We have an EV and after the AA guy had realised he couldn’t help it was arranged for 1st Rescue to come out. Unfortunately they were unable to move the vehicle as it needed another specialist piece of equipment. Jimmy the driver kept us informed of what was needed and after the warranty agent gave permission to go ahead, Jimmy rang us to say he was on his way. He was extremely efficient and friendly. Our vehicle was taken to the local agent and we received another call from him when he arrived to drop the vehicle off. 1st class service.
The guy who came and got my car was great. Would have given 5 stars but the wait was too long. Called around 7pm came At 10:15pm.
The man with the tow truck was brilliant. We were feeling vulnerable on the car park so late at night .Took me home and then my daughter whose car it was. The cab was lovely and warm and very clean. Thank you 😊

I contacted Green Flag with a Coolant Issue and a technician was with me within 40 minutes. He was very helpful and engaging but due to the issue he wasn't able to facilitate a repair. However he contacted Green Flag again and requested a truck to take me back to my local garage which was 80 miles away. The driver turned up approximately 40 minutes later and I was on the back of his truck within 20 minutes and had the car dropped off at my garage one and a half hours later. The service was excellent throughout and I would fully recommend Green Flag. This is the 2nd time I have needed rescuing within the past 12 months. Thanks very much Green Flag
Recovery guy was very nice and infact when he was helping me with recovery he helped one more couple who had some difficulty with their car. Amazing experience. Even their team on call making sure where I am during the whole process.
