1st rescue recovery were excellent. After Rac huge failiure left us waiting for 6 hours. As rac couldn't send an agent that day so passed it on 1st recovery they arrived before their ETA, and were prompt and very professional. Would absolutely recommend them.

Kept me updated on arrival time. I changed my drop of location when I got picked up there was no hesitation just got on with it.

The driver kept me updated and sorted my car out in no time. Lovely friendly chap as well. Would definitely reccomend.

Broke down on busiest part of M60 at peak time, went through insurance app and was contacted by the recovery team, I couldnt give them my exact location so they txt me a link to click onto which pinpointed my location this unfortunately didn’t work as my phone settings wasn’t set up correctly but a gentleman called Peter rang to reassure me they’ll find me and they did within 20 minutes, the breakdown recovery driver/ mechanic turned up he was a calm collective very precise guy and got me and vehicle home within 45 minutes, top team effort from these guys can’t thank them enough 👍

Driver was polite, but he offered no assistance to fix car fault at road side which was what was expecting.

Was first asked if I was ok which I really appreciated and then was able to get warm in the truck whilst my car was winched on to the back. The guy (I didn't get his name) was very patient whilst I called my husband to figure out where we were taking the car. Top service!
