I received a quality product and excellent customer service. I worked with Elaine Appel from customer service during my purchase, and found her to be very professional, quite friendly, and exceptionally accommodating to my needs. Elaine is a great asset to her company! Based on her service alone I would give this company 5 stars. Additionally, the sales rep answered all questions in a very informed manner.

I researched several online furniture stores before making my decision to purchase from Sofas and Sectionals. I found they offered Name Brand furniture at fair and reasonable prices, thus, we ordered a Lane/Broyhill, 100% Top Grain Leather, living room set. The furniture and leather was beautiful, exactly what we ordered, unfortunately the local delivery company accidentally dropped the sofa off the truck when unloading, unsure if the sofa had been damaged, we decided to call Customer Service. We spoke with Elaine, she was very concerned and within a couple of days offered to reorder the entire living room set, Elaine explained, all three pieces would need to be reordered, made from the same batch/hide of leather to ensure the grain pattern and color would be consistent on the Sofa, Love Seat, and recliner. Elaine explained that we could use the furniture that was just delivered until the new set arrived. We are extremely pleased with how Elaine, and Sofas and Sectionals handled our purchase starting from the day we placed the order. I have never bought a large purchase like this on line before. sofas and sectionals offered the brand Lane. They don't have Lane in the state I live in. So I ordered. It took quite a while and then I called to check on it and got Christy in customer service. She said I will get back to you. She did get back to me almost immediately. She located my furniture and found out what the problem was and she took it over from there. She kept me informed and it was to be delivered on a Friday and about 3:00 when it was not there I called her and the furniture was delivered by 5:00 that same day. I will not hesitate to purchase from sofas and sectionals again. I am so happy with it. Christy had me call her the following Monday to see if everything was alright. I absolutely love my couch and chair and it was in perfect condition. I hope you can tell Christy I appreciate all she has done for me.

I bought a Sleeper Sofa from Sofas and Sectionals and everything about the purchase was first rate. From the price (I researched before I bought) being the best out there, to delivery and set up. But that isn't the best part. My sofa was delivered and it was beautiful. I bought it with a white slipcover which looked fantastic. A few months later I noticed there was discoloration around the seams. I called their customer service department and spoke with Elaine. She was very professional and very helpful. She asked me to send pictures, which I did. She said she would speak with the Klaussner representative, but couldn't promise anything. Not two weeks later I received a note from Elaine letting me know they were sending me a new slipcover. I was floored. I never expected this. I am so happy. This is what great customer service is all about. I highly recommend this company. Deborah Goodman

I am totally in love with my new Klaussner "Darcy" sofa and matching oversized chair. They are really beautiful and well made. I am only about 5'2" but I have my two teen aged grand sons living with me and both of them are already 6'5" at 16 and 17 years old. Amazingly, all of us are equally comfortable sitting on these two pieces of furniture. I chose to have my sofa and chair upholstered in a lighter cream colored fabric than the one shown. They now match the color I thought was pictured (a cream). The color that is pictured is actually a more yellow or straw color than my pc showed. I do advise getting some swatches of fabric to be sure of the color that best matches the rest of your decor. Sofas and Sectionals were very prompt in mailing the swatches. Then to top that, after I put my order in, the sofa and chair arrived almost a full month sooner than I expected. The time was just about 3 weeks and that is with the upholstering time included. WOW! That is faster than when I ordered from a furniture store near me. The delivery man was wonderful too. Efficient and knowledgeable. I did see a spot on the chair cushion and he took a picture of it and in about 10 days, I had a whole new cushion arrive at my door. This sofa and chair comes with a total of 7 pillows. I didn't notice at first, but although the pillows came in the exact two different fabrics I had ordered, I realized that they had forgotten to put the fringe on them. So I called Sofas and Sectionals and the lady that I talked to, Christy Chastain, was the nicest most helpful person you could ever wish for. She had those pillows done again and in just a couple of weeks, I had a new set on my doorstep this time with the fringe. I have to say I am so totally impressed with everyone I talked to at Sofas and Sectionals that they are definitely my "go-to" place to buy furniture from now on. If you do find something amiss, they absolutely stand behind their products and fix the problem promptly. I am one very happy customer.

From the time of the order placement through delivery and even into follow-up service, Sofas and Sectionals has done an excellent job. We purchased the extended warranty and, unfortunately, had an incident with the furniture that damaged the leather in the first two months of our ownership. The Sofas and Sectionals representative, Elaine, has been excellent in helping to coordinate (and apply pressure) to the insurer to take care of the repair promptly. We have been extremely pleased!

We live in Ensenada , BC Mx. Everyone between your company and the shipper Sullivan United Van Lines and Storage Made our special order be completed by Sunday evening, due to our Pick up and delivery from San Diego to Ensenada. the chairs are so extremely comfortable and they perform to our maximum requirements. they are so strongly built and the fabric is gorgeous and still practical. When you sit in one of these chairs, your whole body relaxes.. All of the management of Sofas and Sections were very professional and extra helpful. Ss

I ordered a couch about 6 months ago and I'm so happy I did. The couch still looks brand new despite 2 kids and a dog. The service was excellent as well as they guided me through all the options and the couch was delivered on time and in great condition. I would highly recommend Sofa and Sectionals to anyone.

I shopped around quite a bit to replace a sofa, chair and ottoman and had never bought online before, only from a local retailer. I knew what I wanted and had a limited budget, but from the very first contact Ben @Sofas and Sectionals was nothing but very professional, SUPER prompt answering all my questions and they quoted the best price of all my options! Every promise made was kept - price, product, quality, delivery, follow ups and even customer service! When I inquired about delivery the rep was detailed and specific and spot on estimating when I would be called to be scheduled! Ben and the staff won my trust and my business, and I would recommend them highly! It was worth the 6 week wait to get exactly what I wanted and I know it will last a long time! Great company to work with and great products!

I ordered a Broyhill sectional sleeper on January 18, 2016 and was told the delivery date was 6-8 weeks. On March 4, 2016 I received an email with an expected completion date of April 8, 2016. After several phone calls to customer service, as of today, April 20th, I was told the sofa would not be shipped until May 7th with delivery 10-14 days later. That will be 16 weeks after the order was placed and paid in full. Elaine at Customer Service was very nice, but not able to get anything moving faster. She did offer me a $150 credit and a $150 extended warranty for free. We'll see how long that takes. I sure hope I'm happy with the sofa when I finally get it!

Today is six weeks since I put out 2K for my new couch. I spoke to company a couple weeks ago and even though they had no contact with fabricator they assured me everything was fine. After I ran past them 6 week mark as promised for delivery and I called again and was assured everything was fine. An hour later I received an email telling me it's anothe 6 weeks for them to get the fabric cover in and another 4-5 weeks passed that for delivery. Had my Money for a month and a half for nothing. Let's see if it takes weeks for my refund. Don't do it, you'll be sorry.

Ordering from Sofa's and Sectionals was a breeze. Quick service and delivery with set up. Customer Service was excellent. Will certainly order again from them. I have recommended them many times already

We are enjoying our new sectional sofa, however it took FOREVER to receive it. What was 6 to 8 week delivery turned in to 12 weeks. Apparently there was a run on the fabric we selected, but we were not notified of the delay until week 6. Other than the delay, great selection available.

Just like all of the other reviews on this site I have been a victim of the scam of this company. I ordered a sofa sleeper back in August of this year from salesperson "Bill" and was assured that it would be delivered within the 6-8 week time period that was promised. It is now 11/19 and not only do I not have a couch but I keep getting the run around from the customer service about where the couch is. Troy in customer service spends his day telling angry customers to "go pound sand" or pay a cancellation fee of $350. He seems to really enjoy being rude and sarcastic which makes me think this company is a total scam. As of today the next date of which the couch is estimated to be in my local area is 12/2. Of coarse, not in time for Thanksgiving company.
