Had no issues, Gareth made the whole process very easy. The car was ready for collection when he said it would be. Although Gareth was busy at the time of collection his colleagues were very helpful which meant I did not have to wait.Jennings beat the competition on price and were never pushy for the sale. I would not hesitate to come back in the future.

I already knew what I wanted so wasn't much selling to do. But the sales guy was polite and accommodating but I did make it an easy sale as I'd just list my husband and daughter was in a coma. Still had no paperwork for gap etc which is a concern as I payed for it .

I knew which car I wanted as long as the boot was large enough to accommodate my needs. This proved to be ok. The various purchase options were then explained to me clearly and the choice left entirely up to me. I was under no pressure. I am delighted with the car and the service I received.

Just received my new C Max from Jenning Ford South Shields and could not have been happier with the service I had from the company and the gentleman dealing with mobility. After the hand over, my wife told Nic the mobility rep, we would pop into the on site shop and get the floor mats, we were told to hang on, Nic returned with a set of mats saying have an early Christmas present. Highly recommend this company.

Initial contact with Jennings was made over the phone, information was given on deals available by the salesman, and an appointment was made. I was treated with respect and honesty, by friendly staff, and everything promised to me I received on time. I love my Kia.

I saw the Kia that I was interested in on the Jennings website, it had 0% finance in with the deal and looked like a great car. I bought it over the telephone without seeing it, the staff were very helpful and answered my questions in what I felt was a very open and honest manner. When I collected the vehicle I was not disappointed, it was as described and the standard of customer service was exceptional. Thanks Jennings, good job!

Having decided I wanted a Fiesta, a Google search brought up the "Jennings group". I had not dealt with this company before but picked the car I liked from the many they have listed and then contacted "Mal" from customer services. From then on Mal looked after all my needs, organising the delivery and answering my many questions. I got the deal I wanted, the car was delivered on a Sunday at exactly the time agreed and it was immaculate. If I was to look for another car then I can honestly say that Mal at Jennings would be my first point of call.

Been to mazda now for a second time in stockton/middlesbrough. Always had great service and got what I needed. No cocky sales person and always happy to help with anything.
