I was looking for a very specific sofa that would fit in my room for weeks and was unable to find any. I finally found Sofas and Sectionals and saw a few sofas that would work in my room. I still had many questions that I needed answered so I called and was connected with Jake Williams, one of the service agents. Jake was able to answer every question I had and helped me find a sofa that had the right specifications to my needs. He also gave me his honest opinion which was very helpful when making my choice. If you are shopping at Sofas and Sectionals you won't be disappointed, especially with the service.

My first purchase of a power recliner was awesome until I used the chair a few times and realized it was damaged -probably while in transit. I called and as luck would have it, and I reached Christy Chastain. She is the sweetest person you would ever meet, but more importantly she is absolutely the Best Customer Service person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She owned the problem and solved it! My chair was turning out to be more expensive to repair than it would be to replace it. So, Several weeks later I am now the owner of a wonderful new power recliner made by Lane! The color is green and the previous chair was blue but the green color actually matched the room it was going in. I love that she kept me in the loop through the whole process! I would recommend this company because no matter what I feel like they will always jump through hoops to please their customers!

I was very pleased with the entire process - a little nervous about buying furniture I had not sat in first and also nervous about choosing a color and fabric from so many choices, BUT, Ben Sauther made the entire process easy and was always available for questions and was very accommodating and patient with me while trying to choose a fabric and color. I would definitely recommend this company/website. There are so many choices and styles and great customer service!

shouldn't of been charged for a mistake that they made. we asked numerous times which way they considered left or right. the assistant sent us the configuration we agreed and then it still wasn't ordered correctly. not very happy paying an extra 500 bucks for a mistake that should not of happened.

Researched, chose the perfect sectional for our family of five. First time we purchased furniture online. The manufacturer had a delay getting the product out (unforeseen circumstances). Christy stayed in communication with us and kept us up to date all the way through the process. The product is of the high quality we expected and we are extremely pleased with it. Because of the top-notch customer service and the quality of the pieces we purchased, we highly recommend Sofas and Sectionals to anyone in the market for furniture.

We have an oddly shaped room that consists of a bay window cove with four large windows. All traditional sectionals would have to sit out two feet from my wall to accommodate the curve. After several days and hours on the phone and chat, Ben was able to help me find a set up consisting two uniquely shaped wedges from the palliser flex collection that on paper look like an awesome fit. Sales service is 5 star for sure and if this sectional fits as good as the service, we will be set!!

They have done everything they say they will do. I got my order when they said I would. Also one of my recliner stopped working. I called and they send someone out to repair it. So far I have been pleased with my sofa.

I ordered a leather sofa that arrived damaged and the company immediately, without hesitation ordered a replacement. The lines of communication were open from beginning to end. I would definitely order again from Sofa & Sectionals, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It's rare to find such great service in this day and age.

With Sofas & Sectionals the initial order and delivery process went very smoothly, with a deliver that was very close to their represented time. Unfortunately, within the first month of enjoying our new Lane leather sofa recliner some damage to the leather covering occurred, and we were sick over it. We had purchased the 5-year extended warranty coverage and, at first, it was not clear how this was going to get covered for repair. Sofas & Sectionals stepped in (specifically Elaine Appel in Customer Service) and intervened to ensure the repairs were addressed in a thorough and timely manner. The support and service support we received was nothing short of outstanding. We are very pleased with the repaired furniture, and have nothing but praise for Elaine and the way Sofas & Sectionals stood behind a product sold through them. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!

My new sofa arrived today. First let me say, I found the sofa in a brick and mortar furniture store, with delivery it would have be 1400.00. I would have had to pay that full amount up front. I got the same ( apples to apples) sofa from Sofas and Sectionals for 749.00. Only had to pay half at ordering and half at shipping. Add to that the EXCELLENT EXCELLENT customer service, arrived in the promised time frame and a great delivery with no issues. I AM THRILLED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOFAS AND SECTIONALS!

Customer service was extraordinary! They price matched a local store and made ordering a sectional (including all proper pieces based on selected configuration) with the fabric we wanted (that was discontinued) a breeze! Delivery was faster than expected & the sectional is the most comfortable seating in the house. Would highly recommend!

After visiting a local furniture store looking for a sectional, we came home disappointed at the poor customer service and lack of knowledge we experienced. We decided to look online for the sectional to try to get more information. We found this site and called to try to get more information. We were so lucky to have Matt answer the call. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and most of all patient. He helped us make sure the measurements were correct and we were getting exactly what we needed. He made the whole experience painless and made us feel at ease with such a big purchase. We will be returning customers because he gave us such exceptional service.

We shopped around for a good deal on a sofa for several weeks and thankfully came across Sofas and Sectionals before making our purchase. our experience was outstanding from the get go. The sales representative was responsive and knowledgeable showing good follow up after a couple of calls, but definitely not being pushy. The price we got on our Broyhill sectional sofa was the best we could find by far, which helped ease our nerves a bit with making a large online purchase from a retailer that we had never worked with before. Our sofa was manufactured and delivered within a week of the estimated time frame initially quoted, and the customer service department was always responsive as I inquired on the progress of our order along the way. All in all we had a great experience. The price was great and we were always able to contact live people (who work out of the Utah facility) whenever we had a question. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

To start off with I had ordered a leather sectional from another manufacturer, the sectional I was replacing was manufactured from this same company 12 years earlier. I had no complaints with the old one, I felt my experience would be the same with the new, I had reservation about spending this much money and ordering online but was comfortable trying since I was so happy with the brand. Well when the new sectional was delivered there were a few noticeable problems, long story short the manufacturer of the past was not the same today. My first thought was great this will be a nightmare trying to get this problem resolved since I order this online. Well let me tell you I had worried for nothing, I started working with Elaine and she quickly responded to email and offered several options to resolve the issues, I went with a technician coming out to the house to evaluate the repair. The technician wrote a report with his finding and sent it to Elaine, after reading the report she called me and offered to replace the sectional. Let me note here that the problems I had I firmly believe came from the manufacturer and not caused by sofaandsectionals as it was shipped directly from the manufacturer to my house. Anyway I didn't want to order the same sectional again for fear of having the same issues. Elaine suggested I talk with Ben the sales director for recommendations for a different brand, which I did and he helped me choose the Palliser Daley sectional which I have today. Excellent sectional, I changed the original configuration to add a Storage console with cup holders and due to the sale event at the time got a free leather upgrade. Pallister makes an outstanding sectional the 3000 grade leather is very nice and is all over the sofa (the other brand had alot of vinyl with the leather, I missed that in the fine print btw), and the Daley style offers support in a way that encourages proper posture when seated, so far I love this sectional and wish I had chose it the first time. The only complaint (I use this word loosely) I would have is the time it took to get to the end, and let me tell you it only cost me time. Let me explain though both sectionals were made at the factory not shipped from a show room and of course it takes time to make these monster sofas and I knew that going into it. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and am extremely happy with my Palliser sectional, Elaine and Ben were awesome to work with, and I would defiantly buy from them again.

Top notch Salesman Ben. He guided me throughout the purchasing and shipment process, There was no unanswered questions. The furniture came on the appointed day and hour, The delivery men were truly good at their jobs, everyone involved were professionals, and truly appreciated. Yes, I would recommend this company to others.
