Total Scam company. I bought the Zoolz lifetime account as did thousands of others and we lost everything backed up when they closed down and rebranded as Bigmind. Don't be deceived by this company. they grab your cash and then fail to deliver, change their company name and start all over again. Total scam.

Zoolz is by definition scamming. I paid for lifetime storage and they happily took my money and then closed down my account. No visible support, no clear direction. In hindsight, I should have gone with the larger and well-known companies instead of trusting Zoolz. Now I've lost a large amount of data and cash. Stay away from Zoolz, go with Crashplan or other providers instead. Might cost more, but you won't get screwed over. I had to create a Trustpilot account just to say this.

Zoolz is the worst cloud provider, I had two lifetime plans and they were discontinued. Worst part, I never got an email informing me of that, I lost all my data. Stay away, there are MUCH better companies. Check out, IceDrive, pCloud, and even Backblaze. Stay away from these SCAMMERS.

They stole my lifetime account by just purging it. Over the internet it is said that the owner makes the same fraud type businesses, take money and strike off projects or companies. I wonder how payment gateway security departments allow this scam to be able to pay electronically knowing the true beneficiaries. Chargebacks should be requested from the related payment gateways as the general banking rule says that subscriptions are covered financially for full refund in case of any problem till their period end plus extra the service period. For example let's say you have a cloud backup service from zoolz for 1 year. You can request a full refund from the payment gateway even 2 years after you bought it.

The service and contracts are unstable, it is not a reliable company at all. They change or close services according to their convenience. I bought a lifetime service that lasted a little over a year and lost more than you would have paid for normal service. Do not be fooled

Scam. They offer a lifetime plan and after a year they cancel it. They don't offer a refund.

They sold me 2TB of lifetime storage for a onetime purchase price, which wasn't cheap, only to back down on that a year later and then refuse to provide a refund. To keep my storage they demanded a monthly subscription, which I refused, so they disabled my account. I believe that is fraud, so I am persuing my full refund through MONEY CLAIM ONLINE.

Stay away from this company. I bought a lifetime product from them which they discontinued explaining that they will focus on B2B from now on. According to their webpage, they still sell home products. Just a scam...

After our work server was hit by ransomware and we almost lost everything, I was tasked with finding a backup service for us. I spent a lot of time going over the pros and cons of different services, reading articles, and comparing pricing, and I finally made a decision to go with zoolz. It has been a nightmare. We spent a lot of money on the year subscription, I downloaded the app to our server. It is completely unusable. Every single time I try to open the app I am told to put in my windows password again. Then it doesn't even back up. I have almost a terabyte of storage on this server, and it will only get to 4.88mb backed up data before it just decides it is done. Zoolz support told me to grab certain logs and email them. They did not bother telling me that those same logs are blocked by their emailing system, so I had to waste more time looking for a solution. I uploaded the logs to a file sharing site and shared that with Zoolz support. The only thing they told me was that there wasn't enough information in the logs and that they could not help me. Seriously a joke. I have our IT guys looking into this and if we can't use the service we paid for we will take immediate action to get our money back.

You trust them your data. Your pictures and videos of your loved ones. You pay, as to their wish, and you expect. Cold storage, that's why it works. Here we are, your "out of home" backup is long gone since these people can never be trusted to keep your files. Thy closed their services towards private persons, took my money and left.

I’ve had a lifetime plan for quite a few years and never used it. I’ve just started with importing all my photos to the pc and thought this would be an ideal time to use it as a backup. Didn’t even get everything uploaded and they’ve suspended my account with no reason why. As yet no reply to emails as to why. I’d keep away from this company and use one that’s more reputable.

I lost a decade's worth of work because Zoolz disappeared and deleted it all without any more than an email. Now this scam company is trying to sell "lifetime storage" again (what I had purchased), and they are also scamming under the aliases of Polar and BigMind. If you know of anyone pursuing this company, please contact me, I need to sue them.

OK guys, everybody is griping about the $35/1TB Plan and the msgs about maintenance plan. For now, I'm just ignoring the message. I never got a Account Cancel msg. My account did get locked, don't know why. I msg'ed support and they unlocked. I'm back in business. To my knowledge "No Data Loss", all working as advertised. I'm sticking with it. If anyone has more info, please post.
