Ordered the furniture (Lane 292 Touchdown-39-LMS) in April 2014 (took 3 months to get word that it arrived at warehouse), even paid $200.00 for the "White Glove Delivery". We had sold our old set so we were sitting on lawn furniture for a couple of days awaiting the new furniture only to find out that they lost the furniture at the warehouse and it took 3 weeks to get it. Finally arrives on a Saturday and the delivery guys ask us to come look at it in the truck before they off load it because it was unpacked at the warehouse and it was damaged (the deliver guys saw the damage). It came with tears, missing cords (power recliner) and a damaged console. Decided to call sofas and sectionals and asked if we could get a replacement but keep the damaged set until the new set came in. They immediately said yes. On Monday we called Sofas and Sectionals to reorder the new set and they said their policy was to look at the damage set prior to even ordering the new set. Took 3 weeks for a technician to come out to the house. He recommended it be replaced, took pictures and reported to the company what was damaged. The company made the offer to repair the damage and return a portion of our money. Took three months to get the parts, sent out a tech who couldn't even do the kind of repairs our furniture needed. That tech said he could not fix it and recommended it all be replaced. Three months later Sofas and Sectionals sent out a different tech who said he couldn't fix the damage and recommended it be replaced. We called Sofa and Sectionals and told them we wanted replacement furniture because we were tired of the hassles. They said they have to follow through with the repair of the damage because of their policy since the repair work order was in place at the company. After calling them that time they offered to return our "White Glove Delivery" charge, which we accepted but they said they would have to go forth with the repair. So they finally sent out the original tech who did the first repair inspection and since it had been so long and they didn't include his report that he submitted in the beginning he couldn't remember what needed to be done and the company did not provide all the repair parts he needed to repair the furniture. So here we sit, finally last week got all the parts for the repair and waiting for the tech to call to schedule an appointment. As a retired disabled veteran, I have access to the Navy Exchange Furniture Gallery - I learned it's better to do business with people you can trust.

We were thrilled to find exactly what we wanted on sofasandsectionals.com, and the price was significantly better than in our local furniture store. We placed our order and were promptly contacted with multiple confirmations, so we felt good about our order. Then our approximate ready date came and went. We would call back ever week or so and get told our order was delayed further. Eventually we discovered there was a back-order on our fabric at the manufacturer, certainly not the fault of sofasandsectionals.com, but it did feel like we constantly had to call to find out what was going on...a more pro-active notice would have been nice. Eventually, the manufacturer completed, and delivery was perfect, and we are very happy with the final product. Other than waiting twice as long as we expected (not sofasandsectionals fault) and constantly having to check for updates (they could have done better here), we were happy with the process.

I chose this Loveseat because: it's 62" long, it's made using real wood, it's hand made. It didn't come with cleaning instructions, one of the arms is loose, I thought it would sit on legs, not a metal base and one side is difficult to raise the leg rest. Actually, for $800+ I expected near perfection.

Was Leary of purchasing a couch on line, but I came out way cheaper getting it there. free delivery,no tax,made a difference.

Delivery was 16 weeks from date of order (in contrast with advertised typical delivery time of 5-8 weeks). Only occasional communication in interim. Payment of full balance requested two weeks prior to delivery/receipt concerning. Product received was well within expectations, ultimately worth the wait.

The sleeper sofa finally arrived and the quality was just as promised. The time from ordering to arrival was not as promised or advertised. I placed the order at the beginning of June and it did not arrive until near the end of September, 16 weeks! I did not get an explanation for the delay or I may have given more stars if it were something beyond their control.

6 to 8 weeks is really 6 and a half months. Don't bother ordering from this site. The communication level is very low and when you call to check in, you get a different answer every time. They lost the couch a few times and had out shipped to the wrong local delivery service. Would not use in the future.

I ordered a sectional sleeper with chaise and big chair attached. I love love love my new couch. I was very nervous about ordering online not ever having seen or sat on the couch but I'm very happy - the quality is much better than anything I found in the stores. I looked everywhere for what I needed and couldn't find it. The measurements are exact and the fabric samples are perfect. Yes there is a very very long wait to get your item. But the communication with the customer service is top notch. From ordering to waiting and even in the delivery the service was better then expected. I only wish I had more space I'd order more furniture! Keep up the great work!!

Lack of communication. What was suppose to take 6 weeks ended up taking 12 weeks. Not a good a experience, the sofa is nice and not bad quality but the process is exhausting and terrible and embarrassment to customer service.

To start, the website was not as easy to use with the fabric tile sizes so small and there were inconsistencies in how the site pages worked together to help me build each piece of my sectional. However, the Sales team was very responsive and talked me through everything via the phone quickly and at an odd weekend hour--pieces and prices. A big purchase like a sofa is not something you want to gamble with without talking to someone, so they are great there! However, it took a few emails back and forth and calls to get the fabric samples I wanted sent to me, and so that delayed the process some. So that was the 2nd inconsistency in service. The samples I got in the mail mentioned that what they send may or may not include what I requested, because some fabrics are discontinued (well, then website should be updated so I know what fabrics are not available). So that was the 3rd inconsistency. All that said, the order was placed, I was expecting the sofa within 6-8 weeks, and then..... I waited, and waited, and waited, while my living room sat with a big empty space in it... 3 1/2 months!! I had to move the old sofa back in after waiting so long because we had nowhere to sit! Apparently it was the manufacturer's issue with materials to build the sofa, so the time advertised was nowhere near the time that the sofa could have been delivered, which would have affected my purchase decision initially. That was the 4th inconsistency. But it took me a while to learn about the reason for the delay after multiple calls to customer service when another week would go by and nothing, and after literally begging one cust service rep to call the manufacturer and find out what was going on. Different people told me different things over time, which was very frustrating. That was the 5th inconsistency. Just as I was about to cancel my order and look for a replacement, I was told it was literally on the way. So lucky break for them and me, as it is not easy to find the right sofa in the right materials and quality in a fabric you like at a good price--I'm really happy it (ultimately) worked out and the sofa is great! However, the road to get there was long and difficult.

I don't think that buying a couch on-line is probably the best decision due to not being able to test out the comfortability of the furniture, but Sofas and Sectionals does a great job getting in touch with you to confirm your choices and communicating with you about delivery. We love our new couch-it is beautiful and comfortable!

Stay clear of this company. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. If they make a mistake with your order expect it to be your fault and they will make you pay dearly for it. Also expect maximum wait times for anything you order.

I have no complaints regarding the Palliser recliner I purchased, but the matching reclining sofa is showing serious degradation after only three years. The paint is peeling rapidly off the seat cushions and does not look to be made of leather like I thought I was purchasing. Disappointed in the quality, not sofasandsectionals.com per se as I have not complained to them about this.

We had issues with the delivery, but it eventually got here and right out of the gate we spotted 3 holes the size of pencil erasers on the corners. Pretty much said oh well, because we loved it so much. Our whole family fits comfortably on it and my husband is 6'5" tall so it was nice that he could stretch out on it. Yesterday I noticed the same size hole on the front at the bottom. They are very noticeable because the couch is dark brown and the holes show solid white. Because of the type of material the holes can't be fixed. Which is unfortunate, because we've only had it a little over a week, so there's no telling what it will look like in a year. Cost is too much for such poor quality.

I had never ordered anything from the internet much less a couch. I did so with much trepidation, and concern. I got my couch from Sofa and Sectionals for twenty five hundred less than one i saw in the store (same couch) it took awhile to get here, but when it came the company who delivered it brought it to my home, they unpacked it, it was in perfect conditon, and now I am going to see if i can get some chairs from Sofas and Sectionals. Heidi, the lady I worked with was responsive and kept me updated. I am a critical person but I would recommend Sofa and Sectionals to anyone.

I ordered on Memorial day weekend to get in on the sale after viewing the same sofa sectional in a brick and mortar store. The brick and mortar didn't offer any SKUs with motorized recline for the sofa my wife and I liked. Started searching online and went to the manufacturers site and found you could get a motorized recline added at reasonable cost. Searching online I found Sofa and Sectionals website and they had the same sofa sectional I was looking at in the brick and mortar store with the option to add motorized recline. I tried combinations online to see the best price but could not add the matching recliner, love seat, sofa, and corner piece in a combination that saved the most money so I called their 800 number around 10:30 pm at night. I got a live person and they verified what I wanted and quoted me a total price to which I added the three year insurance plan and white glove shipping and still saved several hundred dollars over the brick and mortar store and them wanting to charge delivery fee. I paid via credit card over the phone and receive an invoice on Monday with follow-up to verify my order. I received weekly email updates of my order through assembly and received several calls to inform me of the order status and how to view it on their website. Smooth communication and transaction. Separate white glove delivery service called on a Thursday to schedule a delivery appointment and I was out of town and setup a delivery time for the first thing the following Monday morning. They were at my door at 8:30 am as they said they would be. They had the whole ensemble brought in and setup and carried off all the packing materials when they left. They also verified all the motorized reclines, setup and operation before they left. My wife and I are very happy with our online purchase and are enjoying our new living room furniture.

We knew that we wanted a sleeper couch with a comfortable mattress for our guests but we couldnt find anything locally. I found this couch and ordered a swatch of the material and found that it was flexible, the right color and appeared durable. So we ordered the couch but were nervous about ordering such a major piece of furniture without seeing it first hand. It took the full length of time however the tracking was excellent and when time got short and the couch was near so was our first set of guests! The trucking company worked with us to get delivery on time and were were very pleased with the quality and comfort of the couch and so were our guests. Great job!
