From walking into the showroom I was greeted by Joe, he wasn't pushy, or pretend to know everything about the vehicle (that wasn't a ford), he found out the answers to the questions and kept me updated. I've walked out of showrooms in the last due to pushy sales, Joe was relaxed and helpful he have me the confidence in the garage to trust them. Spot in service, chuffed to bits with every aspect.

We purchased a new Kia Venga in February 2015 from Jennings, Washington and the Salesman we dealt with was Richard. We found that Richard was extremely helpful, polite and had vast experience and advice in helping us through our purchase. The hospitality whilst at the Jennings Salesroom was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to family and friends and would certainly return when we would be looking to change our car in future. The sale and handover was stress free and professional a brilliant service fro Jennings. Thank you

I would recommend purchasing a KIA car to anyone. The seven year warranty is efficient hassle free and it is a big plus when considering purchasing a new car. Within the family we own three KIA cars. The staff at Jennings Stockton were efficient, not pushy, and very helpful.

Excellent service from the salesman Nic Greenwood. Although one can never be sure the deal we got did seem to be very good. The only fly in the ointment was that we were offered and took out Jennings fixed price service deal at something like £18 a month only to find out that Seat had a deal on offer of 3 years servicing for a fixed price of £99 with the car we purchased. This has left us feeling somewhat cheated.

Originally went looking for a Focus about 1 year old. At the time there were excellent deals offered on the brand new Focus, so decided to go brand new, because it was cheaper than used. No pushy sales talk, salesman Alan Donaldson, very professional, but friendly and approachable with any questions I had. A slight delay in the delivery of my car but I was kept up to date with what was happening. Would I buy from Jennings again? This is the 6th car I have bought from Jennings, so the answer is definitely YES.

I have had a ford for over 10 years and I can honestly say the service at Jennings Stockton is disgraceful. I've been lied to, mis-informed and one year had to take my car back about 7 times and still the problem was not resolved, they tried to make my life hard by avoiding to pay out under the warranty needless to say they couldn't however i got sick of taking it back for the same problem that many times I sold the car. Again bought a brand new ford last year, took it for service today and no car wash, clean or valet, when i queried this apparently the car was guy had left for the day, strangely enough my car was ready at 11am, he must only work a few hours a morning he? MADNESS! worst after service ever.

From the moment I walked through the door it was a friendly welcome.offered coffee while I waited for salesman. Salesman very helpfull and produced the car I wanted and had me taken for a test drive within 15min.Went back and he went through all options with me. All round pleasant experience

Dealt with Mark when purchasing my Ford KA and service was excellent. Originally enquired about a car online, however, Mark found a better vehicle for me, at an excellent price. There was no pressure to buy, like there is with other car salesmen, which I appreciated after a not-so-pleasant experience at another garage. Service was very professional and easy. Drove away in my new car only 4 days after visiting the garage for the first time! Excellent service and experience!

normally you get jumped upon from sales people, went in to enquire, stood for a while, not 1 sales person came over,when we had dealt with the sales person I found them to be a bit unhelpful which was disappointing . I got the car which I was told the car would be serviced, after 2 weeks their was something wrong with the car, phoned the service department which were helpful, no problems at all. Got car back the same day which I was happy with, to be told their must have been a problem with 1 of the spark plugs?? Makes me think if the car has been serviced

Just went to look and have a tentative test drive. The car I bought sold itself to me but the relaxed atmosphere and how I was treated helped immensely. There was no coersion from the salesman whatsoever. He let me make my own decisions. Jennings Kia kept me touch throughout wwith my purchase. The salesman even set up my bluetooth in my car for me. Service was 2nd to none and I'd recommend that anyone who is looking to purchase a new car then they should definately check out Jennings Kia on Concord Way Thornaby on Tees.

I cannot fault my Kia Picanto however, I can fault Jennings sales department. Information was poor causing delay in delivery and PDI check list was incomplete. A simple thing such as the wheel nut security key was missing and despite promises to replace / resolve this issue I am still waiting.....2 weeks and counting. Star rating may change if this goes on much longer. Oh! despite being corrected they still can't spell my name right.

all the staff both on the internet site and at the garage were extremely helpful and efficient. nothing was too much trouble.they brought the car to my house for the test drive. a very pleasing and satisfying experience

I got my new car on Saturday and from when i chose it to picking it up i can't complain about anything. The staff at Jennings South Shields are helpful i had nothing to worry about because it was all sorted for me. I have gone to Jennings a long time now and it will stay like that because the staff are lovely and that makes things so much better.
