The tools such as apps are very limited. And key features such as sync are not included. Makes the cloud storage have little use beside backup.

Too many changes with their software and too difficult with the Instant and Cold storage. One has a desktop interface, the other does it automatically with software except that doesn't work half the time. Just too many problems, too confusing, too much time spent with tech support and then they tell you that YOU are using up too much of THEIR time. They should offer your choice of storage rather than splitting them between the 2 types, and be done with it. All in all, they need to make it all easier to use. One interface not two, would even be a bonus.

So far so good. I installed Zoolz several weeks ago. I backed up my entire hard drive to the cloud storage. It took several days for the full upload. Since then the app has been uploading incremental updates to the cloud, keeping my data current. I've not had to do a restore so I can't comment on the restore process. I have successfully shared files and folders from my archives with friends, Initially I had some questions and was able to talk with tech support without any problems and they were able to resolve my issues quickly. I am also using the free app for my android phone to back up data, this also is working very well. The bottom line is that I am happy and recommend Zoolz

They mis sell the service as 100 GB but it is really devided into 2 pieces that I have not figured out how to really use.

I would like that the client automatically uploads all the files in a directory without having to wait to the scheduled sincronization.

I stopped running the program, not really due to the fault of the service. I don't really have massive changes to my storage and moved everything to a NAS. Are there plans for a Windows 10 version or a NAS app? ***Edit** Thank you for the response. By W10 version, I meant a native UWP W10 app that uses the Windows store versus a Win32 version that an installer must be downloaded from a website. Good to hear about the NAS app, I will investigate and edit this review to reflect this new information.

Great service, big cloud space but some features only are unlocked with a extra payment (add computers). Mac app is friendly and easy use, Windows app is a little bit more tricky. Fine support, you can share files with others. Reliable.

terrible product and support team is wholefully inadequate in skills to really support the product... spent too much time with them.. also.. deceptive marketing on extension time of licensing and on synchronization of installation of software to the licensed expiration time.... finally gave up and totally uninstalled the product and switched to better company

I really like the idea of it, but I have had a few instances where the software has not backed up files and have lost data (for instance, it has been "stuck" and not completed a backup for several weeks, and I have not manually checked it and it has been reporting that it has been backing up). So more detailed reports are needed, and a bit more information in the interface. I have had issues like this on many machines, so it isn't machine dependent. It is to do with the quality of the backup software. Some configuration is also very tricky to see what is going on with excludes / skipped and removed files, etc. Also there is an issue where if you have one large file stuck backing up (for instance, someone put a movie on the desktop) and it takes 2 weeks to back up, all the other files (your important word docs) won't be backed up until that large file has completed. It makes it very difficult to operate if you have any kind of mixed media. So I think the core backup software needs to be better. The rest of the ecosystem is awesome, but in the end it is backup software, and it is too unreliable and unpredictable.

Very difficult to use. Not intuitive and uploading or downloading of files is difficult at best.

Nobody's perfect, but I haven't run into any glitches. I think the interface could be a little more flexible/powerful, but it's at least on par with other cloud services.

The program works but it painfully slow in choosing custom file/folders to back up. Saving the options takes a long time as well.
