I have bought lifetime 1TB plan, had my backup photos there and now I am trying to get back my old memories, boom no data there. I have contacted their support a week back and no response. I lost all my data. Dont trust them. I am searching in google and there are mentions of discontinued service. They did not even send me a mail about discontinuation to atleast move my backup elsewhere. They suck. By the way they are called BigMind now

Like everyone else, I paid for a lifetime subscription and my backup and my money are now gone. Support doesn't care and the company doesn't care.

In writing this review, I can't help but feel "What's the point?" A google search of BigMind, formerly Zoolz, doesn't even bring up on the history of Zoolz. I purchased a lifetime subscription and had back dup interviews with now-dead family. It was all wiped when Zoolz became BigMind. If a parking garage steals your car, why leet the owners open another garage somewhere? I'd say stay away, but this review won't counteract the BigMind advertising department that manages to convince new customers to trust them with their personal data. Obviously, my strong recommendation is STAY AWAY.

Tra queste mi hanno scritto una singola email dicendo che entro due mesi o pagavo altro o mi avrebbero cancellato i dati... e così hanno fatto. Diversi TB di dati cancellati. Gli ho scritto e la risposta è stata scusa, ti avevamo avvisato. Lasciate stare questa azienda

scam company, cancelled my lifetime account

My lifetime account data deleted. I was using Zoolz as a online cloud backup but had my emails going to my "other" folder since they spammed me too much. I mean, why do I need to get regular emails from a company I pay all-at-once and up-front, with the entire intention to have a cloud backup I don't have to worry about ever again... Well, I just pulled up the website to retrieve some super old data (from years ago) and they say no account exists. I searched my email and found an email saying they are no longer honoring my lifetime account, they apologize, but all my data would be deleted in a certain number of days. This is one reason I am no longer a fan of "lifetime deals" or LTD where you pre-pay for a SAAS because they have no reason to keep supporting you. Whereas paying a lot less, but ongoing, is a constant revenue stream to keep your account hopefully alive. Bummer since they were a backup, which isn't a backup when you need it. Luckily I have other backups, but still... Pretty horrible experience as a paid customer

Zoolz is not a trustworthy company. I bought a Lifetime subscription data backup plan, fully paid upfront which I used for a few years. I had no complaints with the service. Then Covid hit and my old computer died, and I stopped actively using the service. Reach back out to them to get my account password changed so I could use the backup plan once again only to find out they cancelled all lifetime subscriptions. I never received any notification and now they are only willing to "let me" pay them for a new annual subscriptions plan when the plan I had was double the data and required NO ADDITIONAL COST. They won't refund my original purchase and won't offer any remedy that does not involve me annually paying them at least 40% of my original One Time purchase fee. They have a terrible business model, to sell you a service plan, cancel it with no notice; offer no refund and then propose that you pay them more money and sign up for another plan and "Trust" them not to renege on the new service plan. Nope - I will not be foolish enough to be burned a second time.

Regardless of if you are at fault or the company, Zoolz WILL NOT notify you when they are about to delete your data! I beg of you choose another cloud service!

I had a lifetime account with Zoolz and trusted them with years of my photography work. One day I lost access to my account. The company claimed that they sent me notifications (never happend) - that they close the "home" account I had. I lost access to my backups since they deleted my account without any notification. They wrote me a sorry mail that my data was deleted and there's no way to restore it. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Zoolz decided not to honor their Lifetime subscriptions. Just changed their name and deleted the lifetime subscriptions accounts. No refunds just want to sign you up for more subscriptions. They have already shown who they are.

I bought 'lifetime storage' a few years ago, then started being pestered to buy 'premium support' a couple of years ago, which I did. When I looked into what this was going to get me this time, I was told they had discontinued their home storage last year, and that I would have been told about this. I was not! I am still being sent invoices for premium support for a service which has been suspended. I cannot get any answers as to what is going on.

Estafa. Compré cuenta lifetime en 2019 con 1.5TB en instant vault y 1.5TB en cold vault. Todo por 70$. Hoy me doy cuenta de que la cuenta no existe. Zoolz es una estafa.

Very crap service. Bunch of liars! BigMIND is the other company run by the same bunch of numpties.

$29.00 lifetime account gone to waste by deleting without warning. Totally a scam. Avoid.
