We came to sofas and sectionals as we have a small home and were having a tough time finding something suitable. We ordered several swatches and a month or two later we called to discuss options. It was nice not to be hounded for an order and to take our time. When we called to ask a bunch of questions we were impressed with a friendly member of the team who answered our questions in detail and in an honest fashion. We felt so comfortable we bought our loveseat and couch. We did have a couple month wait, but our furniture was made in the states, which was also preferred. We did contact customer service a couple times to check status and they also were great to deal with. This week our furniture came and we could not be happier. We would definitely purchase again and let our family and friends know that excellent service is not a myth. From start to finish a great experience!

You get Service before and after the sale, not like other ones that forgot the meaning of service. Got a Southern Motion big men recliner with real leather. The day after delivery could not take the odor coming from the chair. Plus it was like oil coming out of the leather. My wife was starting to get sick over it, we had the home air cleaner going on for days, never got any better. They told me that is was off-gassing and should get better, if not get back to them. Phoned them could not take it any more, they set a pickup to get it out of the house. Pickup was on Friday and funds back in my bank the next week. Thanks again for this 10 STAR company.

Sofas and Sectionals provided my sofa purchases at a better price and delivered them faster than my local furniture store. They sent me multiple fabric swatches until I found one that I was happy with. Their delivery and set up was excellent. One cushion had a stain on it but when I contacted Sarah thru their customer service site, she ordered a replacement cushion and arranged to have a specialist install it. She went out of her way to be sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Sofas and Sectionals.

Was looking for a sectional sofa replacement for my living room. Found sofasandsecrtionals.com on line. It was easy to order from them. Website has all the options for fabrications, measurements, lots of nice pictures. Got exactly what I wanted. Delivery was fabulous. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I recently ordered and received my So-Cozi recliner from sofas and Sectionals. I don't usually purchase furniture from online sites but I took a chance when I saw that the recliner was made to order based on my requirements and made here in the United States. It specified from order date a time from 8-12 weeks before it would be shipped. I suffer with back and neck problems and was looking for a chair /recliner that had heat as well as massage and gave decent support for my lower back. I had looked on many web sites until I found this one. They offer a large variety of colors and fabrics and prices. I found exactly what I wanted and am happy with the finished product. There are also warranties on the components,fabrics etc I would recommend this product made by Southern Motion/SoCozi and sold through sofas and Sectionals who have an outstanding sales and Customer Service personnel.

If I could leave less than a star I would. Tried 3 times to get swatches for a couch purchase to no avail. Each time after they were ordered they said they could not locate my customer information. You would think with an online retailor they would want to get swatches to their customers so they could make purchases. Our time nor our customer relationship was important to them. Save yourself the time and go to a real furniture store. Not some fly by the night store run by amateurs.

Elaine was amazing. So helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The company they sent out to do the repair the repair was 1st class FNS Mike great workmanship. Fast and secure. There communication made it safe and eased the anxiety of having a stranger come to your home Definitely would buy from them again. They back what they sell. Thank you

It was awhile receiving our sectional. Mostly problems with RyderLastMile. (Order # 03-09652). Elaine from Customer Service was on top of having it delivered. It if wasn't for her, I think we would have cancelled the order. Once delivered it was not set up correctly, but once again, thanks to Elaine for taking care of that. The only issue was a couple of people that I had emailed at Sofaandsectionals, never responded to me concerning our order. All is good and ove our sectional!!!!!

I purchased a Pallisar sofa and loveseat. I was in love with it when it arrived. We paid for white glove delivery so we never saw the packaging and when they brought it in it was beautiful. That's the good news. The bad news starts about a week later. My husband was using the electric recliner and heard an odd noise but the sofa was still working ok so he didn't worry about it. Soon after hearing that the first time the sofa started to droop on one end, the whole top started to lean towards the area of the arm rest. I contacted sofas and sectionals and sent a picture. They arranged for a repair person to come take a look. He canceled that appointment and in the meantime sofas and sectionals offered a small amount of money back and said we could hire our own repair person or they could order a part they suspected was the issue. The reason for this according to them was that the miles they had to drive to get here were too much and it would cost them too much. I said go ahead and order the part but then their repair person called and said he could come look at it. So I had him come look and thats when we found out that the frames on BOTH pieces are bent and twisted. I sent them an email telling them what their repairman said. I've sent several emails over the last few weeks asking what they're going to do. Today they answered saying that they have ordered a new sofa only, not the loveseat. I have to say I'm not happy. This has been a very long process and I still have a sofa that looks like I picked it up on the side of the road. The furniture is made very cheaply, with a particle board frame. The loveseat isn't used as much so it's just starting to show the effects of the bent frame but it needs to be replaced. I held off writing this review so they had a chance to resolve the issue. It doesn't look like they intend to replace both so here is my review, NOT HAPPY, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

While there were several glitches and Covid delays, I gave 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service in handling those glitches and in addition, I love the quality of my Klaussner sofa and chairs. I was in the design and furniture industry for years and know that problems inevitably happen from time to time, but it's the way they are handled that counts. From Corey's helpfulness during the ordering process to Elaine's consistent responsiveness in helping to correct these issues, it was excellent service! Thank you!

I had a wayfair sectional I wanted to extend and wayfair didn't offer the extension piece. I found just what I needed from the manufacturer and ordered it from sofas and sectionals for a great price. Everything was fine until it got delivered to the wrong last-mile delivery mgmt company and went missing. Sofas and sectionals reissued the order and the second time around, they kept me updated every single week with the status until it was in my home. It fits perfectly and saves us having to buy an entirely new sectional. In short, I wish they had better online tracking and maybe the first mixup wouldn't have happened, but they have really great customer support people to make up for it and I really appreciate the extra care the second time around.

I am very pleased with the service I have received both during and after my order. All the reps are quick, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed new legs after a break a few months after purchase and they were right on it and came through. I am so glad I found them and they have a customer for life.

Not only are the prices great, but customer support is top notch. Our new sectional is comfortable and beautiful! Third time in 15 or so years making a purchase here, and will be sure to send our (now) adult children here!

Ordering from this company was the worst experience of my life !! It took months and months to get furniture after one problem after another...finally after a half a year the sofa was delivered BROKEN !! I had to have everything returned . BEWARE!!

This is the second time I bought couches and it’s has been a wonderful professional experience. I had swatches sent to me picked my fabric. Then when o was concerned about them fitting in they reassured me it will be fine . They were correct and calmed my fears. Thank you for fine product and service. I highly recommend you to everyone. Quality couches!!!
