I did not manage to catch the drivers name but I met my hero last night. My car ( Blue Audi A3 ) was recovered within a few hours of waiting on side of the motorway with my family. When I mentioned my 4 month old son was with me, I was prioritised and attended to in no time. The recovery man who helped me was of the greatest help and had us home in no time. He also had a look at my car for me and told me exactly what the issue was. I could not thank this man enough and this company, you guys are the hidden hero’s we didn’t know we needed. God bless you all!

Broke down and the recovery came well within the time suggested. The gentleman that came was lovely. Always difficult when a lone female. But he sorted the issue without delay and got me back on the road. He was polite and chatty and clearly knew what he was doing. Great service.

An absolutely brilliant service the recovery truck arrived after just 40 minutes the driver was friendly and polite I would highly recommend green flag. 10 out of 10

The driver who picked me up was very friendly and helpful.

Chris arrived, very professional and got us home safely, couldn't do enough to help, would be good if having advised of a guide dog on board three times on the phone, wasn't passed down to recovery.

Turned up faster than I expected and seriously impressed with the drivers skill as I was broken down on an awquard car park and he’s managed to get the flat bed in position and get me loaded up pretty hassle free

Communication was excellent and the rescue was done professionally

Gave my rescue driver was first class l did everything he could to resolve my breakdown problem. He tried to take my Nissan car to both the Bolton and Bury Nissan agents who refused to let him leave the car with them for repair.Because this wasn’t possible he drove me and the car to my home address and unloaded it on the road outside my home. This took until 6-30 pm on a Friday night having rescue the my vehicle at 1-45 pm first class guy giving first class service. Many thanks Gav you deserve a gold medal Stuart Dearden
