We have been referring clients to Rentguard for a couple of years now and find ther products offer good levels of cover but, importantly, their quotes are very competitive. We have just placed a Buildings Insurance policy for a client which saved them over 50% on their current provider saving them over £800.
I've used Rentguard for a few years now and find their staff very helpful when I renew. Most of all it gives me peace of mind for my rental houses as the policy includes the sort of things that non rental insurances would not. So, while it's slightly more expensive than normal residential buildings insurance, it's not bad value.
