I have no complaint about the service i recevied when buying my new car from Jennings, the staff couldn't do enough to help, and the process was easy and stress free. My issue was purely with the after service care when i found a fault with my new car less that a week after I drove it off the forecourt, it suddenly became difficult to get hold of the sales staff, almost as if I was now at the bottom of the list, as they'd got the sale and my money was in their pocket. After a couple of trips back and forth to the garage being told there was nothing wrong with my car, they finally found the fault and it was fixed free of charge. I thought this would be the end of the saga, but days after my car was supposedly fixed, I got a phone call to tell me the part was in for my car, and when could I bring it in to be fixed? I explained I was told it had been fixed days earlier, and was told this was not the case, so I booked it back in for later that week, for the fourth time in the same number of weeks off I went to the garage, only to be told when I got there the car had actually been fixed the week earlier as I had initially been told. The hassle and stress of the after service care really has taken the shine off getting my new car.
Very happy with service at Jennings Kia, from start to finish. Professional without being to pushy I was given the facts and left to make my own mind up.I have no hesitation in recommending them at all, I will definitely go back to the same dealers in future. Plus my new Kia Picanto, is really nippy to drive, even on the dreaded A1!!! Plus I am saving money on fuel and car tax, so all good.

This is the second time I have bought a car, part exchange, from Jennings Ford in Gateshead. I was so pleased with the first transaction I came here first this time. The most important reason was that the deal was fair. The next is that the car I bought this time and the previous time was like new, and if this one performs as good as the last I'll be visiting Jennings Ford first when I want to replace this car too. In addition, the sales team were exactly that, a friendly team. I was well treated and I felt relaxed. I will, and already have mentioned Jennings to my friends.

Recently went for "just gonna take a test drive" with a Ford Ka, I was really indecisive about whether we really needed a second car ... knew I wanted one but still. From when we walked into the show room there was no hard sell, you were allowed to just wander around at your leisure and admire all the beautiful cars. When I approached one of their staff, very forthcoming about all the features of the car I was interested in (very knowledgeable) and arranged for us to take it for a test drive. By this point my husband was very sceptical about a small car but after the test drive was sold on it. We sat down and discussed finance and extras and within a week I was motoring with a brand new car. Staff all went out of their way to be friendly but not pushy (instant turnoff!!!) and I will definitely be going back there as my husband has his eye on another car for him next year. WELL DONE JENNINGS GATESHEAD!!!
Would recommend Jennings Gateshead very strongly. I have drive Fords for 25 years, and recently took advantage of PCPs to be able renew more regularly. This kind of contract suits my current circumstances. At first renewal I returned to the other dealership that I had bought my old car from. Response was so poor and the deal very unsatisfactory. Had almost decided to switch to VW and tried Jennings as a last chance. Experience could not have been better; clear information, open dialogue, honesty and courtesy from this dealership. I felt welcomed and respected, and was given a much more favourable deal. Unlike the other dealership, the sales team were interested in me and what I wanted. So thanks to Jennings I stayed with Ford after all.

Jennings kia at Washington couldn't be more helpful. Test drove a couple of cars to get a feel of the range . Delivery was prompt and a fair trade was given.All in all, a pleasant buying experience.
Bought fiesta 2weeks ago from Dunston branch. Excellent service from Gavin Linton .. Informative , helpful, not pushy. Car is great.. Just what I wanted and was able to get within my budget. Noted problem on paintwork on return home that hadn't been addressed as agreed. Sorted quickly following tel call. Only disappointment is that 2 tyres will need replacing soon. 1 good tyre on front & 1 good tyre on back. My husband feels that at least the good ones could have been put on the front.
I have bought two cars from Jennings and my third car will still be a Jennings. Due to my schedule, I negotiated for both cars on line and via phone and had the cars delivered to South Wales for me. One might think it’s not wise to buy a car blindly without even test driving it but I have not been disappointed with neither cars nor the service received. 100% satisfied cutomer!

I have had several cars from Jennings Ford in Gateshead and have been very pleased each time. Sales Executive Paul Pellegrino has looked after me each time and is great. I have had my new Ford Focus titanium for a month now, Paul told me this new model focus was better than my last. He was right I love it.
