Jacob's Well Ln, WF1 3NT, Wakefield , GB
The transactions didn't take very long and all was settled very quickly.
Lack of training. Keep asking irrelevant questions which clients don't know the exact answers despite informing them we don't know. Rentguard staff keep asking more than three times are you agent or customer while making a payment. That is rediculous customer service.
Can only rate them first class. Service excellent, prompt replies to queries, efficient friendly keep you informed throughout the whole process. If you want to rent out your property there is no one else to turn to. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Cheapest price for same cover, pleasant easy explained options and immediate response. Staff very helpful.
Logical & methodical... easy to follow as you scroll through the questions and options to build your policy although I tried to return to a previous page to check something only to find that it didn't autos Ave - hence the 4 star review.
The insurance for the occupied buy to let property seems good value however the vacant period when I take ownership and then find a tenant seems very expensive and not very flexible, the overall customer service is good.
1st Guy was very unclear on the insurance. Mis-quoted price. I had to correct him. He then painfully repeated each work down the phone slowly as he typed ( by the tapping and his voice this was with one finger). Long pauses between this repeated words. 2nd guy was much quicker. Knew a little more, however gave an additional cost and would not have it that it was not what was quoted. It was not until I asked to talk to the manager that he thought best to give the price quoted. Requested no access policy, got sent policy with access on..........
Picked this product because I am an independent landlord and wanted the reassurance of rent protection
Cover all types of tenants which is what I needed. I was only unhappy about being penalised by my premium being significantly increased due to bankruptcy which was fully discharged over 10 years ago! Why should this affect the cost of insuring of a building !
Having dealt with insurance companies before, they are clearly black and white and no Grey bits in the middle - but speaking with Paul Cooper has actually changed my opinion. Absolutely spot on customer service - cannot fault my experience.
Seemed to be efficient and speedy, but the sales rep didn't tell me there was a credit card charge! First I learnt of it was when I saw the receipt, which is disappointing.
Helpful call back (not requested). Price reduced (significantly) when pushed (and 'referred' to manager). Reduction made rigmarole worthwhile but I'd rather get there without it.
We're able to quote and provide cover quickly with no fuss. Copies were sent via email and post. Very pleased.
excellent price and knowledgeable sales team
Excellent Customer Care by Emma Pleavin in setting up policy - very helpful -
good policy, slightly tedious process to get to the end result but worth the effort
Very good and professional I was very satisfied with the service provided many thanks.
Not had to put in a claim yet so not totally sure how practical and efficient the policy will be. This will be the true test for a review- not just the sales aspect.
As I live abroad, I made contact first by mail. They sent a quote and a standard email. Unfortunately, that had lapsed by the time I chased it up and so was sent another quote and standard mail. The service really came to life when I make contact by phone and got a real human who was both polite and helpful.
Very helpfull and quick service, and very knowledgable staff.
