Hannah. She’s your ray of golden sunshine. Make sure you have her extension. Then, you wait some more. Not her fault. One day, she’ll let you know your piece was made and is ready for shipment and delivery. Then, you wait a whole lot. Why? Not Hannah’s fault. It’s the management. They can’t ship nor deliver as there’s just not enough people to do it. Then, you get it. Bottom line: Nice furniture, okay pricing, good sales, crappy delivery and setup. But, you have Hannah…she’ll make everything wonderful! Well, she did for me!

Jennifer Hutchins, your representative, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She had all the facts readily at her fingertips and even recalled a previous querry we made. She is a credit to your organization. It was truly a pleasure working with her in this age when customer service frequently seems to take a back seat.

From the initial sales representative to the staff that helped track my order, I am over-the-moon with Sofas and Sectionals. A Mom and Pop company, the folks I encountered actually cared! Their knowledge was second to none. I was replacing a beloved 35 year old high end leather couch (that I purchased new and loved); but for the staff, it would have been difficult process. I couldn't be happier. My couch was custom made, and there was a fully disclosed delay in manufacturing it. Like other companies around the globe, labor and supply shortages are a factor of our lives. But all in all, the experience was terrific.

How can you buy furniture online? Big question but I will again here! From day 1 on the Sofas and Sectionals site, I could interact with a real employee. I chose swatches that were sent quickly and I was even sent other possible colors/fabrics. As I made the purchase online, I was able to communicate with a real person. Finally on arrival day, we had an issue with the shipping company and my representative Hannah was on the phone working out details. We got the chairs placed white glove in our home and one chair felt a little off, within 48 hours there was an engineer here to show me it was the chair placement on the swivel - user error. So now I won’t get out of the chair and can’t stop looking at them. They are everything I wanted. So comfortable, so supportive and just feel so confident in this purchase. Thank you Hannah!!!

I can’t say enough about this company and the dedication and persistence of Hannah. She was on top of my order the whole way through the pandemic and continued to update me about supply issues. Although the delivery was challenging, everything came together and we are delighted with our sleeper sofa. Cudos to Hannah, she needs to be cloned so everyone who purchases a product feels as though “they have a team “ and are entitled to great quality service. Thanks, Judith Erickson

I ordered a sofa last year and I’ve been very satisfied with the sofa and customer service. I decided to go ahead and order the matching chair and ottoman this year. Cory was very helpful getting my order and a custom quote.

Sofas and Sectionals delivered on everything our sales person, Jennifer, said. We had tried to order similar furniture during the pandemic, and got nothing but runarounds from other furniture sales places. You can't go wrong with Jennifer and Sofas and Sectionals. We got a great deal on our furniture as well.

I LOVE MY FURNITURE!! It was worth the wait. Because of the pandemic the make and delivery of the furniture was delayed for 10 months. But I'm happy to say I received it TODAY. I had OUTSTANDING customer service during the pandemic. They kept me updated every three weeks about the status. So I would like to Thank the salesman Kory and a special Thank You to Sarah Nevarez and Hannah Doherty for all your help.

I purchased a sofa sleeper sectional. I ordered a bunch of fabric samples from the site, as they didn't limit me to any arbitrary number. Interestingly, I ordered a fabric that I would never have guessed I would order but for the sample. The sectional is extremely well made and came out BEAUTIFUL!!! I love it! It was exactly what I wanted. However, the main reason I am writing this review is to talk about customer service. My sectional was lost in transport by the carrier. It was scheduled to be delivered to my home, and then it fell off the face of the earth and couldn't be located. The carrier acted as if my $2000+ investment was no big deal and was in no hurry to find it despite my many calls and complaints. I contacted S&S. Their customer-service and logistics teams immediately got on it and started pushing the carrier from their end. Within a couple of days, it was located and a few days later it was in my home. I was anticipating that this dispute was going to get ugly, but S&S made sure it didn't and built a ton of goodwill with me.

I needed a heavy duty recliner and they made me one with everything I requested! Because of COVID delays it took a while but when it got here it was well worth the wait! It’s beautiful and very comfortable, we love our new recliner!!! I will definitely use these guys again!

I purchased a motorized recliner for when I get my surgery I purchased it in March and there were delays because of this Pandemic. I understood to a point but then there were delays because the delivery company lost the paperwork so I got my recliner another 3 weeks later. When I got my recliner it was beautiful but I didn't trust the deliver so much I doubted it was real leather or even the recliner I ordered. I called customer service and they had me take a picture of the label under the foot of the recliner and verified it was indeed the one I ordered. There was no USB port and I was told the set up that I ordered did not come with a USB port. For two weeks I used the recliner and fell in love with it and Sarah from customer service was a gem. NO pressure to keep it, always stated that she wanted me to be sure that I loved that recliner or I could send it back. In the end Sarah worked out a wonderful incentive for me to be happy to keep my dream recliner. She sent me a link to a 19 foot USB cord for my phone, which is the only reason I wanted that USB port in the first place. I never heard of a cord being that long and to my surprise, there was a 16' cord as well Since I use a Freedom battery for my recliner, I don't have to put the recliner next to the wall because of the cord. Now everything works as I wanted it to and I love my chair and could not be happier with Sofas and Sectionals customer service. Thank you Sarah, you were a great help and professional all the way.

On October 1, 2020, I ordered a sectional. We were told it would be a 24-27 week delivery time. In late January after hearing nothing from Sofas and Sectionals, I called to check the status of the order with delays across the industry being reported. I was told at that time it might be delayed a couple of weeks. 29 weeks after we ordered, I was informed that the sectional was delayed further and encouraged to cancel my order and place an order from another manufacturer with a 15% discount. By this time, prices had risen by about 50%, and that 15% off would still have me paying over $1000 more for furniture and not the quality we ordered. We were given the option of waiting on the order and after speaking with a rep from the manufacturer and Sofas and sectionals, we decided to wait while we looked for other options for furniture. This continued until September 13, 2021, almost one year after the order was placed. Sofas and Sectionals still could not give a date for delivery or for production and still only offered the 15% discount. In fact, I spoke with Hannah Doherty a sofas and sectionals customer service rep and she said they were not asking us to spend more and they had not failed to meet the terms of our agreement when purchased. She told me that we had purchased an item from them and seven months later when they could not deliver they offered me a refund and that should be ok. She said they were not asking me to spend more money to get what I had already paid for, they just wanted me to take my money back or order something else (that would cost more). Sofas and Sectionals is owned by TruRooms. Their company vision is "TruRooms Inc strives to create an exceptional customer experience from the time the order is placed to the final in-home delivery." This is a complete failure to live up to the vision they set forth on their own website.

I purchased a Lane reclining love seat from sofa and sectional several years ago. As I recall the sale and receipt of the love seat was uneventful. Just over a month ago the steel reclining mechanism broke at one of the swivel points. I call sofas and sectional and they told me to take a picture and send it to them. I did just that and they contacted Lane for a replacement part. Lane was non committal on when I should expect a replacement part. But sofas and sectional staff updated me on a weekly basis as to the status. Basically they were calling Lane at least once a week. In fact , Lane requested a $50 labor charge to put the parts to gather which sofas and sectional took care of. After a month I got the parts and fixed my reclining love seat. It works as good as new and I am convinced that I would stlll be waiting on parts if it was not for the customer service sofa and sectional staff provided hassling Lane furniture. It was outstanding performance you seldom see in most businesses today. I highly recommend them and will purchase from them in the future.
