Worst nightmare of my life. They just use the customers’ vulnerable condition with weird T&C. If it’s better not to have recovery service rather than bad one. Urge all viewers not to subscribe with this one.
The recovery was carried out quickly and the driver was very friendly, I am very happy with the service I received.
The guy who turned up to take ml21 sya. Was very helpful, knowledgeable. Very chatty.

Broke down in the multi storey at Manchester Airport. RAC arranged for us to get home BUT 1st Rescue were brilliant. Communications between office and driver and us was brilliant. Picked the car up, brought it safely home. Really could not have asked for any more professionalism that what we received for the company.
The car was left by the recovery driver in the middle of the road because his winch broke and is still yet to be recovered so no my experience has not been great. Dangerous behaviour.

Waited so long (ever fluctuating time that I was only updated on whenever I called and waited on hold for 10-15 mins at a time) that I opted to drive back to the depot with a broken coil spring. Couldn’t have gone any worse throughout.
Wow what an amazing service, after having problem contacting yoga to get my breakdown service... I contacted one call rescue directly & they were absolutely amazing, not only they sorted it with yoga but I was told the recovery agent will be with me between an hour to an hour & 1/2. To my surprise the recovery agent (Trade Cars Manchester Ltd) rang me within 5 minutes after my call to one call rescue & he said he will be with me within 15mins & true to his words he was there within the said time & within 1/2 hr my car & I were on our way to the garage... Thank you one call rescue & the recovery gentleman(sorry i didnt get your name) he was friendly & very professional, you guys were amazing on the day. P.s. also got a call of the lady from one call rescue to say the recovery is on his way but he already called & told me he is on his way, both parties were just amazing...I never call for rescue before & what a wonderful experience. Thank you 👍
The guy was brilliant. Very friendly knowledgeable and put me at my ease as I was extremely anxious.The car couldn’t be started but he diagnosed the problem and arranged for car to be picked up and taken to the garage the following morning to avoid extra costs to ourselves. Thanks for the great service

Went to get my car was left outside even thou there was a driver there to get my keys spoke to the boss so rude refuse to come and let the driver give me my keys even thou I got a taxi was left in the cold rain stood outside for 30min with my disabled son rush hour waiting for a taxi to take me home again 40min away then in the taxi rang and said come get the car joke!!
Driver came out due to a completely flat battery that my boost pack still couldn’t start. Had the car started in no time and also noticed a slight coolant leak and topped my coolant up for me. Very friendly and helpful

Disappointed with call waiting time (33mins from calling to getting through and completing the call) then further two hours waiting for recovery. However, the service I received when I did get through was very good. The recovery driver (Sam) could not have been any better, took care of me and my car in such a professional way and saved the day.
Your driver and vehicle were a welcome site after the RAC had left me for 4 hours on a busy dual carriageway freezing in the dark whilst the Police waited for 2 hours but then had to leave. Apparently you only got the request approx an hour before your driver arrived but he was friendly and helpful.
