We are very proud of our new sofa. We had guests who slept on it and said that it was extremely comfortable. Only issue we had was it took 16 weeks to received, but it was well worth the wait.

We purchased the Broyhill Queen Air Dream Sleeper, Color 8866-82 on 4/11/2015. Delivered on time. Sofa arrived with missing part and back rear leg was bent during placement. The delivery men went and purchased the part and installed it and I fixed the leg after we arrived and discovered the problem. Rest of product fine and mattress works as expected. However, we did not receive the pillows in the color we ordered. We ordered fabric color 4012-25 but received the fabric that matched the color of the sofa. Please send pillows with the correct fabric.. Thank you. Milton Vose

Avoid this company at all costs. It is without question the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My furniture still has not arrived (now at 3 weeks late), and I was informed that one of the piece that was supposed to be delivered is lost and so it won't ship when the rest of the order does finally ship. I have not had a single apology and the people in customer service just don't care. I strongly advise you to purchase your furniture elsewhere.

I was shocked at the delivery truck and personnel . I expected a professional business truck to deliver especially at $199 delivery fee . Not happy with the quality of material . Expected genuine leather ,top quality leather for the price The delivery truck with trailer was a joke . Totally unhappy with the purchase .

I am very happy with the service and the sofa and love seat that I got so far it came with no damage at all and I was impress with the delivery service also it came on time so I am very happy with it. Thank you very much.

I first ordered a brown fabric, sofa set by Broyhill from Sofa and Sectionals. I had had a rust red set for several years and thought I wanted to change colors in my den. The service I got when I ordered the first set, which was November 2013, was very satisfactory. The customer service I received then was extremely courteous and helpful. Also, the furniture was of the utmost quality. However, this past April, 2015, I couldn't help myself, I just had to have my rust red furniture again. The fabric I ordered was the exact fabric I had on my first set. The customer service, quality of the product, and the timely delivery of my furniture was exceptional. I donated my brown set to my pastor and his family loves it. They were amazed at the quality of furniture I had given them. I will always use Sofa and Sectionals when ordering furniture. You will never be able to beat the customer service and quality of product.

Well my experience with Sofas & Sectionals was truly rewarding one, from the time I ordered the Medici Sectional which was 7 to 8 weeks for it to be built.... Plus they were on time with the delivery which was the Red Carpet Service.. It involved bringing in the Sectional and setting it up... I have to commend you on your service and the Sectional is even more beautiful than seeing it on your website... I ordered my sofa and loveseat by phone after looking at them online. The staff was friendly and provided outstanding assistance. The delivery was as stated and on time.

We bought two recliners from Sofas and Sectionals and was very happy with the way this company kept us updated all the time. They were happy to answer any of our questions to our satisfaction. The quality of recliners we received was excellent. We are so happy with our chairs.

While i read great reviews about Sofas and Sectionals and their products look great, my sofabed, which I ordered so I could sleep my visiting friends and family, did not take the 6-8 weeks to deliver as promised. Nor did it take 10 or 12 weeks. Nope. Now its been 15 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. Half the visitors have been and gone and I'm so fed up! There is no explanation and not much of an apology.

I had found a sofa I loved at a local furniture store. The salesmen went through some pretty shady practices with me so I left. I started searching the sofa by name convinced that I wouldn't find the same name, but I did. Not only did Sofas and Sectionals have it for less money than my local store, they offered so many more fabric and color options. I ended up with the living room of my dreams, with amazing customer service, top notch sales folks, perfect delivery and I couldn't be happier! Thank you to all who made this purchase a pleasure.

7 Weeks and it still hasn't shipped. My sofa has been sitting on a truck at the manufacturers for a week. Supervisor says "It will probably ship this Thursday" 8 weeks after I ordered (est. 4-6weeks). I suggested to the supervisor they make it clear on their website. Supervisor "We don't have to, we say estimated", my reply, "I am going to write a review". He said "Go Ahead" and not nicely. Poor customer service. Go elsewhere.

i ordered a sofa and recliner to match one i already had and they sent the wrong color

Unfortunately, I got very ill and could not go to oversee the delivery which was done by a property manager. I live 1500 miles away. The delivery was quite late but the white glove agency rose to the occasion and made sure the sofa arrived before the first tenants got there. I have not seen the sofa and the agent has not reported to me.

Sectional was easy to order, a good price, and is very comfy. Came with the wrong throw pillows. Delivery guys were on time and didn't leave a mess.

At the time of purchase I was promised 6-8 week delivery time online. I took a chance and called to ask for expedited delivery if possible, but I knew that it probably couldn't be done and it was not promised. If only the 8 weeks was the least of my worries! I ended up waiting for over 13 weeks for my sofa to arrive in spite of all of my pleas for at least meeting the 8 week timeline. Very frustrating since I made the purchase of this sleeper sofa for a specific event. The delivery company did an outstanding job of unloading and placing the sofa, they were excellent. The sofa is as promised. If you really need this sofa by a certain date, buy it somewhere else.

Very, very slow. Order placed February 26, received order in June.

We have never ordered a sofa on line before. We love the sofa at our cabin and saw that the same sofa was available at a considerable discount with Sofas and Sectionals. We ordered from a wonderful customer service rep that answered all our questions, even giving us his extension to call him back if we had addition ones, which we did and he answered those as well. Delivery was on time and the delivery people were very professional and quick. You can feel very confident that this seller will give you excellent service.
