The member of staff I dealt with was friendly, informative and down-to-earth. He helped me choose the best specification for me, and explained clearly all of the features and options. I am a previous Mazda owner and was highly satisfied with Mazda products before, and I feel I will remain a loyal customer going forward.

Picked up our car a week after the day it was promised. When we picked up the car it had two dents in the back bumper which weren't there when we bought it. They then struggled to fit it in to fix....despite the fact they were the ones that dented . Service and communication with the garage was appaling throughout . Even speaking to the manager who was not remotely bothered despite the fact that it was the body shop department who had dented the car. Would not recommend this garage and would certainly never but a car from them . Worst service i have ever experienced. Totally spoilt the experience of buying a new car

well the only thing so far is the salesmans 4000 on the miles on the turns out to be about 25 mile short of 5000.

No pushy sales which makes a refreshing change from your average car dealer. I dealt with Dave Nichollson from the Ford Middlesbrough branch and found him to be very friendly and helpful. He even went as far as explaining all the features in the car when I went to collect it as well as pairing my phones Bluetooth with the car for me. If I was being picky, the only criticism I would give would be that the Receptionist wasn't very welcoming and seemed to forget to use the words "Please" and "Thank You". Not what you would expect from someone who is representing your business and essentially is 'front of house'. Also the turnaround time from securing the car to actually collecting it was quite lengthy. It took a week in total however there was a Bank Holiday weekend in between which did slow the process down. Good things are worth waiting for though because I am really happy with the car and it was absolutely pristine inside and out on collection. Overall, the car itself and the service received from Dave made it hassle free and enjoyable. Would definetely recommend.

Dave the salesman could not do enough to please. I told him what I wanted and how much I had to spend and very refreshingly he helped me find exactly what I wanted. None of the usual pushing you to spend more. I know where I will be going to find a car in the future. Thankyou Dave for also going out of your way to tax the car on Good Friday so that I could collect it.

Having bought a vehicle 3 years prior, I was contacted by Jennings Ford about my options. There was no hard sell, the options were left with me to decide which was right for my scenario. I then contacted them to arrange a test drive of a new vehicle and they couldn't have been more helpful. Nick was great in explaining the finance package and what it actually cost me per month so that I could manage my finance. From test drive to purchase it took just over 1 week and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend this branch of Jennings Ford to anyone thinking about buying.

Great car, friendly staff. Little disappointed that I was told it has car mats then when it was delivered it didn't and I had to buy them. When they arrived I had to call for the floor clips which were not with them. This took a while to sort out but other than that happy with purchase.
