Ben was OUTSTANDING! His customer service, knowledge and patience were the best I've experienced in a long time. I had done some research and thought I knew what I wanted but when we discussed further, he made some excellent points that showcased his knowledge. He answered all of my questions with regard to two different brands and sent me comparison pictures of leather samples to ensure I was confident with my final color choice. I've only just ordered my sofa, however, if the level of customer service is maintained through to the delivery of my purchase, I will definitely be a life long customer.

I certainly recommend Sofas and Sectionals! Matt M, my sales guy was so helpful with the entire process, & really pleasant to work with. He was able to beat the price of the same items that I found in another place & saved me. I received a confirmation phone call to review my order, along with answering any questions I had. I have not received the furniture yet, but I'm confident in Southern Motion to meet my expectations. He also sent me the leather samples I needed to make the right decision. His communication was outstanding & gave me assurance in ordering online. I will share another review after the delivery, so....to be continued! Lynn U

I totally recommend Sofas and Sectionals! I had a great experience with them and will use them again in the near future. The Sales representative helped me a great deal over the phone. He was able to beat the price of the same items that I found in a store. I still had to wait the same amount of time - but it saved me a great deal. He also sent me all the leather samples I needed to make the right decision. When I got the sofa and two recliners, I didn't like how the recliners Velcro part came together (not the fault of Sofa and Sectionals) - I'm just really picky. They total stood behind their product and helped me with a different recliner that had a tight back, and I was able to keep the original recliners until the new ones arrived. No cost to me. Their customer service and communication was outstanding! I'll be buying another recliner from them in the near future!

My recliner came broken and instead of returning it, they talked me into fixing it. This is a huge mistake / scam because once it goes under repair status your totally screwed. It's been 6 months and all they keep blaming is Lane the company that made the chair. I've never seen a company treat a customer so poorly. It should be noted I've order previously with no issues. So bottom line, as long as you don't have issues the price and company is great. If you have any issues, your screwed. This company simply doesn't care!

This company was fantastic. We worked with Elaine and Stacy and they made everything come together when we were having great difficulty with the delivery company (Guardian Logistics). The furniture looks fantastic and hopefully it will wear well since it is going in a beach rental property. We did have one leg that was cracked when delivered and we called and talked with Elaine. She ordered us a new leg (zero cost) and said it might take a few weeks to come. It only took a week for us to receive the new leg and thus the service was outstanding. This is a great company to work with.

Many people are nervous about ordering furniture online. I can verify that I was 100% pleased with both the product Palliser leather motion couch, loveseat and chair and the customer service. I dealt with Ben Sauther and he was wonderful! A real person. My loveseat did have a minor damaged area when it arrived. Unfortunately I did not notice it until I signed off on the delivery. Ben and his co-workers immediately set out to remedy the problem. We dealt with a local company who made the repair. I wholeheartedly would recommend Sofas and Sectionals to all! It is quality furniture with excellent customer service!

The salesperson was knowledgeable and answered all my questions pleasantly, even the trivial ones. They returned all my calls promptly and made me feel confident in my purchase. After some search on the web for furniture, to replace a sofa and a loveseat, we identified a Palliser Northbrook sectional as a very suitable replacement. We found multiple potential vendors, but hesitated for some time to buy via the internet because of mixed experiences reported in many reviews by other people who bought furniture via the internet. Sofas and Sectionals was one of the companies we found. We noticed that this company has many excellent reviews since 2016, when an ownership change occurred. After making the first contact with Sofas and Sectionals, we always received very professional responses by Ben Sauther to the many questions we had. Ben gave us also a very good quote for the desired furniture. On February 7, 2018 we decided to buy from Sofas and Sectionals and placed an order for a Palliser Northbrook sectional. This order was handled very professionally and in a very timely manner. To our surprise, the furniture arrived at our residence already after only 4 1/2 weeks, much faster than anticipated. The delivery was also handled very professionally. Our overall experience: excellent service by Sofas and Sectionals. We highly recommend this company!

I was searching for the right recliner sectional for my home with a fabric that would work for my home. I contacted Sofas and Sectionals and spoke with Ben. I explained to him what I was looking for and he was so helpful he guided me with what I needed. He suggested a company, sent me sample fabric and designed the sectional for my needs. I was very nervous in ordering this type of furniture online without having the opportunity to sit on it for comfort. Ben advised that it would be comfortable. So I went ahead and ordered my sectional. It arrived when they advised me it would be delivered. It came in perfect condition. The delivery men set up the sectional and now I had my chance in trying it out! It was perfect!! It was very comfortable, fit perfect in my living room, the fabric was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is interest in sofas or sectionals. You will get the personal attention needed in sizing and designing your sofa. Thank you Ben for making my purchase a pleasant one.

Liars and scammers. I purchased a Broyhill sectional from this company two years ago and purchased the 5-year protection plan. My sales agent, Rob Slayden, pitched the 5-year protection plan as the best investment I'll ever make, it covers anything and everything, nor questions asked. 2 1/2 years later, the seams are separating from the back cushions to the sectional and there is a bubble in the bonded leather. I contacted the warranty company, Uniters, and they don't warranty bubbles in the leather. They also denied the seam because I waited more than 15 days to file a claim. I then contacted Sofas and Sectionals and spoke with customer service. They basically washed their hand of it saying that once they sell the policy, it is up to the warranty company to do what they want and no longer the problem of Sofas and Sectionals. They gave me the number to call broyhill if I wanted. Horrible customer service and they will tell you anything to get the sale. Do yourself a favor and find another company to do business with! I was on a search to find a orange recliner. I stumbled upon Southern Motion furniture company who carried a creamsicle orange color. I had contacted several company’s who told me “Sorry Southern Motion” discontinued the creamsicle leather color. Enter Sofas and Sectionals to save the day! Being a first time buyer of furniture on line Iam very lucky to have done business with Ben. Ben was my sales representative and he did what other company’s told me was impossible. He went the extra mile. He contacted Southern Motion and they said they had a limited supply of the creamsicle leather left over and they would go ahead and make the chair in this leather that we were wanting for such a long time. Ben helped me pick Out the Marvel recliner. Ben explained in detail all the features and specs on the chair. Ordering was as easy as 1 2 3! He explained the time table and the order for our orange recliner was in. Enter Christy from customer support and she was just as great as Ben. Confirming the completion of the recliner ang keeping me up to date for the delivery. Christy helped make the delivery very smooth by solidifying the proper time fram of delivery for us. Do Not hesitate for a moment to order on line with Ben and Christy. They are ultra professionals who care about their customers and leave no stone unturned. Thank you so much you made us very happy.

In a world where customer service is fairly nonexistent, this company excels. From the knowledgeable person who assisted me with my order, through the updating, and then delivery, I have nothing but kudos. So much for literally spending hours in furniture stores who have to call the companies and ask their manager. I got exactly the sofa that I wanted at a much lower price. Special call out to Christy who kept in contact with me and made sure that I was a satisfied customer. This company rocks!

Excellent company to work with! This is the second sofa I have ordered from Sofa and Sectionals. Ben is an outstanding salesperson. He helped me build the sofa I wanted for my family room with ease. We lost a lot due to Hurricane Irma and my family and I were very stressed out. Ben was so helpful and kind and made the purchase of our beautiful Palliser Rockland Sofa stress free. The sofa was delivered when promised and their delivery company set up the sofa for us quickly and efficiently. It is just beautiful and so comfortable! Thanks to Ben and Sofa and Sectionals for helping us start to put our home back together after the nightmare of Hurricane Irma. The customer service and professionalism of this company made things easier for us! We are very happy customers!

Christy was very helpful and made my selection go smoothly. I purchased a sleeper sofa and a recliner chair. The fabric selection was outstanding and my order was filled in a timely manner. I couldn't take delivery of my furniture for about 9 months as I was waiting for the construction of my new home to be completed. Sofa and Sectionals was very kind to store my new furniture during this time and I will be receiving my furniture in mid December. Thanks Christy!!! Sally Spraul

Exceptional customer service. Ben has been super helpful and gone above and beyond to help me find the sofa for my limited space and multiple needs when all the big companies have only told me "nop, we don't make it like that". Ben at Sofas and Sectionals has worked hard to find the solution. I just placed the order so I haven't actually sat on my sofas but I am super excited to receive them!

My Palliser leather chair arrived in perfect condition and on time with fantastic delivery people. Everything about this transaction was first class and it makes a strong case to again order on line When placing the order there were an insufficient number of blocks to address the circumstance of us ordering from our northern home with address and phones and delivery to our southern address with respective phone numbers. This was resolved with a seller initiated email and a subsequent phone conversation with excellent followup confirmations. There was some anxiety about using Sofas and Sectionals because of several negative online customer comments. These concerns were for naught. Sofas and Sectionals delivered a quality product on the early side of estimated ship date and delivery time with very competitive pricing. You can’t ask for any thing better than that from a seller.

I gave this order a 5-star because you never hear about orders that earn 5-stars when something goes wrong. We ordered a Rowe set from Sofa and Sectionals because we found that they had very good selection. We were able to custom upholster our furniture.They quickly sent swatches to help with fabric selection. While we did have issues with the leg set back on the couch and loveseat we ordered, Elaine, our customer service rep, worked diligently with us to resolve the issue. She was what we all expect from great customer service! Other companies/reps would not have dedicated the time and attention to correct the issue we had with our furniture. While the issues was entirely a manufacturing issue at Rowe they did stand by their furniture and fixed the issue for us, Elaine was key to making this happen. The furniture was delivered with care. S & S delivery service was great. I can't say enough about the customer service and care. When you order online (especially big ticket items), it is sometimes a bit anxiety provoking because you never know how things will get resolved if an order is not right or how a company will respond. Sofa and Sectionals customer service made all the difference for us.
