Good helpful and timely help after battery went flat

Severe engine fault Jan 8th, Sam arrived, such an amazing, friendly guy. Put me at ease straight away, couldn't do enough to help. Car was put on flat bed and brought home as no garages open as it was very late at night. Told me everything I needed to know and who to call etc. I really recommend these guys if you're stuck. I'm registered disabled and my car is a motorbility car. Thank you to everyone involved in getting me home and a special thanks to Sam.

Absolutely fab, the Recovery truck came within 40 min, was very nice guy, suzy from customer Service rang me 3 times during the waiting time brilliant customer service 👏

The gentlemen that came to look at the car was fine tried his best couldn’t be fixed on the spot so booked it in for recovery that was at one pm they said I’ll be waiting for. 2 hours messed me about eventually took the keys at 6 and then to my surprise was left there for another day for me to be told it’s just been picked up this morning which is not far off 2days later.

The recovery driver was lovely, so helpful and competent, I was frozen stood on the hard shoulder of the motorway, he helped me into the lorry where it was warm whilst he loaded my car, took me to the garage and offered to take me home but my daughter arrived at the garage to give me a lift, I have given 4 stars and not 5 as I had waited for 3 hours, I understand it was a busy night 🥴

Response driver came quick he was a gentleman quickly loaded my car onto his truck n we took.it to my local garage

I was absolutely appalled at the service I received waited from 20.20pm I'll 2am! The wrong mechanic came at 23.20pm you took payment of 240 pounds straight away for the work and I was stranded for 5hrs
