Ordered a 3 piece Broyhill sectional on May 25th, was delivered on August 13th. I had company here until the 26th so I still have to call and see if I get a response. I called the salesperson 4 times, leaving a message each time and never received a call back. Now I need to call about the furniture. Only 1 of the 3 pieces does not have a problem. The lounge section has ripples under the upholstery and the "pillow" sticks out about an inch farther than the support piece. The "cuddler" piece has a ridge running along the front and also sticks out about an inch. The middle piece (a single seat) is the only one with no problems. So On Monday a call to the customer service and will see what happens. I'll not try calling the sales person again - it is a waist of time trying to have him call me back.

I spent a lot of time selecting a chair, and Sofas and Sectionals was one of the few vendors selling the exact model for a reasonable price. Ordering was easy, and I received a follow up phone call the next day, with information that the color fabric I'd ordered wasn't available. This has happened to me in brick and mortar stores, so it didn't bother me, and the salesman helped me choose a close substitute. The big problem was timing and delivery. I ordered in March , and was supposed to receive the chair the first week of June at the latest. This came and went, so I called and was told the chair would be delivered June 20. This was a Father's Day present, so this was okay. But it never came. I called again in July. At this point I thought I was getting the runaround. The chair was eventually delivered in mid July. The delivery guys were helpful and nice, but they told me that the chair had been ready for delivery for weeks, but the vendor, Sofas and Sectionals, wouldn't pay them, so they hadn't delivered. Needless to say, I'd paid for the chair and delivery back in March. If this is true, it's angering. I had been getting follow up emails since the day of the order, telling me that everything was going as scheduled. The least they could have done would have been to call with a genuine update.

I read the online reviews and most said that the couch took longer than six weeks, so I planned for it. The couch did in fact take more like ten weeks, but it is a great piece of furniture that is well made. I am pleased with my purchase.

We love our new Sofa and the service was very good. It took two weeks longer to get here then we thought (4-6 weeks). It took two weeks longer. The shipping company could not tell us were it was, we got three different places that it was in transit. The Sofa company was very helpful in trying to get the information for us. The Sofa is vey comfortable and looks beautiful.

I ordered my Catnapper Portman recliner set online. It was fast and easy. It arrived within six weeks as promised. The quality is exceptional. I love, love, love it. Received many compliment. Thanks Sofa and Sectional :)

Ordered chair in March. Did not get chair until July. Communication was terrible. Had to keep calling and asking where my chair was. One week told it was ready to ship. Next told that they hadn't even started putting it together. Then when it was finally produced then it got hung up in Dallas because of labels. I live in Houston.....they sent it to Colorado from Dallas before bringing it to Houston. Each person I spoke with was also courteous, but it was ridiculous that we waited so long and that there was no communication unless I called.

Was told delivery would be in 6 to 8 weeks. Took my money quick enough but now going into 14th week and no delivery. Customer service people nice enough but still no results after speaking to them for last 3 weeks. They blame delivery agents and give the same line every time I call (should be in area and delivery agent will call to arrange delivery). Same exact line next 2 times I called. Instead of sitting on sofas we ordered, we are sitting on beach chairs in living room. When I threaten to cancel order they say we will have to pay for shipping charge for sofas we paid for and haven't received.

First had delay I materials to complete order then uncoordinated and slow delivery process.....whole process took way too long.

The shipping experience took longer than expected. We would get updates, that I had to proactively request, indicating our couch would be delivered in the time frame indicated, but that was not the case. It was late but about 1 week. However, the delivery guys were fantastic. They unloaded, unpacked, put together and positioned the couch for us. The couch/product itself is just what we wanted so are very happy with the color, appearance and quality. In the end it was worth the wait and slight inconvenience.

Found this recliner on internet, liked it but had to find a store to try it out to see if it was comfortable. Found store and got a price quote well decided to get it from sofasndsectionals saved $300 dollars with free delivery. Delivered to house assembled it within just five minutes no mess. I knew I made the right decision the first time I sat in it. Will be ordering a reclining sofa in the near future. Great website

The sectional arrived in 10 weeks. The delivery people were excellent!! Not sure the furniture was scotch guarded like I requested and paid for. My grandson spilled chocolate milk on the sectional and it didn't wipe up like it should have! Not real happy about that issue !

The order took a little longer than expected but the quality makes up for the delay. The delivery guys were friendly and extremely careful with the furniture and my home.

From start to finish, Sofas and Sectionals did a great job and taking care of any questions I had about the order of my recliner. They communicated very consistently with updates as to when I should expect to receive my recliner. It was delivered within the timeframe they had promised, and the recliner is outstanding! I would be more than happy to do business with Sofas and Sectionals again.

For such a high price, I expected acceptable delivery / furniture. We called them 5-6 times , The team in customer relations would always answer "we have notified the manufacturer and will get back to you in 48 hours". I never got a response. It happened for about 1 month. Finally, on the 7th call I asked for the manager and then I got to know that the sofa was delayed by about 1.5 months

I am not one who ever writes reviews-- good or bad. However, I do not want anyone to go through what I just went through with this company. Sofas & Sectionals is a terrible, terrible company. I am not 100% sure they are not scam artists. I want to believe that they are, as I have never dealt with such poor service. WARNING-- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! In April, my husband and I purchased $1,500 dollars worth of furniture (a sofa, chair, and ottoman). I was told shipping takes 6-8 weeks. We got rid of our old furniture at the end of May in preparation for the new furniture to arrive on the first of June. Come June 1st, my order did not arrive, so I checked in on my order. I was told that shipping would be pushed back EIGHT MORE WEEKS. First of all, another eight weeks is a LONG time to wait for furniture purchased over two months prior. That meant I would wait a total of four months to receive my sofas, which I paid for in full the day I ordered (this is not a case of charging once shipped-- no, the money was taken from my account the day I ordered the sofas). More outrageous is that Sofas and Sectionals never even bothered to tell me that shipping was pushed back until the day I was supposed to receive my order. So, another eight weeks passed, and I am told that my order will arrive August 31st. Of course, because of the terrible track record this company has, I checked to make sure that the sofas did indeed ship. Well, they did not, and shipping got pushed back again. Sofas and Sectionals offered a 5-year-warranty, but that was the only "incentive". I have asked for a full refund, for I do not even want to support a company that is so horrific. I will happily take my business elsewhere! BUYER BEWARE -- YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!

I ordered a sofa on 2/14/15. The "approximate delivery" time on my receipt was 8-10 weeks. In April, when it was 10 weeks later and I contacted them to ask where the hell my couch was, I was told that there had been a delay and the couch was still "in production" and would take 3 more weeks before it could even be scheduled for delivery. I asked why no one contacted me to tell me this. I was told that their system didn't allow for it. The "3 weeks" was inaccurate, too. Still more delays ensued til I finally got delivery on 6/3/15, almost 16 weeks after I ordered this couch. That's almost twice as long as the time they promise. The couch itself is fine, and they did throw in delivery to my actual office in my office suite (as opposed to the door of the office building), and they TRIED to throw in an extended warranty, but I never got it-- to try to make up for this poor service. But it was (and remains, as I'm currently trying to get this extended warranty certificate, and maybe THAT takes 16 weeks too?) poor service.

I was shopping for new furniture after having a living room set for over 25 years. I wanted quality and I knew what I wanted. I shopped around locally but I came back to Sofas and Sectionals because they had exactly what I wanted for a great price. I was very nervous about purchasing on line but everything went very smoothly. There was someone in contact with me throughout the process, all my concerns and questions were answered very promptly, the process went exactly how I was told, and my shipment was delivered on time. When the shipment reached the local carrier, I was contacted the same day, even though they had 48 hrs. to contact me. They delivered my shipment the next working day. I couldn't be more satisfied.
