Collected the car but the way it was valeted could have been better.When we got home found service book had not been filled in-though it had been serviced.Also the rear seat would not fold down-it felt as though the clip was broken. Phoned Jennings ,as i thought they would order the part and would go there when they had the part in but said i had to go through with the car.Went the next week as its 14 miles away(had been told just to call in any time and they will fix it) but when i got there told we are on our dinner hour so we cant look at it.Had to go back to work so went back today(2 week later) .It needs a new part so will have to go back again when the parts in. Why was it not checked before i got the car-at, least i got the service booked stamped apparently that happens a lot.

I couldn't ask for better service at Jennings Seat Middlesbourgh. I highly recommend this company hassle free buying a car. and Chris Butt the sales executive was very understanding and got me exactly what i wanted in the price range i wanted and also got it fast.

Cannot fault Jennings Ford from the moment I walked into the showroom I was greeted in a polite and professional manner, I had only gone to see what date I could change from my current Ford to a new one and ended up walking away the same day with a new purchase. Everything was explained fully and I was told I could pick the car up within 5 days, excellent! If you ever go to the Middlesbrough branch I highly recommend you ask for Daniel Race.

Excellent staff and sales department. The salesman who was involved with my purchase was very helpful, he kept in contact with me throughout to keep me involved and up to date with the progress. Very satisfied.

I went with a car set in my head! Seat ibiza.. Soon changed my mind when I seen the mazda tamura, I love her, she's a babe!! Different to what everyone else is driving around in! Robert who sold me my car was very helpful and efficient, I didn't feel uncomfortable as I have in previous garages. Thanks:)

Negotiated deal on the phone and went to see car at weekend. Was happy with the car. Contacted after car was serviced and cleaned and it was transferred from Middlesbrough to Newcastle by salesman which was great as made it very convenient for me. Nothing seemed to be a problem, very courteous and friendly.

If you want to get good service and friendly sales staff go to Jennings Ford Stockton. We were always treat with respect and put at our ease as soon as we arrived. This helped with the over all experience of buying our new Fiesta.

The process of locating / purchasing the car was straightforward and overall I would say was ok. However I've since emailed the dealership twice regarding a 'small' point / question and twice I've had a reply saying somebody would contact me shortly - STILL WAITING!

couldn't fault the salesman at all. No pushing me into anything, leaving me to look and decide and helpful when needed. A big plus - no 'female' only comments - ie 'it comes in a variety of colours madam'. Thank you.

From the moment I entered the showroom I was treated as a person. There was no pressure just a statement that if I wanted any information I could ask for it. Setting up a test drive was very easy and throughout the whole deal the salesman made purchasing a new car easy and hassle free. The only down side was that the company who were supposed to arrange 7 day drive away cover (Aviva) refused such cover saying that although I had nine years no-claims my address was too risky for them. However that was Aviva and not Jennings Mazda and I would recommend Jennings Mazda to anyone
