After a very long 3hour wait by the AA sat on a very busy motorway then being dumped at a petroleum station, jack from this company came and sorted us and got us home safe he was really helpful and so grateful he came within 30 minutes Thanks jack really appreciated your help

I was really stressed as did take a long time for RAC to sort out my rescue. Being elderly and disabled waiting for knee operation & heart problems, l waited a long time on the motorway but when your rescue gent arrived, he was a gent and put my mind at rest. I could not get into the recovery truck as too high so poor man had to assist. Ha ha. It was quite funny. Then l could not get out of the truck so l had my arms around his neck whilst he helped me. Hilarious! So home now and new tyres all fitted by a hardworking man who l also have praise. Christopher from RAC was also very reassuring and informative.

Everyone was very friendly and efficient from start to finish. Fast response on telephone.

Hard to review because we had a 6 hour wait, but that was on the RAC not this company. However, we were expecting more - the contractor didn't have any diagnostic equipment, he was clearly expecting just to tow us somewhere. As we broke down outside a garage this wasn't needed so we wasted 6 hours for nothing.

I actually forgot to ask the drivers name Due to the AA letting me down leaving me stranded all I wanted to do was get home, you’re driver and company were absolutely amazing covering for what the AA could not accomplished especially for what I pay them to keep me safe….. your driver was near his finish time did not complain once he even accepted another job after myself, I can’t thank him enough 🙏
