We did have a while to wait, but once the man arrived he was courteous very helpful and sorted our wheel out quickly. Very much appreciated after a very stressful day.

The driver who came out was really lovely. He was friendly courteous and totally understood that it wasn't him we had an issue with for waiting in all day. He sorted the problem Very quickly and explained as he was doing it. Really lovely can't fault him. Or the service was brilliant

It took the AA five and a half hours to send a truck I told them what the issue was and after three hours they sent a man with a van who said you need a truck which AA knew after two and a half more hours in the freezing night my rescuer came he was magnificent could not fault him but the AA can kiss my ass useless
Excellent service. Was in communication at all about ETA and sam the engineer was fantastic he really did try above and beyond for me to get the car started. He was professional, well mannered, and brightened up the evening as it was freezing and had been a rubbish day. Thanks 😊
The recovery was amazing and faultless and the recovery person think his name was Chris was so helpful with me being a disabled x army veteran
I told the AA I needed a truck to rescue me.They ignored me and sent out a chap who tried to start my van with a booster pack but couldn’t diagnose my fault as he couldn’t plug into my ECU as there isn’t one on a 1991 VW Transporter. The AA should know this but they don’t pay any attention,they take your monthly fee, they pay attention to that! I was waiting 5 hours for the truck to finally come. I would like to thank the people who tried to help but not Tge AA and the way they just farm out things they can’t be arsed dealing with.

Waited 3 hours then driver came and the only problem was a flat battery, yet for some reason she couldn't get it jump started ( probably because her jump starter was dead. She the tells me my starter motor was knackered 'er no it isn't' eventually towed car home. Rang my mate he came with his TEMU starter and hay presto first time started. Bad mechanics blame the tools but this time the tool was let down by a bad mechanic

I would have said excellent if it wasn't for delay but guy was very helpful, professional, honest and gave me some good advice. When they were delayed they appologised as it sometimes happens but i previously rang them before my rescue on same day and guy on the phone was extremely helpful. As a woman sometimes cos of lack of car knowledge I get treated like shxx. Not these guys. I felt well looked after and respected and I was back on track with my car.
Was kept updated constantly! Very easy to call as hasn’t downloaded the app in time. Driver really friendly and felt comfortable in the wagon on our ride home. Great service all round
