Friendly person who was v knowledgeable. Premium excellent. Needed to bring forward insurance ... again perfect.... emailed policy immediately. None better. Will stay with them fot all other properties. Thank u so v much for making it easy.

As I got an online quote from various underwriters used by Rentguard, I got a call from Rentguard pursuing me to chose the underwriter instantly without telling me key facts of the policy. As each underwriter offers various levels of cover, I would have gone for a different underwriter than the one quoted to me over the phone. I was told over the phone that I get a cheaper rate which was completely rubbish! I could get the same level of cover cheaper online than over the phone. I cancelled my policy on the same day when I realized that the level of cover offered by the policy was not in line with what I was quoted online. Please stop phoning people or first ask their consent online! Update: Rentguard got in touch with me straight away and rectified the issue instantly. Now I have a policy, which best for my circumstances, is in place with Rentguard. Happy with the customer service. Thanks!

All fine on the purchase and staff on the phone were very pleasant and helpful. However the reader should note that I am being asked to review the insurance policy provider very shortly after purchase and before I have experience of having to make an insurance claim with them.

I would like you to know how impressed I was with Paul Cooper helping me through the insurance process. He has a wonderful telephone manner and nothing was too much trouble. He also said that I could telephone him should I have any problems/enquiries. Thank you Paul you were brilliant.

Got through fine but the sales people didn't come across as friendly. The other issue is credit card charges, most other companies don't charge for this. In this day an age almost everything is paid with a credit card and it has some protection for the person who pays with it in case the company goes bust etc. where as a debit card has very little protection. I opted to pay the charge but I think it's unfair to pass this on to the customers.

No problems whatsoever. Renewals carried out with minimal fuss. Not had to make a claim so far so unable to comment on this aspect.

Always impressed with Mita Singh, Zita Molnar and of course the Customer Service people. Right through the team the service is excellent. Yasmin in particular on Customer Services, but its nice that they remember you and are happy to chat. Makes you want to come back. Great team, great service.

This policy is realistically priced and comes with quality cover. Any policy is only as good as its claims dept.and when I unfortunately had occasion to claim on one of our portfolio.The whole process went extremely smooth and with an absolute minimum of fuss. The claims advisor dealt with me very sympathetically, and realistically trimmed down the claim in some areas however advised me on other areas where my claim would cover an item that I hadn't realised would be covered. A satisfactory outcome for my self my tenant and rentguard.
