Great overall experience. Cory made the ordering process very smooth, being responsive and knowledgeable. Unbeatable price for a beautiful Natuzzi sectional that arrived on time. Elaine worked hard to solve a couple of small issues that happened at delivery until complete satisfaction. Highly recommended!
I'm giving 5 stars because I love my Klausner Sofa. More than half the price of RH or Pottery Barn and twice the quality. Also the office staff at Sofas and Sectionals were always helpful, courteous and polite, especially the woman in the office whose name I can't remember but who always answers the phone once you order. I did order in July and received the sofa today (11/19/2020) lol, but it was custom made for me and I think S&S had little control over that. So plan ahead and get a great deal.
The costumer service is EXCELLENT. I really appreciate how they worked with me to fix an issue I had. It’s not often you find an honest company.
The customer service was amazing. Elaine was my contact person. When does that ever happen, that you actually have a person to ask for. Unfortunately the sofa was not what I envisioned through no fault of Sofas and Sectionals. I have never ordered furniture online but the pandemic has pushed us all outside our comfort zones. I did my homework. I read the reviews and I checked with the better business bureau rating. They did not let me down. Not only did my sofa arrive earlier than anticipated Elaine worked with me every step of the way coordinating the return. And the refund to my card was immediate. This is a company you can trust. Learn from my mistakes measure measure measure ☺️ and read the description thoroughly. I bought a console loveseat and assumed the console would fold up and you could lay down on the couch. It did not.
Ordered a custom leather sectional that cost just under $7K. Ordered early June. Was excited to get it. It was delivered with White Glove service, I would not Recommend! We immediately notice a number of quality issues. Had the delivery service take pics and note. One of the recliners had a bent mechanism and wouldn't close. We noted about a dozen flaws. This is a Southern Motion Leather secional. If they actually took time to do quality control these would have easily been caught before shipping. Since delivery in Aug, we have been fighting with Sofas & Sectionals to get this repaired. They have a warrenty service they use and this company is horrable. Sent me 2 techs. First one noted parts needed. Second was expected to install. instead it was another inspection. Neither company knew what end was up. total confusion. Sofas and Sectionals, has absolutly no control over things after they get your order and money. Then the drag their feet, and follow up is just emails filled with mis representations. I have been working with them to try to resolve. Here we are 2 weeks away from Thanksgiving, having family over and we have a broken secional that was delivered in Aug and still isnt ant closer to being fixed. I am going to submit a FRAUD claim with my bank to reverse charges. I have asked to speak with management to see if they can help resolve but they only allow me to deal with Elaine. She claims she is working closely with Sofas & Sectionals Ownership to resolve. To this day, mostly just emails with empty promises We will see if that helps their motivation. I would never recommend this company to friends, family, or ever an enemy. Save yourself frustration and 6 months of empty promises. Buy somewhere else. This company had earned a HARD failing grade "F". Hope this helps all of you that are considering buying from this company.
Amazing customer service We ordered our sofa and had several issues but sofas and sectionals stayed with us u til it was resolved. They helped us thru the entire process and would recommend them to anyone. Usually once a sale is done your on your own but they navigated it thru till the end.

World class service from ordering to delivery! We worked with the S&S sales furniture specialist Cory Porter who did everything right. Always professional, he sent us numerous fabric samples and when ordering, made the process simple and ensured accuracy. We received numerous support emails from S&S letting us know what to expect about delivery. The Palliser sofa bed was manufactured earlier than expected and we ended up receiving the sofa almost a month early. Delivery was handled safely and professionally. We paid for the White Glove service - they delivered, removed all the packaging, brought the very heavy sofa into our home, placed it and removed any additional packaging. We are delighted with the sofa bed, highly recommend Palliser as a high end sofa bed and will recommend S&S to all our friends! Service, quality, follow up - all first class! Thank you so much!

We recently moved into a new home and have purchased a fair amount of furnishings. Without a doubt the customer service from Sofas and Sectionals has outshined any of the other companies. They are communicative, responsive and demonstrate a real desire to make sure the customer experience gets a five star rating.
I ordered a recliner from Sofas and Sectionals several weeks ago. As with any custom order I expected it to take several weeks. It did; but the ongoing feedback from the company's customer service people kept me posted on the progress. I was notified when my recliner was shipped and when I should expect delivery. Because of their updates, I could anticipate when to be home for delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery company was not as reliable. After two delays, I contacted those same customer service folks and explained my issues with the delivery delays. Customer service then contacted the delivery company and my recliner was delivered the next day. Was my experience perfect? No. But I don't always expect perfection. What I do expect is support from the company if I have any problem. Sofas and Sectionals was outstanding. I'm now happily ensconced in my recliner. I look forward to future purchases from your fine company.
I love my new furniture so much!! I had a hard time ordering because I got confused on the pieces I needed and accidentally ordered an extra. So, I emailed right away and got a call from a gentleman who was able to help me get everything straightened out. He was so much help. Then it arrived and wouldn't fit through my door. I literally cried when Sarah called to tell me my refund options. I asked her if we could have a little time to try to find another way to get it into the house and she said of course. We figured out how to slide our bay window open and it fit through beautifully. It's all set up and so comfortable. The material is soft, the cushions are stuffed, the pillows are pretty and so comfortable too. I'm so impressed with every step I've going through with this company. I can't recommend them enough. I'm so happy!
We had an amazing experience with sofasandsectionals from beginning to end. The salesperson who helped us was so responsive and available. He was also honest and extremely helpful. We really felt like he had our best interests as priority. Now comes the best part; we did not love the delivery service they used but when we contacted the company they totally took responsibility and fixed those issues! Then, when a seam opened on our sofa we were sure it would be hard to get them to fix it. No, they answered every email promptly and were in touch with us until we were completely satisfied! I would not hesitate to order from them again. Such a great experience all around.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Ordering from sofasandsectionals.com was one of the worst experiences I have dealt with in 2020, even including COVID 19, I was given a three hour window the day before delivery and moved my old/existing furniture in preparation of my long awaited new furniture, 18 hours before said delivery window I am contacted that my furniture is lost. I am speechless, I now have no furniture in my house, nor do I have new furniture coming. I can't even move in my old furniture because it was rained on. I guess the one star might be good because after an extensive search: one day, the company decided to give me my full refund. Well yeah that's great and all but how about a place to sit?! I have no furniture in my house, which I had before they confirmed a 3 hour window, and due to the pandemic any other place to order furniture I am on another 3 month wait. I'm not asking for a million bucks, but I spent 3 weekends going from store to store to find what I want again and a three month wait is upon me for my new furniture and all the while this company doesn't care that I'll be sitting on the floor for 3 months because they lost my furniture. They want to blame Ryder instead of taking ownership. Not even an offer to provide me with a fold up chair to have a place to sit.
We looked for months for a new sectional for our family room. We wanted our new sectional to have two recliners and a queen sleeper. Everywhere we went locally we struck out. Nobody went the extra mile to help us find what we were searching for. I started searching on line and that’s where I found exactly what we were looking for. We could not have hoped for a better experience. Sarah called to explain the plan once our sectional was ready to ship. Delivery and set up was painless. Very Pleased This is the second time we purchased on line from sofas and sectionals. We were able to match a new couch with a previously purchased couch. White glove delivery set it up and we are now enjoying our new recliner couch.
I am loving my new recliner…it is perfect after a knee replacement!! I was concerned about making an online purchase for such an item but your company made it easy and confident that it would be ok! Sofa and Sectional was great to work with. The recliner was what I wanted and delivered it right to my living room. They were very helpful in choosing my material and the style I wanted. Would definitely buy from them again.
