We are so pleased with our sofa and loveseat, and this is greatly do to the time that Cory and Ben spent with me on the phone, going over style, leather choices and colors. They were spot on, and are LOVING our couches. I would recommend these guys to everyone, only I strongly advise you pay for the "removal of the packaging and having them haul it away. It was wrapped so well, it took my husband and I almost an hour to remove it all! There were layers and layers of protective wrapping to include a small pallet screwed to the bottom of the sofa!! Other than us not doing that, we love everything about our whole buying experience. And most importantly, the wait time was a LOT less than originally told it would be. Kudos and thanks again guys! I am so pleased with the service and attention from Elaine and Ben. My transaction began months ago with sending inquiries about additional specs/dimensions for multiple products - that weren’t included in the descriptions. Ben answered every inquiry via phone or email quickly and thoroughly. Then came all of the swatch requests, including several on the manufacturer’s site, not on sodasandsectionals. Ben accommodated every request. I finally decided on two different sofas. One for our basement and another for our living room. The sofas arrived quickly. One was perfect and the other had some minor fabric flaws BUT, at no fault of sofasandsectionals, I failed to read the description thoroughly and accidentally ordered a product with down filling, which I am allergic to. Elaine went out of her way to help resolve the issue. She could have said that I would have to pay for the return since I did make an error but, she worked with the delivery company and made arrangements for the return shipping costs to be absorbed by the delivery company, since there was minor fabric issues. She made me feel like I was her only customer. She kept me informed with updates and always followed up, as promised. I made a selection for a replacement and it was delivered in perfect condition within 4 weeks of placing the order. Because the down filled sofa was an allergy irritant, Elaine arranged to have it picked up instead of having me wait for it to be picked up when the replacement was delivered. I generally have the worst luck with furniture, but my experience here was phenomenal. I have had a custom sofa lost by Bassett and repeated failures by their sales and management teams to follow up and keep their word about providing status updates, a $3k Pottery Barn sofa completely breakdown after 18 months, custom light gray recliners from front room furnishings arrive with black stitching (was supposed to be light gray), needless to say, I have not had favorable experiences and what is most important to me is the manner in which problems are addressed. I can’t say how happy I am with this buying experience. Did I have an issue, Yes....but, Ben and Elaine handled every component of the resolution with precision and care. They gave me so much attention to ensure I was happy and they were not even responsible for the problem....but owned it and gave me immediate reassurance that their goal was for me to be happy. I would never buy another piece of furniture from this company again. The process was a total disaster. The original sofa ordered was delivered with rips. They sent someone out to repair it. Only to find out the stitching continued to come out of the pillows and cushions. With lots of back and forth and arguements they agreed to replace it because the manufacturer has recalled the fabric. Fast forward to the next sofa delivered again with rips and broken wood they sent someone out to fix it. At this point they said “it’s normal for these things to happen which is why we repair all the sofas when they get delivered.” The repair man stitches all the cushions and repairs the wood by doubling up the wood and screwing it together. Now we are here 6 months later and the wood on the back of the sofa has started to squeak horribly every time someone sits on it. I’m just waiting for it to snap. Their products are junk. They don’t stand behind their junk. And after months of dealing with their internal customer service at “true rooms” it’s painfully obvious they know they sell junk and don’t care.

I was a little skeptical about ordering furniture on line from a company I was not familiar with but went ahead and am so happy I did so. They were so nice and provided us with exactly what we wanted. It was a custom order. We ordered a reclining sofa and 2 recliners. They were delivered and set up with out a hitch. We are really pleased with how everything went!

Today, this morning I received my Klaussner Fletcher Sectional!!! BEAUTIFUL AWESOME!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I Was a bit skeptical of purchasing a sofa none the less online at first without sitting or seeing it in person....Very Happy with my purchase. I did this purchase with the the very kind Matt Miracle who was my rep that helped me all the way. Thank you!!

I was looking for Southern Motion love seat and recliners -- Sofas and Sectionals had exactly what I wanted -- minor glitch was selecting the cover, I wanted leather but did not realize that color I selected was not leather. When the order confirmation came in realized my mistake. Contacted Sofas and Sectionals who immediately went to work on making sure that my order was revised (Thanks Elaine in support and Ben in sales). Received my loveseat and recliner, beautiful leather, so comfortable and I am totally happy with my new furniture!

Everything about SofasAndSectionals is top notch and extremely trustworthy. They ordered my 2 sofas and through no fault of their own, the products had some problems during the manufacturing of them. But Elaine walked me through this process with such graciousness and never ending patience, while I made up my mind as to what I wanted to do. Everything went well and was easy, as she arranged everything. I would recommend this company to anyone. It’s just like ordering from your local store, but less expensive and no tax. and they stand behind the products they sell. What’s not to love about SofasAndSectionals!

For me to write a five star review “prior” to receiving my merchandise is quite out of character. The website is easy to navigate; the styles and fabric options are extensive, and availability of customer service representatives is immediate and professional. Oh yes, the prices ..... I spent three days comparing price points from numerous companies. Sofas and Sectionals consistently offered higher quality products at better prices. Ben, my representative, guided me through the ordering process and sent a variety of swatches, as I was unsure of the color. Two days later, I placed my order, and received a follow-up confirmation call and email from Ben. You will not find a better company. Lucille DiCicco New Hampshire

I was a bit reservant to order online and then pay to have it freight forwarded to the Virgin Islands. I am delighted to say the service & the product were beyond my expectations and I am now ordering another piece for another project! Highly recommend Sofas & Sectionals !!!

Sofas and Sectionals were a dream team to work with. The sales team communicated well and were easy to reach. The workmanship and quality of the power recliner sofa we purchased was great. The sofa was delivered within the timeframe they gave, and was wrapped in furniture blankets as well as shrink wrap. It was well protected. Delivery team was careful & respectful of our home and placed furniture just where we wanted it. We shopped this sofa at a local furniture store and the savings from Sofas & Sectional was a drastic savings. We are now purchasing a Bedroom set from them as well. Great Experience. Jack & Jo Ann

We received our Palliser sofa and overall our family is extremely pleased. The entire order process was simple from ordering to delivery. We did have one small issue when the sofa arrived, however, SofasAndSectionals was quick to repair the problem. We would recommend them to our friends and family.

I sure do hate this, because I was so excited to finally be getting my new sofa. But it was delivered just a few minutes ago with a broken leg. I called, and EVERYONE was in a company meeting. One lady did call me back and asked me to send a picture to a cell number - and that number is not a working number. I tried to call back to find out what to do and no answer. I can't believe there would not be someone on the phone to handle emergencies. I was going to go ahead and take the sofa, it looked lovely, but there was a tear in the bottom and it was not covered completely in plastic, so the bottom of the sofa was already dirty. Since there was no one I could speak with, I refused it. I was told that if I refused it, there would be a 15% restocking fee, which I will of course refuse to pay and let my credit card company know about if they insist on not giving me a full refund. Very disappointed because I think it would have been a nice sofa. Probably not Sofas and Sectionals fault but the manufacture who did an extremely poor job of protecting it since it has been on a truck for almost a month. Their website says they are always there for you. Sadly, not so. This could probably have been dealt with if someone had been there to help me.

This company is GREAT! It started with online chat where the salesperson assisted me by answering all our questions and concerns. The price was amazing for our sectional saving us a lot of money compared to the exact same sectional we saw elsewhere. After ordering our sectional our remodel took several months longer than anticipated. They were kind enough to keep our sectional stored for during this time at no cost to us. After receiving we were unable to test it or even unwrap it because of the painting and many other things still going on in the remodel. When we finally did one of the chairs was broken. Christy was fantastic and sent someone right away to evaluate the issue and sent a part to us. The repair person came and repaired it. Unfortunately, he didn't repair it correctly and the chair needs fixing again. I'm still giving this company 5 stars even though we are having issues because of the way they are taking care of us. Good communications and very nice to deal with. The product is fantastic too. We love our sectional / recliners. Well made and very comfortable. The chair that is broken I believe was dropped while in storage because the quality of the rest of this sectional is perfect! Highly recommend.

I worked with Ben at Sofas and Sectionals to figure out which configuration best suited my needs and space. He was patient and very helpful! I received my sectional in excellent condition and on time or earlier than expected. Customer service was also very helpful! I would highly recommend this company!

I had my doubts about this company after reading some of the reviews, but I found out they were the new owners and most of the bad reviews were based on customer experiences with the previous owners. My experience could not have been better. I spoke with the owner's son when I first called to ask about the Palliser sleeper sofa I was looking at online. He was very knowledgeable about the sofa sleeper and helped me make a decision about fabric and color. After that I communicated with Christy in their customer service department and she kept me informed of the progress of my order every step of the way, responding to emails and questions promptly. She said Palliser usually shipped out within 6 to 8 weeks and I was fortunate enough to receive the couch within the 6 week period. The delivery was great, very nice men who installed the couch in my living room. The whole experience went smoothly and on the timeline I was given from the beginning, not to mention it was the lowest price I could find on this particular Palliser Sleeper Sofa and believe me, I checked every furniture store that carried Sleeper Sofas. I highly recommend Sofas and Sectionals, they are a family run business and they seem to care about their customers. Combine that with great sales and low prices, you can't lose.

Ben and Jake were outstanding! I was a little worried about ordering furniture sight unseen, especially custom upholstery. But Ben sent me a swatch and gave me an honest appraisal of the project I was intending. Both Ben and Jake were attentive and answered my multiple and repetitive questions promptly over the several weeks it took for me to make a decision. It paid off! I have a gorgeous new sofa bed and comfortable reclining loveseat that both match my decor. The delivery service was awesome also because they kept updating me on the arrival time several days in advance.

We started our furniture finding mission in the usual manner, searching every niche-store and mega-store in a 100-mile radius of our home. Even after months of hunting, we were only able to narrow our choice down to a single manufacturer. No one had the right combination of size, fabric and style to meet our needs. Through Sofas and Sectionals' website we were able to build the perfect product. We drove another hundred miles to find a store that had fabric swatches from the manufacture (but no furniture) to compare what we saw online to the real thing but- that was a waste of time. The online swatches were completely true and authentic reproductions! Everyone still raves about our "set up" a year later. When we developed issues with two power recliners in our sectional, Sofas and Sectionals stood by their warranty promise just like its presented on the web. Their representative, Ms. Stacey Tobertson, contacted the manufacturer and coordinated our repair through a local repair company. She was considerate and friendly, following up to inform us along the way of where we were in the process. Just like it was when we originally placed our order online, our only role in the whole process was to be sure someone was home at the appointed time. I can't say enough about how great this company and its service team are! Just in case you were wondering, we saved about $12,000 ordering from Sofas and Sectionals compared to the MSRP displayed at the brick-n-mortar store.
