The Recovery vehicle arrived very quickly after being allocated the job by the AA. The driver, Ben, was extremely accommodating and mindful of looking after my classic car. The recovery was to my home address and Ben ensured the vehicle was dropped off exactly where I wanted it. Overall a very positive experience.
Broke down with a flat tyre in Sainsbury’s car park when the mechanic arrived. His name was mark and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Very friendly, very patient and knowledgeable.

My cover includes battery replacement rac refuse to replace my battery saying it's good evening came to recover my car twice for the same issue flat battery still they refuse to replace it i paid for service i don't get when I need it most to add insuat to injury thay said if you call us again they will be charge for fault they refuse to fix on first visit my cover in unlimited with battery replacement if need it now I went and bought new battery for 120 pounds so I'm out of pocket for that amount still I'm paying for the policy with them

Rescue service was fantastic was just let down by the AA.
We rang to report breakdown at 8.45am on Friday. The vehicle was left in a vulnerable place on Rigby Street in Salford. Throughout the day we got a number of calls to inform us that the recovery vehicle would be there by a certain time. We sat in the vehicle with my disabled daughters from 6pm till 10pm. I took my daughters home, having to leave my wife alone on a vulnerable st. We left the vehicle at 12am and contacted the RAC to let them know we were leaving it unattended in a vulnerable place. I returned the following morning. Eventually the pickup truck arrived at 12.30pm. The driver was disinterested and rather rude. He was only interested in getting away

RAC the worst performance it took me 2 days to deal with them
After giving a very detailed explanation of my situation that my car was breakdown on 9:30 pm and my car breakdown in Residance area in oldham, that night very heavy rain with strong winds the out side temp around-2 and recovery vahical came At 1: 45 AM .However when the Recovery vahical arrived, Driver came down my car taken photos and video and he told me I can’t take your car because no more space but my back side 3 car space is available that time and he told me special recovery vehicle and equipment would be needed to recover my car at a cost of £250 to £400 cost.I requested to driver here more space available easily can take and also I request for batter jumper but driver told I can’t give because company policy after driver left so friends this company doing customer service like this….😌very bad service.. After I contact 24/7 Recovery Oldham company and In 15 minits recovery vahical arrived and in 3 minit my car Taken from breakdown palace and he charge only £100. The company Honner name is Waqas Iqbal very good and helpful person so friends think 1st Rescue driver told no space available so Waqas Iqbal how taken my car in 3 Minit.😊 Because they know job very well..
