Very hesitant about purchasing online but was going to save several thousands of dollars. Spoke to owners son for a lengthy conversation. He gained my confidence. Order was done online, verbal confirmation by phone and then a written confirmation. Purchased two recliners coming from one company and 2 couches from another company. White glove delivery was offered to me and the 2 recliners arrived. We were in the midst of having a new floor installed and repainting the living room. I asked the trucking company if they could hold the chairs for another month and maybe the sofas would arrive. It ended up a 6 week delay for me but all 4 pieces came at once. The delivery company kept me informed the entire time. On delivery, the men actually put on white gloves and booties. I was impressed. They put everything exactly where we needed it, plugged in the recliners and made sure they were working. Took pictures of everything. The couches came with nylon feet cushions on the legs. Since we installed LVP flooring, I needed felt cushions on the legs. So I asked them to turn the couches over and I started to replace the feet. One of the men said go sit down and we will take care of putting the felt pads on. Great job, but as they pulled away, the wife noticed a problem with one of the legs on one of the couches--it had totally broken in 2 and someone tried to glue it and screw it together. They did a horrible job. I immediately called customer service at Sofa and Sectionals. She asked if I could take a picture of the problem and send it. Gave them 3 or 4 pictures from different angles. Sent via email to Sarah. Within 3 hours she called me to tell me she spoke to the manufacturer and they were going to make an entire new sofa. To make sure they could match the material, they had us send one of the arm covers. They sent that back to us and confirmed the fabric. Sarah stated we could use the couch until we received the replacement. Then the Wuhan virus hit. So from original delivery until today, about 4-5 months elapsed (factory closed down). But today the new sofa arrived--was perfect. They took the damaged sofa away. Not sure who created the problem. Delivery company should not have even delivered it without first checking. But S and S kept me apprised the entire time, and I dealt with only 1 person--did not get handed from one to the other. My feeling was an excellent experience and saved a lot of money. If you purchase from a local retailer, they order from the same factories with the same delivery time. If you feel more comfortable because you feel you have someone to complain to, I would have to disagree based on my experience. I complained and was quickly given a resolution.
Elaine and Cory. I had some issues with my furniture. One thing after another went wrong and then COVID hit us. Not only was it a disaster with my remodeling it made it a real challenge for them, especially Elaine to get things to run smoothly. She was up for the challenge though and kept working hard to get things done. If there is one thing I can appreciate is great customer service. This is what I told her because I thought she deserved to know this was sincere and from the heart compliment of her work. I don't usually do reviews because I have not had a lot of good let alone great customer service in my days and I am very experienced in this area. I am proud to post this review because they will always be my go-to place to buy furniture. It is hard to get me to be a repeat customer. I hope future clients read this and it eases their minds. I am excited to recommend them. Cory is an over the top salesperson. Super friendly and is quick to reply to any question you have. He has been fabulous to us. I can't thank him or Elaine enough. You have made it a pleasure to deal with your company. It will always be our first choice when we need furniture. Great customer service is always appreciated. I did it for over 20 years and I always aimed at giving top-notch customer service. It was always a pleasure to see a customer surprised or very happy. I always turned a frown upside down. They might have come in with one but never left that way when the dealt with me. So I can appreciate it when I am on the other side. Thank you.
This is the first time my husband and I have ever ordered a sofa sight unseen (in person) online. However we have had our last sofa for 15 years! I read the one review on my Klaussen Cliffside sofa bed and decided I would take the chance. From beginning to end it was a very good experience as soon as I place the order or he called me to tell me basically that the swatch was on its way & did I want to wait to see it before I went through with the order. The online pictures are very good and it’s exactly the same as it is in person I am absolutely amazed at the quality of the sofa it’s even more beautiful than I expected and big and sturdy! The guys who delivered it were absolutely amazing & nice, they had their masks on and set it all up for us. Did I mention that the packaging of the sofas was just spectacular I mean they were completely covered with good thick blankets & wrapping so they wouldn’t be damaged! Every time I contacted sofas and sectionals regarding the status of my order they always get right back to me their customer service is amazing this sofa is amazing the whole experience was amazing you will not regret purchasing furniture from them!
I have been looking for the best sectional at the best price and after months of looking at so many different websites I found it at sofas and sectionals.com! Their website is very user friendly and easy to navigate and if you have any questions their customer service is incredible. I highly recommend them!
This is a review of the customer service. Have not received the furniture yet, so I can’t comment on that. We ordered more that 9 weeks ago and have been given no notice or contact about the status of the order unless I contacted them, then it was just “order has not shipped”, 9 days ago they finally said it shipped and now a black hole. I have no idea where it is or when to expect it. Very, very, poor customer service. I can order a $2 item on line and get up to date information on the status, but order a $2000 item here and just sit and wonder what happened to it. I never write reviews but this Experience warrants one. I just pray the product is better than the service. Really disappointed so far.
I believe that a company shows their true colors not when things go right, but when they go wrong. We had a couch delivered that was damaged in transit. We called S&S and they immediately answered and walked us through what to do. They allowed us to keep and use the broken furniture, while a replacement was ordered from the factory. Along the way, they sent "check-in" emails to let us know the status of the orders. In addition, they were always an email or phone call away. The replacement was arranged and delivered, with the broken one picked up. There was a normal and expected lead time in-between, but this was related to the factory...not S&S. This was top-notch in my book. My parents have since ordered from S&S as well, and I will certainly use them again in the future.
Had looked around for a zero gravity recliner because of the health benefits, including improved circulation and raised head position. The traditional brands I found on display locally were too big and too pricey, but I found a unique offering by Palliser that for the most part fit the bill. I was happy with customer service, which got me in touch with the right people to ask questions of, in order to purchase sight-unseen. I was sent different material samples and was able to customize the chair. There were some issues that came up, but Elaine A was very helpful in making sure I was happy about the purchase. Would definitely shop at and recommend Sofas and Sectionals to others.

I can not say enough positive things about this company. I was nervous spending a large amount of money on a sectional - sight unseen. From receiving the swatches, working with Ben and others, placing the order, and the white glove delivery - everything was perfect. I love my new sectional. The icing on the cake was the exceptional service I received from Elaine after the sale. This company and their employees go over and above to provide the highest quality furniture and the utmost in customer service. When in need of additional furniture, this will be my first stop!
The sofa I ordered was in great condition and looked great, exactly in the picture. Although, they were not responsive in the order and it took a while to receive the furniture.
Wow! Great Sales Service. Had so much help from Ben S. in choosing the perfect leather sectional. Loved that our sectional was made in North Carolina. Everything was made exceptionally well. Delivery was hassle free. We were so happy that we are ordering some more furniture from them. Never hesitate to order from them!
I must say I was very hesitant with purchasing a high-end living room set over the internet. I reviewed a lot of great feedback on Sofa and Sectionals but still had my reservations. I decided to call and get more information and I had the pleasure of speaking with Cory Porter. Cory answered all of my detailed questions and thoroughly explained every step of the process from start to finish. Following the call, I was very comfortable with moving forward and placing the order. Everything went exactly as he described and eventually my furniture set was delivered ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. Most importantly, we saved more than 30% compared to the quotes we received locally. My wife and I couldn’t be happier!!! There were a few issues to work out with the delivery and the feet. The company owner reached out to us, and worked the issues out to our satisfaction. They seem to want to do right by their buyers. The couch is very nice.
We had an issues with our first Klaussner sleeper sofa we received, the stitching on the back of the sofa came undone. Elaine and Ben we’re both there helping with the exchange process and making sure the new sectional would work for us. They were extremely professional and updated us when the sofa was completed and the time frame for shipping.
Slightly over a year ago, we purchased the Seattle sectional by Palliser at SofasandSectionals.com. The sectional resided in our den and was barely used--maybe four hours a week. Within 11-12 months, one of the seams on the seat of the sofa completely UNRAVELED. I contacted SofasandSectionals, and they said Palliser would fix it. I waited over a month for a "replacement cover" to be sent to my home and then scheduled the tailor/repairman to install it. I noticed that the seams on the replacement cover were DIFFERENT THAN THE ORIGINAL, apparently they had additional seams called "topstitching." The tailor/repairman "wasn't sure" if the seams would disappear into the tufting once he installed the cover (I don't understand how a professional doesn't know this). I told him that it wasn't acceptable for one half of the sectional to look entirely than the other half. He said he could sew up the defective seam, but when he left, he did a worse job than I could have done myself. The sewing was obtrusive, loose, and nonprofessional-looking. In fact, the resewn seam came completely apart within 1-2 weeks. At my request, SofasandSectionals contacted Palliser again and ordered another replacement cover--one that matched the original and didn't have additional topstitching. After waiting more than another month, the second replacement cover arrived and IT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE FIRST ONE AND DIDN'T MATCH. Palliser and SofasandSectionals was contacted again, and I requested that a new cover, with the topstitching, be sent to cover the undamaged half of the sectional, since I had waited so long and now had 2 topstitched covers for the damaged part. They declined and promised that THIS THIRD TIME THEY WOULD MAKE A CORRECT COVER WITHOUT TOPSTITCHING. They also PROMISED that it would ship by March 16 (it didn't). IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 5 MONTHS since I reported the issue, and I STILL DO NOT HAVE A MATCHING REPLACEMENT COVER! The latest excuse I received from Palliser and SofasandSectionals is that the last batch of fabric was inadequate. Really? Of course, I don't believe it, but even if the fabric was substandard, that's not my problem. The companies should have worked internally to ensure there were no issues on this third attempt and stressed to their partners the importance of following through without mistakes. They should have worked to keep their promises, and they should have contacted me in advance of March 16 to say the fabric arrive unusable (if it actually did). In fact, if the companies actually cared, the reps, supervisors, owners, and/or presidents would have invested themselves personally in making sure I had a functional and usable piece of furniture after taking my money. There really is no excuse for mistakes on the 4th and 5th attempts to fix something. There were (and are) so many other solutions to this problem, but they took the easy, lazy, and apathetic path that resulted in no solution! I can't endorse either of these companies; PLEASE PURCHASE ANOTHER BRAND FROM ANOTHER VENDOR so you don't end up like me (with stuffing poking through the seat of an 8" torn seam after one year)!
An issue with my order was rapidly and competently resolved by rep Sarah. And the product I ordered was exactly as wonderful as I imagined - this is an awesome place to order from.
We are very happy with the support we received from SofasandSectionals! We had been looking at recliners for quite some time and finally located one which met all our needs in a retail store in VA. After moving to PA we were unable to find a local distributor, so I turned to online sales. SofasandSectionals provided significant support in evaluating our options – free swatches, phone support for loosely documented features, etc. If they didn’t immediately know the answer, they did their research and replied quickly. They kept us informed as the order progressed and the recliners arrived ahead of schedule. After a couple weeks of use, we had some concerns related to the chair’s comfortability and noticed a difference between them that we didn’t know how to adjust. After contacting SofasandSectionals, they didn’t have an immediate answer, but provided a video explaining the chair’s features. I have no idea why the manufacturer didn’t market the chair’s features effectively, but the video that SofasandSectionals located, explained everything. Now being able to adjust our recliners to fit our varied needs (my wife is 5’-1” and I am 6’-2”) confirms our purchase decision – the recliners look great and uniquely “fit” both of our varied needs. Love, love, love my matching Socozie Fame Recliner Lift chairs. Great customer service by Sofas and Sectionals thru selection, ordering, and delivery process. The coordinated delivery was white glove caliber. Communications were very helpful and informative at all levels and the product was superior. Expert service from begining to end. I bought a Jackson sectional from Sofas and Sectionals. From the beginning the cushions did not fit well and they were super stiff causing them to roll about when you sat on them. The lounge cushion developed a low spot almost instantly and never worked itself out. After waiting for the cushions to break in I was beyond warranty and now nothing they can do. The cushions still fit like they were made for a sofa a foot shorter but at least they are a little softer now. A 2.5 year old sofa is junk, do not buy online and do not buy a Jackson no matter how cushy and comfy it looks.
Cory was a wonderful salesperson; very helpful and polite. Our furniture arrived in the timeframe provided when I placed the order, and it is just perfect. This is our second purchase from Sofas and Sectionals and I would not hesitate to order from them again!
