We wanted to renew our landlords insurance at the last minute. Staff were very helpful and courteous and insurance issued, paid for and confirmed quickly. Would recommend.

Always helpful, paper work straight forward, someone at the end if the line to talk to, although touch wood iv never had to make a claim in the eight years iv been with them, I'm sure they would be there should the problems arise, Gavin Sandes ( not sure how to spell surname sorry) is most helpful when ever I ring

was dealt with swiftly and fussfree. total price was 70£ less than Direct Line renewal quote and I got the loss of rent cover on top (and much higher public liability although I hope never to have to use that!). happy with price and service. Just one plus from Direct Line, they send the documents via post but other than that will reuse again if things go well

I rang Rentguard for advice and had a very positive experience. The Customer Services Administrator, Puneet, was extremely helpful and patient. When I asked her additional questions she went out of her way to send me documents which answered everything I needed to know. I would certainly recommend them.

Renewal notice sent, price was competitive, but underwriter had changed, the new underwriter demanding many more special conditions such as electrical test certification every 3 years. When I went back and asked if there were any other options, they said I could just revert back to the original underwriter and the cost would be the same and with no extra special conditions. When I asked why they didn't give me that option in the first place, there really wasn't a satisfactory answer and they didn't really seem to care that I was a bit disgruntled. Not terrible, but not great.

We tried to apply a quote for home content insurance. We did fill in our details in the form but could not find my unit on the input field so we gave up the application. Your staff did call my wife up and help her to set up the quote (we are overseas owners). That is fantastic! However, we found our correspondence address has been presumed to be the same as the insured unit so we asked the staff to amend it. But he is not careful enough and needs several amendments to be made. That is quite an disappointment to us. Anyway, our unit is finally insured. We really appreciate with his help and initiation!

Good thing is ., we can do it online credit check and rest for tenants ., but for policy or insurance we need to call them , after paying no invoice or receipts given yet , need call and chase for updates and policy documents .,no quick response in mail

Rentguard rep was very efficient, polite and professional. Concise process made set up of new policy quick and easy to complete with all documents emailed almost as soon as I'd finished the call. I've now used to them to cover 2 rented properties and would do so again.

Was really unhappy with the increase in premiums once I made a claim - almost doubled the next renewal date! They stayed high for years. Only just coming down now. Customer service is quick and helpful though.

I called to discuss a Landlord Insurance policy on a Saturday morning. The call was answered immediately by Paul, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It took very little time to set up a policy with his help and I received the documents via email almost immediately. A refreshing change from having to wait for ages to talk to an advisor at my previous insurance company. Thanks, Paul.
