Responsive to my request for fabric samples and then followed through with excellent service on order. Understood my apprehensions of ordering furniture online for the first time. Very good customer service.

Although I love my sectional, I've had less than average customer service help. My sofa came with some damages and I had to make several calls to the CS department to get things taken care of. I would have a promise of a call back, and it would never happen.

My recliner was late by 1-2 weeks. The delivery guys were professional and clean. The recliner was not damaged.

The price is great. The items are comfortable yet the cushions are so immense that the sofa and chair, which appear tailored online are in fact Gigantic! Super plush... Just far less tailored than I anticipated. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys navigated it through my front door. Yeah! Thanks.

I am very pleased with my leather queen sleeper sofa. My whole experience with this company was excellent., from the ordering process to the delivery. The sofa is beautiful and i would not hesitate to order from them again!

I am very pleased with my new Sofa/Sectional. The sofa cushions are nice and firm, it is very comfortable. It is quality furniture. The mattress in the sleeper bad is extra comfortable, I got the air mattress option, glad I did.

I was looking for a leather sofa-bed, super hard to find and when I did, it was super expensive. After finding the website, the selection was great, and the customer service was outstanding when ordering leather color samples. The price was so good, I decided that if it did not work out, I'd just replace it in a year or two. So I ordered a couch and crossed my fingers. In exactly 4 weeks, my sofa was delivered and I am SO impressed. It is beautiful, well made and comfortable. I think I'll order the matching chair!!! I've already recommended the website to a friend.

When we ordered the furniture, we were told to expect delivery in 8-10 weeks, which we thought was reasonable. 17 weeks and 3 days later we received the furniture. In the beginning we kept getting emails saying, "your order is coming along nicely". When it was in the 8-10 week window, and after several phone calls by us, we were finally told due to circumstances beyond their control, our order had just been started. We felt like after 10 weeks, we should have been given the option to cancel and receive a refund but that never happened. Palliser and Sofas and Sectionals will never get our business again!

We purchased a recliner and reclining sofa in a part leather/vinyl combination and they are just beautiful. I loved the traditional look of this Broyhill furniture set and most importantly, they are so comfortable. I would definitely recommend Sofas and Sectionals for the quality of the furniture and service provided. I love my living room again!

I was a bit apprehensive ordering this sight unseen. I have a small bedroom that's used as a craft room/nursery(for my grandkids). My niece is coming to stay with us for the summer. I need a place for her to sleep that doesn't always take up the space of a regular bed in this already small bedroom. This chair fits perfect! We have pulled out the bed and laid on it but have not slept on it yet. The chair is firm and the material appears to be of a very good quality. I received regular emails throughout the process letting me know my order was being worked on and when it shipped. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend.

Delivered by an independent contractor who did a fine job of unpacking and placement in my home. This furniture is actually more comfortable than I was expecting. Quality is slightly better than what I expected for the price. Furniture is very attractive and well built. One very small flaw in the sewing. Not enough to complain about.

The services were great for getting leather swatches and placing orders. However, the follow up was lousy once the order has been sent to the factory. Cannot track order status on website and only got form notice that the order was under fabrication on schedule. In reality my order was delayed and the company did not notify me until I called to ask the status.

Wow what a great experience! I ordered a couch and the people at Sofas and Sectionals were with me all the way. I was nervous about ordering this on line, but each concern i had was thoroughly addressed. IThey kept me fully informed on the progress of my order, and went out of their way to help with my delivery timelines. Again, i would definitely recommend this great staff !!!! It took a while to get but it was worth the wait for the perfect condition it was in and great delivery!!

The design of the furniture was beautiful. The delivery was good. The only thing I have a problem with is that when you don't put the foot rest down the recliners tilt forward. That could be dangerous.

Loved the emails to let us know we were in the que while waiting 8 weeks for our sofa. Beautiful quality and style. Would shop with you again in a heart beat

It took 16 weeks to receive. They debited my checking account in 4 hrs. It was not the color I expected. It is uncomfortable The price is average. Same as local 3 furniture stores. They customer service is the worse I ever have experienced. Especially when it come to delivery. I would need 4 paragraphs to tell you about the 8 calls. With no return calls.appointment not met etc. All to get a very average couch made in Mexico. Geeeshhhh. Never again And no way would I ask for a new color couch or return for one more comfortable. $3000 lesson learned!!!

2 custom orders promised within 8 weeks, both arrived late; first order arrived at 12 weeks, second order at 18 weeks..... will think twice before ordering again.

The customer service in the beginning was great. We were told we would recieve our couches in 4-6 weeks. We did not get them for over 2 months. We had to keep calling in to find out what was taking them so long and got the run around. At one point they were stuck at a warehouse because of a snow storm. I understand that, but they could have at least given us some courtesy calls as it had already been past the 6 weeks. We were upgraded to white glove service which was nice. They just need better communication with their customers.
