I ordered a Natuzzi Romeo B534 set (2 armchairs, a loveseat, and an ottoman) in Dream leather. They mailed me leather samples promptly more than once. The online price beat competitors, as did the Better Business Bureau and Trust Pilot ratings (which they really lived up to). When I called Sofas & Sectionals to place the order, they further discounted the price! The furniture was delivered 2 weeks faster than promised, super efficiency. I wasn't ready for early delivery, and they were happy to hold onto it for up to a month. The pieces were absolutely perfect, superior quality and construction, a pleasure to sit on and look at. I had estimated the ottoman size wrong, it was too big for the space. I called and they were happy to do an exchange for a smaller ottoman at no charge! So in summary, their furniture is of exceptional quality, their customer service couldn't be nicer or more efficient, and their prices can't be beat either. It's really a pleasure for me to recommend them.
We recently had to cancel an order and after some dispute about the policy for cancelling an order customer service reached out to us and was able to give us a full refund. Sofas and Sectionals covered the shipping cost on their behalf to keep us happy because they do not have a showroom to hold the product. I'm sure they will be updating their policy on canceled orders. I could not be happier about their customer service and how they handled our dispute. I will definitely be looking to buy furniture from them again in the future.
It has been a great experience working with Sofas and Sectionals. I received personal phone calls offering assistance and it was really nice to have a consistent person to help me with my purchase and the follow through. The response either by phone or email was always prompt and helpful.
My friends all thought I was crazy to order a sectional online, but I looked everywhere and could not find exactly what I was looking for. From the very beginning, this company was very easy to work with. Ben, in sales and I, spoke several times online and on the phone about my needs. He sent me tons of leather samples in the color family I was looking for. We had our family room painted and I coordinated the leather sample with the floor and rug that I had and in the end, it turned out so beautiful!!! The only hiccup was that during the production process, one of the recliners didn't have the velco on the bottom that holds the leather back tight. I worked with Elaine in customer service and she arranged for a local sofa repair company to come out. Even the repair guy, Michael was great! Overall, I would work with Sofas and Sectionals again and highly recommend them. I also love that these are made in the USA!!!
We have a Natuzzi reclining sectional that we love but needed another one for our living room so a couple of years ago I went shopping for a new larger Natuzzi sectional with motorized recliners. I found the perfect one a Sofas and Sectionals. But, I was very leery making a large purchase with a web based company. When I researched Sofas and Sectionals I found a lot of "bad press." So, I called and talked to Ben. He told me the story of how he and his father had purchased the business but that it had a bad reputation that they had to overcome. I got to know Ben, he was not pushy but very patient and helpful and I became comfortable enough to order the sectional. After some time the sectional arrived and was assembled by a good team. It was great - we loved the sectional. As time, maybe a couple of years even, the leather kept stretching and it went from looking tight and contemporary to looking more overstuffed and unshapely. So, I called Ben and sent photos. Natuzzi sent a technician to look at it. A few weeks later Natuzzi said that the sagging and stretching was normal so there was nothing they could do with it. I expressed my disappointment to Elaine at Sofas & Sectionals and the next thing I know I get a call saying that Elaine and Ben had gone to bat with Natuzzi and gotten them to agree to replace the sectional. Wow! I wasn't expecting that. Maybe some repairs but not replacing it. So, turns out I had ordered a cashmere leather that very nice but was maybe not the best for a sectional. They sent samples of more appropriate leathers and then they re-ordered it. The sectional has now arrived and again it looks fantastic. My wife and I love the comfort, that electric recliners, the look, just everything about it. We do hope that this leather holds up better. Bottom line is: I would never expect this level of service from a high end real furniture store much less from a web based store. Everyone at Sofas and Sectionals have been wonderful. I would encourage anyone interested in buying a sofa or sectional not to hesitate...buying from Sofas and Sectionals has been one of the best buying experiences I have ever had!!!
This truly feels like a mom n pop company, but with a selection and service that’s hard for almost any other place to compete with! In particular, Cory provides was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from selection to the date of delivery. I would definitely recommend them, and plan to purchase through Sofas and Sectionals again when we find it time to buy another awesome sofa. We love our product and the experience!
Matt Miracle and Sarah Nevarez have been extremely helpful and have provided excellent customer service since I first inquired about purchasing a Klaussner sofa, chair, and ottoman. They have answered numerous questions and provided available options and suggestions during this process. They were readily available at all times and extremely professional and pleasant. I am awaiting delivery but feel certain that I will be satisfied when it arrives. Thus far, my experience has been an extremely positive one. I’m so thankful for the treatment I’ve received and would recommend this company to anyone.
My experience buying a large sectional from sofasandsectionals.com was fabulous from start to finish, even when the corner unit arrived with a small defect. I let the company know and they were extremely responsive in facilitating repairs. Everyone was very professional and courteous at every stage, including the person who confirmed my order, the delivery people, and the third generation upholstery tech who resolved the slight fabric puckering. Highly recommend this company and would definitely buy from them again.

First of all, the Natuzzi sectional we got is VERY comfortable and looks great. I assembled the entire thing by myself, and it didn't really take long (but required some muscle). But what I really want to review is the customer service. After ordering the sofa, we had a disaster at our house that required us to move out for about a year. Sofas and Sectionals had the sectional re-routed mid-delivery to a warehouse that all of our stuff was being stored, no problem. Then, when I assembled the sofa, one of the sections feet were wrong. They contacted the manufacturer in China (i think?) and had them send us the correct feet, from Asia, free of charge. All the while being very understanding, not requiring me to jump through hurdles, and following up with me after the fact to make sure everything worked out. I will recommend this company forever!
Order # 03-06207 I started at local furniture stores, and found which style sectional that would work in our living room. After a lot of research, found that the quality of most of the stores I shopped was middle of the road. I started using the web to shop, which was the 1st time utizing the internet for home furnishings. I was very leery of purchasing a new sectional without seeing it. I came across Sofas & Sectionals, and found a really nice Pallister (Titan). I tried to see a similar set locally but there were none available, however I was able to view the Pallister line in which the local company said was high quality. The cost between the store I was shopping and on line was close to 30% reduction from Sofa’s and Sectionals. I ordered from Corey, very knowledgeable on the product helped me understand the entire product and process in which to purchase and receive the new sectional. After placing the order Sarah then gave me a call to follow up. Sarah was very organized, and had answers to all of my questions. The Sectional I purchased was custom ordered and was given a approximate time frame of 8-10 weeks, the order was delivered in 6 weeks. Taking Delivery was simple from the automated delivery, to the crew that was pleasant and very knowledgeable. The crew was excellent. The entire purchase including sales, follow up and delivery was awesome. I will definitely utilize true rooms / Sofas and Sectionals again. Thank you for providing such great service. Gary

I just received a southern motion power recliner that I ordered from Sofas and Sectionals to match a set that I purchased previously from a local retailer. I am very pleased! The chair matched perfectly. My first order was lost somewhere and I received a call from Christy at Sofas and Sectionals explaining that the chair was lost in shipping and was I still interested. She reordered my chair and followed up with me at every junction in the process and it was very reassuring and I felt I was getting the best service. Thank you Christy. We ordered two of most expensive CoSi recliners for $3200 in a beautiful blue leather from Sofas & Sectionals and received them in two weeks. Unfortunately one had a defective bladder and the lumbar functional would lose air and the function did not work for me but my wife's did. Elaine sent out Warren furniture and within a week they fixed my lumbar in an hour and I am extremely happy again. My wife originally thought I was wrong buying recliners out of state, but with their 5 year full warranty it was the smartest thing I ever did .Elaine was very professional and handled this problem immediately.
We purchased a leather five piece sectional made by Southern Motion. The ordering process went well and is was delivered on time. The set had two recliners and they were located on each end of the set. When it was set-up, we noticed that the two recliners did not line-up with the middle three pieces. I called Elaine at Sofas and Sectionals and told her about the problem. I sent her some photos to illustrate and she immediately began working to resolve the problem. A furniture repairman was sent out, but, he was unable to correct the alignment. Elaine contacted Southern Motion and they resolved the problem by sending us two new recliners and picking up the old ones. Elaine was wonderful throughout the process in working with us to make sure we were satisfied and in the end, we were.

I purchased a Broyhill sectional four years ago, along with a 5-year warranty. It was very nice looking in the beginning, within a couple of years the stitching was coming apart. Since I am a 115 lb. widow that lives alone, it certainly didn't get much use. I filed a claim on the warranty, and they sent out a repairman that had a white vinyl glue substance. He glued the stitching back together, which lasted a few months. When I filed another claim for the same issue, I was told it wasn't covered under warranty. I explained it was the exact same issue they covered before. Still no response. The sofa is now coming apart at the seams. I'm having to file in small claims court. DON"t buy unless it is so inexpensive you only expect a few years out of it,
