I purchased two zero gravity Palliser recliner chairs from Ben at "Sofas and Sectionals Company" last month. I priced these chairs with retail stores in the Los Angeles area and the price I got from "Sofas and Sectionasl" was at least 30% less than anything I found in the stores. Ben was very familiar with the Palliser chairs we wanted, even his knowledge of the different grade leathers was very helpful. He has an extensive knowledge of furniture, very helpful. I got and great extended warranty and free "White Glove" delivery where the retail stores were going to charge extra. I strongly recommend "Sofas and Sectionals" as a great company to work with!
My house flooded last year and its been a slow and steady recovery process. I've dealt with shady contractors, no-shows and salespeople for carpet, tile, appliances, counters, cabinets, furniture and clothes. By far, my most pleasant buying experience has been through SofasandSectionals.com. I love when the buying experience goes 100% the way you expect but that doesn't always happen. In my case, through no fault of the company, my order had a manufacturing defect and boy did this company step up to make things right. They sent out a tech, ordered a new part (a side to a sectional) and when it turned out that wasn't the problem, ordered me a new wedge piece. Christy C. Checked on me once a week all throughout the process, (7 months!) took my concerns to heart and gave me options. She guided me through the process and I was reassured that this company would make it right. I never once had to talk directly to the company - Christy did all the calling and she treated me better than family! Thanks to her dedication to customer service we have the perfect chocolate brown 3-piece sectional and it's the highlight of our family room! I should also take a minute to compliment Ben who helped me through my initial order. He helped with measuring and picking samples He was very knowledgible about the products and fabrics. Sofas and sectionals, and their staff are extremely professional. At first i was very skeptical dealing with an on line company. But after dealing with my salesman Ben Sauther, he took the time to walk me through the steps one by one. Ben helped me design the furniture to fit my room perfectly. Having the ability to upload photos of my current layout ...to the new design; was a pleasure to do with his help. From start to finish Ben was in constant contact with me, providing me with weekly updates on the furniture, completion dates and shipping information. All calls were returned promptly, and having a busy schedule e mails were a fantastic way for us to keep updated. Ben took the time to spell out every detail. If My salesman was not available there was another staff member there to assist me. Sofa and sectionals staff made me feel valued and my concerns were theirs. There was not one detail over looked. I would strongly recommend Sofas and sectionals to any one looking for furniture. I only wish i had more friends to recommend to them. The Customer Service Staff at Sofas and Sectionals has been great right from the start. They worked with us to ensure that we got the two Rowe sofas we wanted in the style, material and color we wanted and kept us informed throughout the order, manufacturing and delivery process. Their prices are very competitive as well. The delivery company were on time and very respectful to us and our home. I would order again from them and, in fact, I already have! We just ordered the chair to complete our new family room décor. Looking forward to that delivery!
Great customer service from beginning to end. Seriously going over and beyond is the standard for this company. I do wish it didn't take so long to get to me, but I didn't pay until it arrived. Delivery was excellent, they put together well & fast. They were very polite.
We recently bought a Palliser sofa. Ben was our sales advisor. The company was prompt in sending out the fabric samples, and also gave us great advice on what fabrics to choose. We felt that they objectively walked us through the process of selection, the sofa was delivered before promised, and we love it! I would highly recommend using their services. And Ben was just great to work with - knows his stuff, and quickly returns calls!

The customer service rep "Elaine" was caring and concerned that the experience with S&S was was first rate. I cannot convey enough praise about the entire experience. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and highly recommended them.

After working with S&S customer service team they ultimately agreed to return and replacement of the sectional. Only bright spot was customer service dealing with Christy. Several problems with shipping timeline, damaged pieces of couch and then repair service. Ended up having to get repair person come to fix a 3k couch upon delivery. Also ended up with a partial refund for more problems. Was very much an inconvenience. Waited nearly 3 full months to receive furniture with inaccurate tracking updates. Was on the phone with this company 3x a week at least for two months straight, no exaggeration. Again, customer service rep Christy was wonderful throughout the process. Everything else was a nightmare.
We love our furniture!! It's beautiful and sturdy. The customer service was EXCELLENT. While ordering, we worked with Ben, who definitely went above and beyond his job...he would take pictures of swatches and send them to us through a chat system, so we could get a better idea of what the fabric looked like. He spent a lot of time with us, and we are so grateful! We had a little issue when the furniture arrived, but the folks at Sofas and Sectionals jumped right on top of it. The delivery guys were great, they set it up where we wanted it and hauled away the trash as well. We live in a rural area, so we were concerned about how the delivery was going to pan out, but it worked out great.

My wife and I recently called Jake to help us put together a leather sectional and we could not be more pleased with the customer service. Jake was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. We spoke for about 45 minutes and he was completely invested in our satisfaction. We are looking forward to seeing the sectional in the near future.
As an interior designer, I shop from a variety of vendors and have had many different experiences. While I did have a hiccup which resulted in a delay of my receiving my order, the customer service was so outstanding that I feel it absolutely necessary to give a five star. I recognize that we oftentimes like to have everything go seamless and perfect, forgetting that the variables at play (which most often involves us - people) are not perfect. Therefore, there will always be the potential for something to not go as planned. The question then becomes how do we respond? Sofas and Sectionals responded to my dilemma with such professionalism and class. To top it off, when I received my sofas, they were put in place for me; I did not have to do anything; and I am totally pleased. Thank you Sofas and Sectionals. Great overall experience. The team handled everything from start to finish. There was a small problem with the foot of the sofa and they took care of it like so quick! Matt and Elaine were excellent. Don't pay retail for the same product! Will definitely order again!
If you are on the fence about ordering furniture online (like I was), worry no more! I can't even begin to express how AMAZING this company was from my first contact via e-mails to our phone conversations. I was, to put it mildly, a high maintenance customer. I was so nervous about ordering furniture online, plus I was trying really hard to maximize my space by getting the largest sectional that could possibly fit. Poor Ben Sauther spent hours helping me decide on the right configuration for the space not once, or twice, but atleast three times. There were measurements and diagrams and starting over to name a few instances. Then there were color options and fabric choices that I agonized over. It's not that I'm so indecisive, it's really that I spent a lot of money on an Ashley sectional 3 years ago that went to crap after one year. I hated it and even though I purchased the warranty, the company was ZERO help when I called to file a claim. I told my husband that I wanted a quality sectional and here is where I finally found it! I love my Klaussner, Ben and this company! Upon arrival there was a small nick in the fabric on the corner, possibly from the deliverymen bringing it in............anyway, I called customer service and they were 100% helpful, understanding, empathetic and professional. Everything was fixed within a couple weeks! I am so happy with my experience and purchase and you will be too!

I was totally amazed at the price I got on my new Lazar sofa , chair and ottoman. Even better was the constant update on my order right up to delivery notification. The crew delivered to my 3rd floor condo and unpacked all the pieces and then assembled them. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with the product and did not rush me as I checked it out. Will for sure use Ben and Sofas and Sectionals again!
